Objective To explore the issues of everyday expenses list used in the cadre wards and find out countermeasures for the purpose of reducing medical disputes and improving the patients’satisfaction.Method Seventy-four patients admitted in our department from July to September 2012 were set as control group,where an investigation was conducted to find out the issues in the practical use of every expenses list and corresponding measures were worked out and used in observation group,which included 78 patients admitted in the department from October to December 2012.The two groups were compared in terms of self-paid articles, re-recording of missed expenses,failure to timely refunding,charging by other means,disagreement on curative nursing items and unclear items for charging.Result The observation group was significantly better than the control in self-paid articles,re-recording of missed expenses and failure to timely refunding(all P<0.05).Conclusions There are some issues in the use of everyday expenses list in the cadre wards.We should take corresponding countermeasures to ensure the interests of the hospital and the patients and the enhanced degree of patients’comfort.

At the same time, classical Kidney-yang-nourishing herb formula You-gui-wan could inhibit ESC apoptosis induced by H2O2, up-regulate Notch expression and down-regulate P16INK4a expression. In addition, there have been some evidences indicated Kidney-nourishing could promote mesenchymal stem cells proliferate. These observations strongly suggest that, Kidney theory of TCM, as the root of the life, is associated with ESC and stem cell; it may provide insight into Kidney theory of TCM and stem cell research.

Objective To observe the influence of ginsenoside Rb3(GSRb3) on ?-aminobutyric acid (GABA) in brain tissue of rats with injury of hypoxia.Methods 20 rats were randomly divided into A, B, C, D and E group. The models of cerebral anoxia in group A and C were made by hypopiesia and hypoxia, and the models of hypoxia-reoxgenation were made in group B and D. 24 h and 1 h before establishment of models, ginsenoside Rb3 was injected peritoneally in rats of group C and D, respectively. The number and form of GABA-like immunoreactive neurons in hippocampus CA1 area of rats after brain hypoxia-reoxgenation were investigated with immunohistochemistry.Results (1)Compared with group E, GABA-like immunoreactive neuron density in CA1 area of group A and B decreased, presented with light staining and absence of prominency. GABA-like immunoreactive neuron density in CA1 area in group C and D was significantly higher than that in group A and B, but the shape was similar to group E. Objective To induce the site-directed mutation of human cardiac troponin I (cTnI) gene, express the mutant in E. coli, and to study the effects of the mutation on the prokaryotic expression of cTnI.
