Objective To observe the Alberta combined with Infant Language Assessment Scale used in rehabilitation for children with cerebral palsy. Methods From Jun.2012 to Jun.2013,64 cases of cerebral palsy in Children's Hospital Affiliated to Suzhou University were selected according to the different interventions and were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,32 patients in each group. The control group underwent conventional rehabilitation training included exercise therapy (mainly Bobath therapy,Ueda therapy) and application Infants Language Assessment Scale for treatment, and the observation group on the basis of the method above, set the action in accordance with Alberta infant motor scale(AIMS) assessment to develop rehabilitation programs.Adhere to 3 hours a day of repeated intensive training.Efficacy in children after treatment was compared, and forceful move and fine motor movements and the changes in development quotient(DQ) before and after treatment were compared between 2 groups. Results The total efficiency of the observation group and the control group was 90.6% and 71.9%,respectively,and there was statistically significant differences between 2 groups (x2 =6.317,P < 0.05).After treatment, the DQ of big movement and fine motor in observation group (47.92 ± 7.15,42.55 ± 8.1 3) were significantly higher than before treatment (36.18 ± 8.23,33.71 ± 10.16) and the control group (38.13 ± 8.21,36.58 ± 8.06),the differences were statistically significant(t =6.235,5.452,6.137,5.243,all P < 0.05).Conclusions The combination of the rehabilitation for children with cerebral palsy in infants language Alberta combined score rating scale, help to improve rehabilitation results and motor function in children, which is of recommendation and application.

Objective:To observe any effect of early recumbent treadmill training on the balance and functional independence during hospitalization of children who have received hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT).Methods:This was a retrospective analysis of 106 children who had received HSCT. Sixty-nine of them were qualified for study. Of those, 32 had performed recumbent treadmill training and the other 37 had not. The children in both groups received routine clinical treatment and nursing care, and also health education advocating exercise and giving exercise programs before and after the transplantation. The daily exercise was conducted with the help of parents. It lasted 20 to 30 minutes each time, 4 or 5 times a week. The treadmill group additionally spent 30 minutes training on a recumbent treadmill 5 times a week for 6 weeks. Balance, functional independence and fatigue levels were quantified before and after the treatment using the Berg Balance Scale (BBS), the Functional Independence Measure for Children (WeeFIM) and the Pediatric Quality of Life Inventory-Multidimensional Fatigue Scale. Results:After the 6 weeks, significant improvement was observed in the experimental group′s average BBS score, motor function domain score, total WeeFIM score, general fatigue, and sleep/rest fatigue. All were then significantly better than the non-treadmill group′s results. Conclusion:Early recumbent treadmill training can promote the recovery of balance and functional independence of children after HSCT.

Objective To investigate the clinical features of patients with heart failure and the safety and efficacy of noninvasive ventilator in patients with heart failure. Methods Sequentially enrolled 65 patients who were diagnosed with decompensated heart failure in Tianjin Chest Hospital Heart Center from October 2016 to October 2017 and who had acute heart failure during hospitalization requiring noninvasive ventilator, were divided into the HF-PEF group (n=19) and HF-REF group (n=46).The clinical data of the two groups and the observation indexes before and after the application of the non-invasive ventilator were compared. Results Comparing the admission data of the two groups, the proportion of patients with hypertension (57.9% vs 21.7%,P=0.005) and LVEF(%) (53.00±4.85 vs 33.07±7.24,P<0.01)were significantly higher in the HF-PEF group than those in the HF-REF group;LVEDD (mm) in the HFPEF group was significantly lower than that in the HF-REF group (50.00±5.23 vs 63.82±8.95,P<0.01).In the two groups of patients with acute left heart failure, blood lactate levels (mmol/L) in the HF-PEF group (4.20±1.06 vs 2.02±0.88,P<0.05) and systolic blood pressure (mmHg) (151.32±43.40 vs 117.90± 19.55,P<0.05) were significantly higher than those in the HF-REF group. After the application of non-invasive ventilator, systolic blood pressure (mmHg) (34.38±9.36 vs 16.94±5.19,P=0.038) and PaCO2 (mmHg)(2.49±0.98 vs-0.06±0.00,P=0.025),and lactic acid (mmol/L) (2.06±0.67 vs 0.04±0.01,P=0.001) were significantly lower in the HF-PEF group than those in the HF-REF group. While the NT-proBNP level (ng/L) (13 064.90±1 963.83 vs 11 687.13±1 028.03,P=0.848) did not decrease significantly, and the time of non-invasive ventilator application (h)was significantly longer than that in the HF-REF group (152.74±10.61 vs 71.03±10.41,P=0.013).Conclusions Hypertension is the main cause of HF-PEF group. The systolic blood pressure and blood lactate level in HF-PEF patients with acute left heart failure are significantly higher than HF-REF patients.Non-invasive ventilator is also safe and effective for the treatment of acute left heart failure in HF-PEF patients, but HF-PEF patients with acute left heart failure have a longer clinical remission time.

Objective:To evaluate the application value of dual-source CT in detecting the components of urinary calculi in children. Methods:A retrospective analysis of 433 children treated for urinary calculi in the Urological Center, People′s Hospital of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region from March 2018 to January 2021 was performed in parallel with dual-source CT examination. The data was processed by the post-processing workstation and the stone composition was analyzed. The analysis results were compared with the results of infrared spectroscopy, and the accuracy of dual-source CT analysis of stones and the predictive value of dual-source CT various measurement indexes for the types of stones were compared. The measurement data were expressed as mean±standard deviation ( Mean± SD), and the comparison of the measurement indexes of each stone type [average CT value, dual energy difference, dual energy ratio and dual energy index (DEI)] were compared by One-way Anova analysis of variance. Draw receiver operator characteristic curve and calculate the area under the curve (AVC), then evaluate the diagnostic efficacy of each index. Results:Dual-source CT detected 282 calcium oxalate stones, 238 calcium phosphate stones, 39 uric acid stones and 7 cystine stones. Compared with the results of infrared spectroscopy, the accuracy rates of dual-source for calcium oxalate stones and hydroxyapatite stones were 84.2% and 81.8%, respectively. Both uric acid stones and cystine stones were accurately detected. In addition, dual energy difference, dual energy ratio, and DEI have reliable predictive value for calcium oxalate stones and calcium phosphate stones, especially dual energy ratio and DEI, both AUC>0.75.Conclusion:Using advanced post-processing analysis methods, dual-source CT can reliably analyze the components of children′s urinary tract stones, and provide a reference for choosing personalized treatment plans.
