Objective To investigate the expression and significance of ERα (estrogen receptorα),ERβ(estrogen receptorβ),PR,and Bcl-2 of endometrial polyps.Methods 50 cases of endometrial polyp patients were studied.And 45 cases of endometrial normal subjects were selected as the control group.The enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay was used to detected the FSH,LH,E2,P,T and PRL six levels of the two groups.And endometrial ERα two groups of patients,ERβ,PR and Bcl-2 expression was studied.Results The FSH,LH,E2,P,T and PRL six levels of the two groups were no significant difference(P ＞0.05).Polyps in patients with proliferative phase of ERα,ERβ expression levels of the normal group had no significant difference (P ＞ 0.05),the expression level of PR(0.47 ± 0.02) point was significantly lower than that of the normal group(0.53 ± 0.02) point (t =10.383,P =0.000),Bcl-2 expression levels(0.53 ± 0.04) point was significantly higher than that of the normal group (0.49 ± 0.02) point (t =4.322,P =0.000).Polyps in patients with secretory phase of ERα,Bcl-2 expression levels (0.46 ± 0.07;0.43 ±0.04)point were significantly higher than that of the normal group (0.37 ± 0.05 ;0.39 ± 0.03) point (t =5.007,P =0.000; t =3.834,P =0.000),the expression level of PR (0.42 ± 0.02) point was significantly lower than that of the normal group (0.46 ± 0.01)point(t =8.486,P =0.000),there was no significant difference in expression levels between the two groups ERβ(P ＞0.05).Between the two groups displayed,ERα,PR proliferative phase of the normal group and the polyp group,the expression levels of Bcl-2 were significantly higher than that of the secretory phase (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion The increase of the ERα,Bcl-2 expression levels,and the reduction of the level of PR expression in patients with endometrial polyps are closely related.

From a surgical pathological point of view, therefore, vimentin positive could no longer exclude an epithelial neoplasm, such as RCC.

Objective:Todevelop the isolation and purification technology for typeⅡalveolar epithelial cells(AECⅡ)of fetal rat,in order to provide experimental means for the study of lung development or neonatal lung disease.Methods:Lung tissues of 19-day fetal rats were digested with trypsin and collagenase,then purified for AECⅡwith different centrifugal force and repeated attachment.Cell viability was evaluated by typran inclusion dying before plated into six-well flask.Growth status and shape of attached cells were observed with inverted phase contrast microscope.AECⅡwere identified by electron microscopy and its percentage was assessed by modified Papanicolaou dying and immunofluorescence,the latter aiming to detect expression of surfactant protein C(SPC)in AECⅡ.Results:The total amount of cells we harvested from 3 to5 fetal rat was(36?5)?106 with a viability of 98%?2%.Cells were like polygonal and connected like island under microscope.AECⅡwas ascertained by lamellar bodies found in cytoplasma under electron microscope and its percentage was 96%?3%identified by modified Papanicolaou dying,the same as the result by immunofluorescence for SPC.Conclusion:Highly Purified and viable AECⅡcould be achieved by our methods and the cell model could be used in further study.

Objective To understand the influencing factors of job satisfaction degree among community nurses in Qiqihar city.Methods Using stratified systematic cluster sampling method,we conducted self-administered questionnaire,results were subsequently analyzed.Results Logistic regression analysis was introduced,influencing factors of job satisfaction degree included work location,age,marital status,professional title,properties of jobs,monthly income and work length.Conclusions The government should pay attention to community health care services,gasp the situation of job satisfaction degree of community nurses timely,take innovative measures,improve job satisfaction degree of community nurses,stabilize community nursing teams and promote the development of community health services.

AIM: To explore the anti-low-grade-inflammation mechanisms of Shenqi Compound Recipe(SQCR) in GK rats. Objective To summarize clinical features and changes of peripheral blood lymphocyte subsets in children with EBV-associated hemophagocytic syndrome. Methods Twenty children diagnosed with EBV-AHS were characterized by hemophagocytic syndrome and had the evidence of EBV infection.Clinical characteristics were analyzed and proportions of lymphocyte subsets of CD4+ ,CD8+, CD19+,CD16+CD56+ and CD4+/CD8+ in peripheral venous blood were determined by flow cytometry. Twenty healthy children matched in age and gender with these patients were selected as control. Results In all the diagnostic items of EBV-AHS, fever, decline of cells over two lineages in blood routine, enhanced lactate dehydrogenase ( ＞1 000 U/L) and ferritin ( ＞ 1 500 g/L),decreased high-density lipoprotein occurred in all the patients with an incidence of 100%. The percentages of CD8 + T and CD19 + B in children with EBV-AHS were higher than those in control group(53.70% ± 10.6% vs 27.05% ±8.22%,24.95% ±5.34% vs 11.85 % ± 4. 53 %, respectively), while levels of CD4 + T and CD16 + CD56 + NK cell were lower compared with control group (23.60% ±6. 42% vs 45.20% ±5.74% ,5.55% ±2. 87% vs 14. 70% ±4. 16% ,respectively ,P ＜ 0.01 ). Conclusion Disorder of cellular and humoral immunity happens in patients with EBV-AHS, which could be implicated in the pathogenesis and progression of EBV-AHS.

