Objective To investigate the change of lung function in children with atypical asthma and different lung function index to evaluate the difference of bronchial dilation test positive rate.Methods Seventy-one cases of atypical asthma children routine monitoring lung function,underwent bronchial dilation test,the airway index changes were observed.Results Seventy-one cases of atypical asthma children with big airways function index of forced expiratory volume in first second FEV1,percentage of FEV1 to forced vital capacity (FVC) were basic normal,and the reaction of small airways function index of forced expiratory flow at 25％ of FVC,forced expiratory flow at 50％ of FVC,forced expiratory flow at 75％ of FVC,forced expiratory flow at 25％-75％ of FVC were decreased in different degrees,and mainly for medium and severe damage.FEV1 as evaluation index,the positive rate of bronchial dilation test diastolic was 47.9％ (34/71),and forced expiratory flow rate at 25％-75％ in FVC as evaluation index,the positive rate of bronchial dilation test was 69.0％ (49/71),there was significant difference (x2 =8.086,P =0.004).Conclusions Lung function changes in atypical asthma children are mainly on small airways,and mainly for medium and severe damage,the bronchial dilation test positive rate in such children using the evaluation,forced expiratory flow rate at 25％-75％ in FVC can assist FEV1,decrease the rate of misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis.

Objective To investigate the influence of quetiapine fumarate on the liver function of patients with schizophrenia.Method Liver function change of 63 patients with schizophrenia were compared before treat- ment and at the end of six weeks after treatment with the method of self comparison.Results Patients'ALT in- creased evidently after treatment,A/G decreased(P0.05).Conclusions Quetiapine fumarate induces symptomless abnormal ALT and AST.But it has a great effect of estimation.

Objective To study the influence factors affecting the blood sodium level of patients with respiratory system diseases for the first time. Methods A retrospective analysis of 557 cases in our hospital from January 1,2013 to April 31, 2013 were analyzed.According to the serum sodium levels, patients were divided into normal blood sodium group and hyponatremia group.The basic data, clinical indexes, prognosis were collected and the relationships between the epidemiology study of hyponatremia and the diseases of respiratory system were analysed.Results 557 cases of respiratory patients, 121 cases were complicated with hyponatremia, the incidence rate was about 21.72%; hyponatremia incidence of the top three diseases of respiratory system:57 cases of pneumonia ( 47.1%) , 26 cases of chronic bronchitis ( 21.5%) , 11 cases of lung cancer ( 9.1%); temperature, diastolic blood pressure, heart rate, WBC, Hb, Alb, BUN, Cl, might had an impact on the level of serum sodium (P<0.05); hyponatremia group prognosis was significantly worse than normal blood sodium group (P<0.05).Conclusion Patients in the department of respiratory internal medicine are easy suffered with hyponatremia, the factors are more, prognosis is poor, requiring clinical attention.

Objective: To investigate the relationship between dietary -related behaviors of college students and their health , so as to provide the evidence for the health education for college students .Methods:A question-naire survey was conducted among 2105 college students from Xi′an Jiaotong University with stratified cluster ran-dom sampling .Results:In this survey , college students generally had unhealthy dietary behaviors , cognitive bia-ses of self-images and blind unhealthy weight -losing phenomenon as well .And there was a difference of dieting behaviors between college students of different sex and those of different body mass index .Conclusions:Unhealth-y dietary behaviors of college students were one of the main reasons leading to their abnormal BMI .Hence , it was necessary to improve health ethics education and dietary health guidance for college students , so as to introduce them to consciously assume their own health responsibilities and manage their health .

ObjectiveTo explore the best measurement of waist circumference related with intra-abdominal fat volume evaluated by CT scan.MethodsHeight,weight,and hip circumference were measured among 147 subjects aged over 18 years old.Waist circumference was measured at 3 different levels:the upper brim of the iliac crest ( WC1 ),the midpoint between costal brim and iliac crest ( WC2 ),and the umbilicus ( WC3 ).The intra-abdominal fat volume was evaluated by CT scan.ResultsIntra-abdominal fat volume was significantly higher in men than in women [ ( 1 236.0±608.4 vs 931.0±665.0)cm3,P＜0.01 ].Correlation analysis showed that WC1 ( r =0.634),WC2( r=0.677),and WC3 (r =0.712)were positively correlated with intra-abdominal fat volume ( all P＜0.01 ).Partial correlation analysis adjusted by gender,weight,or body mass index showed that the correlation of intra-abdominal fat volume with WC3 ( r were 0.488 and 0.432) was better than that with WC1( r were 0.347 and 0.293 ) and WC2 ( r were 0.424 and 0.365 ).Multiple linear stepwise regression analysis demonstrated that WC2 and WC3 were independently associated with intra-abdominal fat volume and WC3 was the strongest impact factor (β =0.270,R2c =0.504,P＜0.01 ).ConclusionsWaist circumference is a simple anthropometric measurement parameter reflecting the degree of intraabdominal fat accumulation.All three different measurements of waist circumference may reflect intra-abdominal fat volume,while waist circumference at umbilical level is the best among them.

