A system of detection for ECG signal based on virtual instrument and LabVIEW is introduced.The conception of virtual instrument,ECG amplifier data acquisition(DAQ) and the data procession software are expounded.The system has the function of real-time displaying the ECG,data acquisition and Heart Rate Variability(HRV) analysis.

Objective:To establish a quantitative analysis of multi-components by single marker ( QAMS) method for the determi-nation of six components ( phillyrin, schizandrol, schisandra ester, deoxyschizandrin, schisandrin B and schisandrin C ) in Liuwei Wuling tablets,and verify the accuracy and feasibility of the method applied in the preparation. Methods:The relative correction factor ( f) of schisandrin B, schisandrin C, schisandra ester, schizandrol, phillyrin and deoxyschizandrin was detected by HPLC at the detec-tion wavelength of 230nm, and the contents of the components in Liuwei Wuling tablets were calculated to achieve the multi evaluation. Meanwhile, the contents of the six components were analyzed by an external standard method and the relative error between the calcula-tion of QAMS method ( Wf ) and the result of the external standard method ( Ws ) was calculated to verify the accuracy of QAMS. The reproducibility of the method was also investigated. Results:The QAMS method was established to determine the contents of 6 compo-nents in Liuwei Wuling tablets, and the components in 10 batches of Liuwei Wuling tablets were determined. The differences between the calculated values and the measured values were small ( RSD < 5%) . Conclusion:The QAMS method is simple, effective and ac-curate in determining the contents of 6 effective components in Liuwei Wuling tablets. The quality evaluation model of QAMS for Liuwei Wuling tablets is validated, which can be used for the quality control of Liuwei Wuling tablets and provide reference for the further study.

Apoptosis is the autonomous death of cells,which is controlled by the genes and to maintain the homeostasis of the body.Apoptosis is the important mechanism in the cell's growth and development.Recent studies have found that apoptosis can affect the neighboring cells physiological process in microenvironment through directly contact or release a series of regulatory factor,which plays an important roles in the construction of tumor microenvironment.Therefore,understanding the roles of apoptosis in the normal and tumor microenvironment has great significance for further study the pathogenesis,prevention and treatment of tumor.

The CD19-targeted chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cell treatment has achieved clinical success in treating B-cell lineage hematopoietic malignancies. This accomplishment involved the precise and efficient elimination of tumor cells by tumor-associated an-tigen-redirected immune cells. As a result, the reinitiation of several CAR T-cell (CART) based clinical trials in solid tumors was promot-ed. However, developing a feasible and efficient CAR T based therapeutic modality for solid tumors is urgently needed given the differ-ential properties between liquid and solid tumors. In this review, we discuss the advances in the management of cytotherapeutic mo-dality for solid tumors. The aspects considered include toxicity management, target selection, and primer or conditioning treatment.

AIM: To determine whether chronic hypercholesterolemia affects ionic currents on cardiac ventricular myocytes of rats. METHODS: Whole - cell patch - clamp technique was used to record the ionic currents in single cardiac myocytes isolated from normal cholesterolemia and hypercholesterolemia rats. CON-CLUSION: Hypercholesterolemia affects the ionic currents on cardiomyocytes of rats greatly, which may be the ionic mechanism of cardiac toxicity induced by hypercholesterolemia.

Objective To determine how the pulmonary ligament affects the helical CT appearances of the lower thoracic disease on the basis of the anatomic findings. Methods Four cadavers were cut transversely, with the section thickness of 11.3-13.4 mm. 57 patients with the lower thoracic disease were scanned using Somatom Plus 4, with administration of intravenous contrast material. The correlation of the anatomic findings of the pulmonary ligament and the helical CT appearances of the lower thoracic disease was evaluated. Results On cadaver sections, the right pulmonary ligament attached the lower lobe of the right lung to the esophagus, while the left ligament attached the lower lobe of the left lung to the esophagus or the descending aorta. In 40 pleural effusion and 7 pneumothorax cases, the pulmonary ligament tethered the medial aspect of the collapsed lower lobe and limited the shift of the lower lobe. In 40 pleural effusions, the ligament divided the medial pleural space into an anterior and a posterior compartment. The ligament showed thickness due to the invasion of the lesions of lower lobe including 7 tumors and 3 inflammatory diseases. Conclusion The pulmonary ligament can affect the helical CT appearances of the lower thoracic disease, such as lobe collapse, pleural effusion and pneumothorax; while the intraparenchymal and mediastinal abnormality can extend into the pulmonary ligament.