Objective To study the prevalence of intraventficular hemorrhage(IVH)in premature infants using bedside cranial ultrasound scans and to analyze the associated laboratory results.Methods 114 patients admitted between February 2003 and March 2004 were eligible for the study.NAS-2000A 3D ultrasound instrument for bedside ultrasound detection were used.All the premature infants were detected for blood gas analysis,blood cell analysis(red blood cell counting,haemoglobin and haematocrit),prothrombin time (PT),fibrinogen(FIB)and activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT)in the first 24 hours of life.Results There were 34 IVH cases in 114 patients(29.8%).The ineidence of IVH of premature infants below 34 weeks gestation was 43.8%,which was higher than that of infants above 35 weeks gestation.The incidence of IVH of infants whose birth weight were below 1 500 g is 58.8%,which was higher than that of infants whose birth weight were above 1 500 g.The incidence of IVH increased with decreasing gestational age and birth weight.As compared with the values of infants without IVH,HB and HCT of the IVH infants were higher (P＜0.05);PT and APTT of the IVH inrants were longer(P＜0.01);hypoxia,hypercapnia and acidosis were more common in IVH infants(P＜0.05).Conclusion Risk factors such as short gestational age,low birth weight,increased HB and HCT,prolongation of PT and APTT,hypoxia,hypercapnia and acidosis may be associated with the IVH in premature infants.

Neonatal acute heart failure is a common critical illness,and also one of the material cause of perinatal death. It is difficult for early diagnosis due to the different characteristics and clinical manifestation between neonate and older children, which leads to the difficulty of diagnosis timely and affect the condition adversely. This article introduced the common etiology, characteristics of clinical manifestation, diagnosis and treatment of neonatal acute heart failure.

Objective To investigate the clinical features,treatment,medication and abnormal metabolism control status in elderly benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) with metabolic syndrome (MS).Methods The 397 patients with BPH aged ＞60 years (294 with MS) were retrospectively analyzed.The clinical features,treatment and control status were analyzed.Results Body mass index,waist circumference (BMI),2 hPBG,systolic pressure,diastolic pressure,TG and uric acid,urinary albumin/creatinine ratio,urinary albumin were higher and HDL-C was lower in BPH with MS than without MS (P＜0.05).Prostate volume,PSA level,IPSS score,quality of life score were higher in BPH patients with MS than without MS (P＜0.05).Treatment modality analysis showed that lower urinary tract symptoms was mild,watchful waiting accounted for 22.3％,urinary retention or obstruction related operation treatment for 8.7％,moderate to severe symptoms related oral drugs treatments for 67％,the oral drug treatment was still the main mode of BPH.In the patients with abnormal levels of glucose metabolism,the target arrival rate (TAR) on FBG,2 hPBG and HbAlc were 49.6％,34.9％ and 37.5％,TAR on all the three was 19.1％.In the hypertensive population,TAR on systolic and diastolic pressure were 44.1％ and 82.5％,TAR on both two was 41.7％.TG,TC,LDL-C and HDL-C were 31.3％,35.4％,48.2％ and 64.9％,on all the four was 29.9％.Conclusions The ratio of elderly BPH with MS is high,but the target arrival rate on control of urinary tract symptoms and abnormal metabolism component is not optimistic in spite of a positive drug administration.

[Summary] This paper reported 10 patients with bilateral vocal cord paralysis from March 2013 to October 2015.The paraglottic space and arytenoid were resected with CO 2 laser.The endotracheal intubation was removed at 3 months after surgery .The patients were followed up for 1-2 years.No dyspnea or eating difficulty was seen .Patient’ s voice was normal.The cavity mucous membrane was smooth .No complications such as granulation tissue growth occurred .
