Chinese Journal of Nosocomiology 2005;0(11):-
OBJECTIVE To exlpore the clinical features and countermeasures of nosocomial infections in cardiovascular patients.METHODS The infection incidence, infection sites,high-risk factors and impacts on prognosis were recorded and analyzed in a retrospective way.RESULTS Nosocomial infection incidence was 10.1% within which respiratory system infection taken the first place;patients over 60 ages and staying in hospital over 30 days, with underlying diseases, chronic heart failure, invasive operation etc were the high-risk factors;the mortality of the infected group was higher than the non-infected group.CONCLUSIONS The infection incidence in cardiovascular patients is related to various factors, with bad prognosis;we need to avoid the high-risk fators based on the active treatment for primary disease,in this way to prevent and control the occurrence of nosocomial infection.
2.Reserch progress of nasopharyngeal carcinoma related gene
Journal of International Oncology 2013;40(9):662-665
The occurrence of nasopharyngeal carcinoma is a multi-gene,multi-step process.Among them, oncogene activation and antioncogene inactivation is the important mechanism. The related oncogenes of nasopharyngeal carcinoma contain Bcl-2,hepatocyte growth factor (HGF),cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) and latent membrane protein-1 (LMP-1).The related antioncogenes of nasopharyngeal carcinoma contain p53,p16,Nm23-H1 and PTEN.With the deepening research on genes, studies also find that nasopharyngeal carcinoma is related to PECAM-1,MMP-9 and RECK.These genes play important roles in the occurrence and development of nasopharyngeal carcinoma, which may become new targets for the treatment of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
3.CXCL4 and its receptor in colorectal cancer
Journal of International Oncology 2013;(5):362-365
CXC chemokine ligand 4 (CXCL4) is a platelet-derived chemokine, and it belongs to CXC subfamily. Its receptor is CXC chemokine receptor 3 (CXCR3),which belongs to the seven transmebrane G-protein-coupled receptor family, and its coreceptor is glycosaminoglycan (GAG).CXCL4 and its receptors take part in the regulation of many biological processes, such as immune regulation, inflammatory response, endothelial cell proliferation and migration and angiogenesis.Recent studies show that CXCL4 and its receptor have significant influence on the cell growth, angiogenesis, invasion and metastasis of colorectal cancer, which offers a new perspective to explore the mechanism of colorectal cancer and its targeted therapy.

BACKGROUND: Removable partial denture is the main way of repairing dentition defects, and its casting materials mainly include pure titanium, cobalt-chromium al oy and Vital um 2000. OBJECTIVE: To analyze the biocompatibility of removable partial dentures made of different materials in repair of dentition defects. METHODS: Total y 120 patients with dentition defects, aged 24-68 years old, were enrol ed and underwent repair with removable partial dentures. Among these patients, 40 patients were treated with cobalt-chromium al oy-casted removable partial dentures, 40 patients with pure titanium-casted removable partial dentures, and 40 patients with Vital ium 2000 casted removable partial dentures. Al patients were fol owed up for 2 years. The chewing efficiency, coagulation, thrombosis, alveolar bone loss, patient satisfaction, and the incidence of adverse reactions, such as abutments periodontal disease and secondary caries were compared between these three groups. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: (1) Chewing efficiency and patient satisfaction rate: Vital um 2000 group > titanium group > cobalt-chromium al oy group (P < 0.05). (2) Coagulation, thrombosis, the incidence of alveolar bone loss: Vital um 2000 group < titanium material group < cobalt-chromium al oy group (al P < 0.05). (3) Incidence of adverse reactions: Vital um 2000 group < titanium group

Objective To provide clinical experience in the treatment and prevention of complicated acute cardiac tamponade in the course of heart interventional therapy. Methods To analyse the clinical features of patients with acute cardiac tamponade and to investigate the possible underlying mechanism. Results Twenty-one cases experienced acute cardiac tamponade when undergoing heart interventional therapy. Among all the 21 patients with acute cardiac tamponade, 11 occurred from percutaneous coronary interention(PCI) ,6 from the radiofrequency catheter ablation , 1 from the closure of atrial rspetal with amplaty closure service, 1 from the percutaeous balloon mitral valvuloplasty ( PBMV), 2 from temporary pacemaker implantation. Eighteen patients were successfully rescued left no serious sequelae. Three cased died, including two PCI-related death and one temporary-pacemaker-installation-related death. Conclusion Any heart interventional operation is at the risk to cause acute cardiac tamponade. Early identification and appropriate treatment is the key to successful rescue.

Recent Advances in Ophthalmology 2017;37(2):114-116
ObJeetive To report a simple and efficient method to label two different types of retinal ganglion cells (RGCs) in mouse retina. Methods Eyeballs were harvested from normal adult C57 BL/6 J mouse, the retinas were isolated, four radial cuts were done, the retinas were pasted on the nitrocellulose membrane with the ganglion cell layer upturned. The immunofluorescence double staining and laser confocal nmicroscope was used to reveal conventional retinal ganglion cells and intrinsically photosensitive retinal ganglion cells (ipRGCs) using Brn3a and Melanopsin. Results The double staining results of whole mount retina showed that conventional RGCs and melanopsin immunopositive ipRGCs had a complementary distribution in mouse retina, these two subtypes of RGCs were predominantly present in the ganglion cell layer. The numbers of ipRGCs was just about 1%-2% of conventional RGCs,and the axons of ipRGCs toward the direction of the optic disc, several dendrites toward the inner plaximem layer. Conclusion The immunofluorescence double staining of whole mount retina is a simple, stable and efficient method to label two different types of mouse RGCs.
