Objective To prepare the flurbiprofen orally disintegrating tablets and establish the procedures of controlling the quality.Methods Flurbiprofen orally disintegrating tablets was prepared by wet granulation and it content was determined by HPLC.Results The obtained tablets were fine in the shape and smooth in the surface.Their hardness was 2 kg,the disintegrating time was about 30 s.The linear correlation was in a range of 1.0-10.0 ?g/ml,r=0.999 9.The average recovery was 99.32%,RSD=1.09%(n=7).Conclusion Our methods of flurbiprofen orally disintegrating tablets are simple and feasible in preparation and quality control.

Objective To compare the efficacy of laryngeal mask airway Guardian (GLMA) and laryngeal mask airway Supreme (SLMA) in patients undergoing gynecological surgery. Methods One hundred and twenty ASA Ⅰ or Ⅱ patients aged 19-80 yr weighing 50-70 kg undergoing gynecological surgery were randomly divided into 2 groups: SLMA group (group S, n = 59) and GLMA group (group G, n =61). LMA was inserted after induction of anesthesia with propofol 2.0-2.5 mg/kg, sufentanil 0.2 μg/kg and rocuronium 0.6 mg/kg. All the patients were mechanically ventilated. BP, HR, SpO2, PETCO2 and Ppeak were monitored during operation. The rate of successful placement, placement time, fiberoptic bronchoscope grade, airway sealing pressure, airway pressure during normal ventilation with tidal volume of 8 ml/kg, airway pressure and air leakage during ventilation with large tidal volume of 20 ml/kg, air leakage during opertion, complications, anesthesia time, duration of surgery, extubation time and emergence time were recorded. Results There was no significant difference in the rate of successful placement, placement time, airway pressure during normal ventilation and during ventilation with large tidal volume, blood stain at LMA removal, incidence of sore throat, choking hoarseness and dysphagia, anesthesia time, duration of surgery, extubation time, and emergence time between the two groups (P ＜ 0.05). The BP,HR, SpO2, Ppeak and PETCO2 were within the normal range during operation in both groups. The fiberoptic bronchoscope grade and airway sealing pressure were significantly higher, and the incidence of air leakage during ventilation with large tidal volume and during operation was significantly lower in group G than in group S (P ＜ 0.01).Conclusion GLMA and SLMA can provide adequate ventilation during operation with fewer complications and can be used effectively for gynecological surgery. The efficacy of GLMA is better.

Objective To observe the molluscicidal effect of 25% suspension concentrate of niclosamide (SCN) against snail eggs and young snails. Methods The experiments with SCN and 50% wettable powder of niclosamide ethanolamide salt (WPN) against the snail eggs and young snails were carried out by the immersion method in laboratory. Results The death rates of snail eggs were both 100% in 0.25 mg/L active content of SCN and in 0.50 mg/L of WPN for 24 hours. The LC_~50(s) of SCN against Oncomelania snail eggs were 0.0506, 0.0496 mg/L and 0.0473 mg/L by immersion for 24, 48 hours and 72 hours respectively, while the LC_~50(s) of WPN were 0.1030, ~0.0962 mg/L and 0.0869 mg/L. The death rates of young snails were both 100% in 0.25 mg/L active content of SCN and WPN for 24 hours. The LC_~50(s) of SCN were 0.0625, 0.0474 mg/L and ~0.0442 mg/L for 24, 48 hours and 72 hours respectively, while the LC_~50(s) of WPN were 0.1088, 0.0825 ~mg/L and 0.0825 mg/L. Conclusion The SCN has high molluscicidal effect against Oncomelania snail in its different developmental stages: egg and young snail.[

The clinical data of a case of paroxysmal extreme pain disorder(PEPD) in Guangdong 999 Brain Hospital were retrospectively analyzed.The male patient, age of first examination was 7 months, began to have recurrent tonic accompanied by facial redness or cyanosis at 5 months after birth.The patient was diagnosed with epilepsy.The oral solution of sodium valproate and Levetiracetam were not effective.The video electroencephalogram examination displayed that, when the patient had tonic and bradycardia, the synchro electroencephalogram did not show epileptic discharge, so the patient was considered to have non-epileptic tonic.Genetic examination suggested that SCN9A gene mutation of c. 5240T >C resulted in amino acid changes: Val1747Ala.Combined with the skin changes, the patient was diagnosed as PEPD caused by SCN9A gene mutation.After the treatment with Carbamazepine, the patient′s abnormal skin changed and his-epileptic tonic disappeared, and his condition improved significantly.The early stage of PEPD can be mainly manifested as non-epileptic tonic.It is easy to be misdiagnosed as epilepsy, so the patient′s characteristic skin changes should be noticed, and genetic examination is also helpful in the diagnosis of the disease.

