pH-responsive nanoparticles (NPs) are currently under intense development as carriers of drug delivery systems for cancer therapy. Of these NPs, those that are designed to target the slightly acidic extracellular pH environment (pHe~6.8) of solid tu-mors offer a new paradigm of tumor-targeted drug delivery. Compared with conventional, specific, surface-targeting approaches, the pHe-targeting strategy is considered to be more general because of the common occurrence of an acidic microenvironment in solid tu-mors. This review mainly focuses on the design and applications of pHe-activated NPs, particularly on pHe-activated surface-charge re-versal NPs, for drug and siRNA delivery to tumors. The novel development of NPs described in this review has high potential for achieving stronger therapeutic effects in cancer treatment.

Stem cell treatment for traumatic brain injury is the focus of current research.But there are still a lot of problems for stem cell transplantation,for example Immune rejection,low survival rate,and so on.Research on the recruitment of autologous bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells to the injured part,and directionally induce the differentiation of neurons to repair the damage,thus become a research hotspot for the craniocerebral injury treatment.Vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and its receptor are widely distributed in the central nervous system.VEGF can promote cerebral microcirculation remodeling and induce MSCs to different toward the blood vessel endothelium.It can also inhibit neuronal death and apoptosis and directionally recruit and induce autologous neural progenitor cells and MSCs to different toward nerve cells.Formed between VEGF,MSCS and neurotrophin network mechanisms to promote brain repair.This self repair treatment is expected to be a good prospect of research plans.

Objective: To observe the effectiveness of neltimicin sulfate in treating the infections of lower respiratory tract.　Methods: 41 cases of lower respiratory tract infections served as observation subjects (treated with netilmicin sulfate 200 mg*d-1, iv drip) while the other 30 cases as control subjects (treated with penicillin 8×109 U*d-1 and ampicillin 8.0 g*d-1, iv drip).　Results: The therapeutic effectiveness was significantly higher in the observation group than that in the control group (P＜0.01). The sensitivity tests of isolates from the sputum showed that 71.1% of the isolates were highly sensitive to netilmicin sulfate, 28.9% moderately sensitive to netilmicin sulfate. The total effectiveness rate was 97.6%.　Conclusion: Netilmicin sulfate is effective in treating the lower respiratory tract infections and causes less side effects.

Histone codes are characterized by the type, location, and modification of amino acids in proteins. Recent research has shown that histone codes are closely related to glioblastoma (GBM). In GBM cells, the combined effects of various effector proteins and histone-modified target sites control the state of chromatins, which further affects the epigenetic phenomena, including GBM cell DNA replication and gene expression and regulation. GBM histone code information exists in histone acetylation, methylation, phos-phorylation, ubiquitination, and other post-translational modification processes. Briefly, this study on the relationship between histone code and GBM provides further molecular targets to develop the clinical diagnosis and treatment of GBM.

Sci-technology is a leading driver of the evolution of warfare forms.If a sci-technology group can promote the evolution of warfare forms, we have to see whether it can lead to changes in new era of economy, boost the transformation of new operational effectiveness, and spawn the emergence of new military philosophy.The rapid development of modern biotechnology has proved to be of high military value and will give impetus to new military reform and promote evolution of warfare forms.The study of the evolution of warfare forms should start with the social basis, material basis, and theoretical basis.This article expounds the mechanism of the evolution of warfare forms, and puts forward some rough notions of forms of biological warfare.It is a prediction and inference on the evolution of warfare forms in future wars.

[Objective]To explore the operative methods and curative effect of the damage of the deltoid ligament.[Method]From April 2002 to April 2005,all 40 cases with ankle fractures were treated by open reduction and firm internal fixtion,by repairing of the deltoid ligament and restoration of stability of medial and lateral structures of ankle joint.If separation of the tibio-fibular joint was still unstable,transverse internal fixtion was adopted with one cortical bone screw.[Result]All cases were followed up from 6 months to 3 years with an average of 18 months,and were evaluated according to the criteria of QI Bin:the results showed excellent in 30 cases,fair in 8 cases and poor in 2 cases,the rate of excellent results was 75%.[Conclusion]The authers emphasized that,in order to obtain satisfactory result,open anatomical reduction and rigid internal fixtion must be adopted in the fractures,the deltoid ligament should be treated properly.

Objective To understand the mental status of 180 stomatology graduates(including undergraduates,masters and PhD students)in China Medical University,whom are hunting job in 2016. Methods A total of 180 stomatology graduates were tested by SCL?90 symptom check?list and self?questionnaire. Results Compared with the national norm,4 factors of SCL?90 in stomatology graduates shows significant differences (P<0.05),they were obsessive?compulsive symptoms,depression,anxiety and paranoid. Chi?square test showed that the 4 factors of masters and doctoral graduate students were significantly higher than undergraduates(P<0.05),and there was no difference between the former two(P>0.05). Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that family economic conditions were positively correlated with postgraduate examinations;their will?ing to work in stomatology hospitals were closely related to anxiety,depression and other negative emotions. Statistical techniques with univariate re?gression analyses indicated that households’financial status,whether to study for graduate student and doctoral student further,job object for stoma?tological hospital,dental clinic,or department of stomatology in general hospital may be risk factors. Conclusion There are various degrees of men?tal health problems in stomatology graduates of 2016. We should actively guide them,and strengthen their mental health education.
