Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2009;25(36):5-7
Objective To investigate the effect of hotistic nursing intervention on negative emotion and quality of life of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Methods One hundred and twelve hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage inpatients with negative emotion disorder from 2006 June to 2008 December were randomly divided into the routine nursing group and the holistie nursing intervention group with 56 patients in each group. The routine nursing group were given the normal nursing care of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage, the holistic nursing group received psychological nursing, health education and rehabilitative intervention on the basis of normal nursing care for 4 weeks. All patients were evaluated with self rating depression scale (SDS), self rating anxiety scale (SAS) and GQOIL before and after investigation. Results There was no difference in GQOIL, SDS and SAS between the two groups before nursing intervention. After the holistie nursing intervention, the scores of SDS and SAS of the holistic nursing intervention group were significantly lower than that of the routine nursing group, the score of GQOIL was better than that of the routine nursing group. Conclusions The holistie nursing intervention obtains a better effect on managing the hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage patients with negative emotion disorder, it is effective in alleviating negative emotion and raising their quality of life.
2.The relationship between the expression of Cx43 and the proliferation of keratinocytes in epidermis of rats
Journal of Peking University(Health Sciences) 2001;33(2):113-117
Objective: To study topographic characters of the expression of Cx43 and the proliferation activity of keratinocytes on the upper legs of rats and to explore the relationship beween them. Methods: By rutine paraffin section , immunohistochemical techniques of Cx43 and PCNA were used to study the length of the expression of Cx43 in a unit area of epidermis(LA) and the percentage of proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA)positive nucleus(%). Results: Within the range of 5 mm in the horizonal direction, the expression of Cx43 in epidermis varied according to the locations of keratinocytes and Cx43 was highly expressed which was about 3.0~4.5 mm from the start point. At the same time, within the range of 10 mm in the horizonal direction, the proliferation activity of keratinocytes was different from site to site and the kerationcytes with similar proliferation activity were clustered as groups, the scale of which was about 10-3 m; One of the sites, with low proliferation activity, was about 3.0~4.0 mm from the start point. Conclusion: This study suggested that the keratinocytes with low proliferation activity had high expression of Cx43.

Acta Anatomica Sinica 1953;0(01):-
Objective To study topographic characters of the proliferation activity of keratinocytes on the fore limbs of rats and to explore the relationship beween these characters and meridians. Methods By routine paraffin section, silver staining technique for NOR and immunohistochemical techniques of PCNA were used to study topographic characters of the proliferation activity of keratinocytes. Results The proliferation activity of keratinocytes on the fore limbs of rats is different according to the locations on the horizonal direction, and the keratinocytes with low proliferation activity are clustered into groups, the scale of which is about 10 -3 m.As result,3 4 ribbons of keratinocytes with low proliferation activity are formed on the vertical direction, where 3 4 meridians are supposed to be the positions of the comparative anatomy.Conclusion\ This study suggested that the keratinocytes on the meridians are characteritic of the low proliferation activity.\;[

OBJECTIVE:To analyze the volatile components of Cladia aggregate by SPME-GC-MS. METHODS:The column was ZB-5 MSI 5% benzene-95% dimethylpolysiloxane fused silica capillary column, programmed temperature was heated from 5 ℃/min to 220 ℃(maintaining 2 min),detector was flame ionization detector, carrier gas was high purity He(99.999%),the column flow rate was 1.0 ml/min,vaporization room temperature was 250 ℃,splitless injection. MS conditions:ion source was electron ionization source, ionizing voltage was 70 eV, interface temperature was 280 ℃,ion source temperature was 230 ℃, quadrupole temperature was 150℃,emission current was 34.6μA,multiplier voltage was 1 502 V,solvent delay time was 1.5 min, and quality range was 30-500 amu. RESULTS:19 volatile chemical components were separated and identified from C. aggregate, mainly olefins an aldehydes, alcohols, ketones, furans oxygenated volatile chemical components, relative contents accounted for 63.55% to all chromatographic peaks in total ion chromatogram,in which,2,4-octadiene(29.66%),hexanal(5.93%),3-meth-yl-1,4-heptadiene(5.45%)and furan(4.65%)showed the highest contents. CONCLUSIONS:The study has basically made clear the main volatile components in C. aggregate, which provide certain scientific basis for further exploring C. aggregate.

Objective To investigate the value of perfusion CT in the evaluation of neoadjuvant chemotherapy in locally advanced squamous cell carcinoma. Methods Sixty-seven patients with Ib2-IIb squamous cell carcinoma of the cervix underwent CT perfusion imaging before neoadjuvant chemotherapy to measure blood flow (BF),blood volume (BV),peak time (MTT),permeability sur-face (PMB),perfusion time to peak (TTP)and MIP(HU);and underwent routine enhancement CT after the two course of neoadju-vant chemotherapy treatment to measure tumor size, and evaluate the therapeutic effect. Results Among 67 patients,48 patents were effective (2 completely remission and 46 partial remission),and 1 9 patients were ineffective (1 5 stable and 4 progressed),with the overall response rate of 71.6%.The differences of PMB and BV value between effective and ineffective group were statistically significant before neoadjuvant chemotherapy (P <0.001).The BF,MTT,TTP value were no significant difference between effec-tive and ineffective group before neoadjuvant chemotherapy (P >0.05).The BV and PMB value were relatively higher in the patients with effective chemotherapy. Conclusion CT perfusion imaging could measure the BV and PMB value of the tumor before neoadju-vant chemotherapy to provide the basis for treatment selection.