Objective: The present study investigates the effects of Tanreqing injection, a compound Chinese herbal medicine, on the proliferation of leukemia cells in vitro and discusses the potential mechanisms. Methods: Tanreqing injection was diluted to a series of concentrations (1:2, 1:4, 1:8, 1:16, 1:32, 1:64, 1:128, 1:256 and 1:512) by volume and then independently applied to treat chronic myeloid leukemia K562 cells and T cell acute lymphocytic leukemia Molt4 cells at the proliferative stage. Cell growth was observed at different time intervals under a microscope. Cell proliferation was determined by cell counting kit-8 assay and the survival curve was delineated. The inhibitory rate and the half inhibitory concentration (IC50) were calculated. Molt4 cells were stained with propidium iodide (PI) and PI/Annexin V and then the cell cycle and apoptosis were analyzed by using flow cytometry. In addition, a real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction was subjected to detect the expressions of apoptosis-related genes (bcl-2 and caspase-3) after Tanreqing treatment. Results: Tanreqing injection had inhibitory effects on the proliferation of K562 cells and Molt4 cells. The most toxic concentrations were observed between 1:2 and 1:16 where cells were almost necrotic. The inhibitory effect manifested in a concentration- and time-dependent manner. The IC50 of K562 and Molt4 was 1:333 and 1:142, respectively. After 1:32 Tanreqing injection treatment for 72 h, the number of Molt4 cells in the S phase significantly decreased (P<0.05), and the apoptosis rate markedly increased (P<0.05). In addition, increased caspase-3 expression and decreased bcl-2 expression were also observed (P<0.05). Conclusion: Tanreqing injection can both inhibit the proliferation and promote the apoptosis of leukemia cells in vitro, whereby the potential mechanism seems to be mediated in part by decreasing S phase ratio, down-regulating bcl-2 expression and up-regulating caspase-3 expression.

AIM To elucidate the possible antiarrhythmic mechanism of matrine. METHODS Whole-cell patch-clamp technique was used to record ionic currents in ventricular myocytes. RESULTS In guinea pig ventricular myocytes, matrine 100 μmol·L-1 prolonged 90% action potential duration (APD90) by 40% at a stimulation of 0.1 Hz in a frequency-independent manner, inhibited IK1 by 47% at the test potential of -120 mV, reduced IKr,tail by 50% and had no effect on IKs,tail. CONCLUSION Matrine prolonged APD through blockade of multiple potassium currents, which may relate to its antiarrhythmic efficacy.

Objective To explore laboratory diagnosis tests for lupus anticoagulant associated by coagulation factors(F Ⅷ,F Ⅸ and F Ⅺ)deficiency.Methods We investigated the coagulation factors'activity,coagulation factors'antibodies,anticardiolipin antibodies,lupus anticoagulant and thrombin generation in thirteen patients of lupus anticoagulant associated by coagulation factors(F Ⅷ,F Ⅸ and F Ⅺ)deficiency,ten hemophilia A patients, forty-eight healthy people. In these thirteen patients,there were five patients with schizophrenia and had been taking chlorderazin for a long time,two patients with antiphospholipid syndrome, one patient with pemphigus, five patients in which causes of disease were unknown.Among these patients,two patients has haemorrhage,eleven patients don't have reduced.The antibodies of these coagulation factors and LA were positive.Six patients in this group were ACA poslhve,and seven patients were ACA negative.The lag time of eleven non-haemorrage patients with LA positive associated by F Ⅷ,F Ⅸ and F Ⅺ deficiency was(5.60±1.18)min,higher than that of control group which was(1.88±0.25)min.This differenee had statistically significant(t=10.05,P＜0.01).The time to peak was(8.11±1.91)min,significantly higher than that of control group which was (4.10±0.36)min(t=8.83,P＜0.01).The endogenous thrombin potential(ETP)was(1 640.87±higher than that of hemophilia A patients which was(38.50±6.20)%(t=9.77,P＜0.01).The time to peak of hemophilia A patients was(8.01±1.81)min,significantly higher than that of control group which Was(4.10±0.36)min(t=8.20,P＜0.01).The lag time of control group and hemophilia A patients was (1.88±0.25)min and(2.01±0.84)min,respectively.There was no significant difierence of the lag time between these two groups(t=1.26,P＞0.05).Conclusions Diseases like lupus anticoagulant associated bv coagulation factors(F Ⅷ,F Ⅸ and F Ⅺ)deficiency and inherited hemophilia should use APTT,PT,should be used as confirmation tests. LA and ACA may serve as indication test for identifying the causes of these diseases. ETP and ETP percentage are quite good parametem for predicting the bleeding risk of patients with LA positive associated by coagulation factors(F Ⅷ,F Ⅸ and F Ⅺ)deficiency.

Objective To investigate the value of the cold supernatant in the clinical practice. Methods 25 cases of TTP got a direct infusion of cold supernatant or plasma exchange using cold supernatant as fluid replacement and with medications at the same time. Then we observed the clinical treatment effect of all the cases. Results The clinical remission rate of 25 cases of TTP was 80%. Conclusion The cold supernatant could be used as a new blood component in clinical application,especially for the treatment of thrombotic microangiopathy (TMA). It not only can save valuable blood resources,but also can reduce the economic costs of patients.