Methods The pPGPU6/GFP/Neo-mdr-1 were constructed by gene clone technology. The influence on proliferation and apoptosis were investigated by CCK-8 in SKOV3/TAXOL after transfected. pPGPU6/GFP/Neo-mdr-1. Results The expression against mdr-1 proteins were inhibited by pPGPU6/GFP/Neo-mdr-1. The cell proliferation were inhibited after transfected pPGPU6/GFP/Neo-mdr-1 by CCK-8. The apoptosis were observed in DAB experiments and the apoptosis rate incised. Conclusion mdr-1 plays an important role in proliferation of resistant ovarian cancer and the short hairpinRNA of mdr-1 can efficiently suppress mdr-1expression and enhance the apoptosis in SKOV3/TAXOL, which provides a novel method for chemotherapy resistant tumors.

Objective To compare the effects of adjustable pressure drainage device, negative pressure ball drainage and drainage bag drainage on patients with the total hip arthroplasty. Methods The silicone drainage ball with negative pressure, the urine collection bag, the infusion set′s regulator were used to make adjustable pressure drainage device. 120 cases of total hip arthroplasties from January to December in 2015 were chosed and divided randomly into 3 groups based on the sequence of operation notifications. In 40 cases, drainage bag were used (control group 1), 40 cases with negative pressure ball drainage (control group 2) and 40 cases with adjustable pressure drainage device (experimental group). Total postoperative bleeding, the blood transfusion amount, swelling (the thickness of hematoma) and the nursing workload of the three groups were compared. Results The total postoperative bleeding, the blood transfusion amount, the thickness of hematoma and the nursing workload in the experimental group were (775.1±130.5) ml, (3.5±1.3) mm, (180.2±29.9) ml, (34.5±5.2) min. The total postoperative bleeding, the blood transfusion amount, the thickness of hematoma and the nursing workload in the control group 1 were (889.4 ± 160.8) ml, (5.2 ± 1.1) mm, (285.9 ± 30.4) ml, (40.6 ± 7.4) min and in the control group 2 were (876.2±156.7) ml, (4.3±1.2) mm,(208.3±33.3) ml, (50.3±8.5) min. Compared the data of the experimental group and the control group 1, the difference was of statistically significance (t=3.49-15.68, P < 0.01). Compared the data of the experimental group and the control group 2, the difference was of statistically significance (t=2.86-10.03, P<0.01). Conclusions The effects of adjustable pressure drainage device are better than the drainage bag and negative pressure drainage ball. It can effectively reduce the postoperative bleeding and the swelling degree, and bring a lot of relief to the patients and lots of convenience to the nursing work. The method is affordable, reliable and safe which should be promoted in the primary hospital.

OBJECTIVE To explore the situation of physical and mental health and related factors among voluntary blood donors in Anhui Province in order to provide scientific basis to the improvement of voluntary blood donation.METHODS Taking the method to study the situation of blood donors,and selecting five representative cities(the southern part of Anhui: Huangshan and Chaohu,the central part of Anhui:Hefei and the northern part of Anhui:Suzhou and Bozhou).Totally 978 blood donors were investigated by SRHMS and detected their health,behavior and knowledge.RESULTS There were 558(57.1%)first time donors,with 85.1% of higher educational level,and other 420(42.9%) donated blood more than two times,with 91.0% of higher educational level.They all were mainly students(78.32% vs 63.10%).The total equipartition score of volunteer blood donators on health was 347.95?43.92,it was 143.54?16.40 on physiological health,110.59?22.89 on psycho-health,and 94.51?13.78 on social health.CONCLUSIONS Nowadays the volunteer blood donors are mainly from the students and the people with higher cultural level in Anhui Province.We should strengthen the propaganda on the work of volunteer blood donation,especially in other Provincial areas and among people with other occupations.Establishing a permanent group of volunteer blood donation can ensure the transfusion safety from beginning.
