1.Advances in titanium bone implants made by rapid prototyping technology
Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2017;21(22):3583-3588
BACKGROUND:In recent years, rapid prototyping has provided new options for the manufacture of customized titanium implants.OBJECTIVE:To review the optimization of titanium bone implants made by rapid prototyping, and assess its clinical value.METHODS:A computer-based retrieval of PubMed database and CNKI was performed for relevant articles by using the keywords of rapid prototype,3D printing, additive manufacture,titanium,custom-made,implant both in English and Chinese. These articles were analyzed from two aspects:the performance optimization and the clinical application of titanium bone implants produced by rapid prototyping.RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:Rapid prototyping technology enables the production of customized bone implants, and biological properties of the implants can be varied through the introduction of porosity and Morphological changes of the implant. In combination with surface treatment technology, such as coating technique, the biological performance of the implants can be further optimized. Therefore, the rapid prototyping technology can be used to create customized titanium bone implants with excellent mechanical and biological properties. The titanium bone implants made by rapid prototyping have great prospect in the clinical practice.

The characteristics of public health teaching are discussed in this paper from the aspects of public health curriculum system and difficulties of public health curriculum. The application status of flipped classroom, MOOC, distance learning, online course, Elearning, UMU online education platform and other smart teaching methods in public health teaching are summarized. It is suggested that the level of smart public health teaching should be improved from the perspectives of learning autonomy, deep integration of teaching and technology and construction of smart classrooms.

Purpose/Significance The paper systematically reviews relevant research on infectious disease prediction models based on internet data, helps to realize the advancement of infectious disease surveillance, and provides references for the construction of intelli-gent three-dimensional prevention and treatment system of infectious diseases.Method/Process The development history and research direction of infectious disease surveillance and early warning based on internet data collected in the core database of Web of Science and CNKI in the past 20 years are reviewed, major existing problems and challenges are analyzed, and common prediction models and their optimization directions are summarized.Result/Conclusion The study on internet infectious disease surveillance shows the trend of diver-sification of monitoring diseases, refinement and specialization of data sources.Due to the complexity and uncertainty of internet data, most of the existing models are only suitable for short-term or real-time prediction.By constructing a combination model, strengthening multi-source data fusion, improving the selection of keywords and influencing factors, the model can be further optimized and the fitting effect and prediction capacity can be strengthened.

Orthognathic surgery, which involve osteotomy and repositioning of the maxillomandibular complex, has recently emerged as a crucial method of correcting dentofacial deformities. The optimal placement of the maxillomandibular complex holds utmost significance during orthognathic surgery because it directly affects the surgical outcome. To accurately achieve the ideal position of the maxillomandibular complex, with the rapid advancements in digital surgery and 3D-printing technology, orthognathic surgery has entered an era of "Precision Surgery" from the pervious "Empirical Surgery." This article provides comprehensive insights into our extensive research and exploration of the treatment modality known as "precision orthognathic surgery" over the years. We also present the technical system and application in"Ortho+X" treatment modality to offer valuable references and assistance to our colleagues in the field.