Objective To study the correlation between vitamin D receptor (VDR) gene polymorphism and the risk of colorectal cancer.Methods Three hundred and fifty patients with colorectal cancer treated in our hospital from May 2013 to August 2016 were randomly selected as the study group,and 350 healthy subjects were recruited in this study.The genomic DNA was extracted from peripheral blood of all subjects.Twenty-nine VDR single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) were selected and genotyped,and the plasma vitamin D concentration was measured.Logistic regression model was used to evaluate the odds ratio (OR) and 95％ confidence interval (CI) of colorectal cancer.Results Rs2254210,rs1540339,rs2107301,rs11168267,rs11574113,rs731236,rs3847987 and rs11574143 VDR SNPs were associated with the risk of colorectal cancer (P ＜ 0.05),and the risk of colorectal cancer was significantly higher than that of colorectal cancer (P ＜ 0.05).The SNPs of rs11574113,rs3847987 and rs11574143 were more correlated with the risk of colorectal cancer in people with higher plasma vitamin D concentrations.There was a significant difference in the proportion of patients with genotype at different levels of plasma vitamin D in the rs7968585 locus (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion The polymorphism of vitamin D receptor gene has a certain correlation with the risk of colorectal cancer,and the detection of vitamin D gene polymorphism has a certain significance for predicting the occurrence of colorectal cancer and guiding clinical medicine.

ObjectiveTo investigate the characteristic of hindlimb movement recovery in adult rats after spinal cord injury and how to assess it.Methods 26 adult female rats were randomized in sham,completely midthoracic spinal cord transected(at T8 level) or body weight supported treadmill training(BWSTT) groups.Their motor function were assessed with Basso,Beattie,Bresnahan locomotor rating scale for open field(BBB scale) and average combined scores(ACOS).ResultsNone of the rats exhibited hindlimb movements after operation.30 d and 45 d after operation,BBB and ACOS score of rats in BWSTT group showed better than that in SCI group.There were significant differences in ACOS score among 15 d,30 d and 45 d after operation in both group.ConclusionPartial spontaneous hindlimb functional recovery can be found in chronic adult spinal cord injured rats and BWSTT would facilitate the recovery.Both semiquantitative and qualitative assessment were strongly correlated with locomotor recovery,but the semiquantitative assessment shows more sensitive.

Objective To assess the level of plasma thromboxane B2(TXB2),6-keto-prostaglandin F1α(6-keto-PGF1α) of patients with acute cerebral infarction,so as to know the changes of platelet function on acute cerebral vascular diseases.MethodsThe level of plasma TXB2,6-keto-PGF1α and TXB2/6-keto-PGF1α(T/6-K) of 205 patients with acute cerebral infarction were measured within 24 hours and on the 7th day and 14th day,and were compared with the normal controls(n=40).ResultsThe levels of plasma TXB2,6-keto-PGF1α of patients within 24 hours,on the 7th day and 14th day were significantly higher than those in the normal controls(P<0.01).The level of plasma TXB2 was the highest on the 7th day and decreased on 14th day.The level of plasma 6-keto-PGF1α was the highest on the 14th day.T/6-K was higher than those in the normal controls within 24 hours and on the 7th day;it was highest on the 7th day and decreased on 14th day to level of the normal controls(P>0.05).ConclusionThe determine on levels of plasma TXB2,6-keto-PGF1α has important significance for knowing the changes of platelet function on acute cerebral infarction.The balance between TXB2 and 6-keto-PGF1α is important in keeping the blood smoothly.

NAS preparation, a kind of Chinese herbal medicine found by the Yunnan Eco-agricultural Research Institute, has potential antiviral activity. In this paper, the inhibiting effect of NAS preparation on H9N2 subtype Avian influenza virus (AIV) was investigated in vivo. Chickens infected with H9N2 virus were treated with NAS preparation for 4 days. The virus was then detected by hemoagglutination (HA) test and reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR). The results showed that no H9N2 virus could be detected at the 7th day when the chickens were treated with 0.2g/kg/d or 0.1g/kg/d of NAS preparation. However the virus could be detected in other chickens without NAS preparation treatment. This result suggested that NAS preparation may be a potential drug candidate to control infection of H9N2 subtype AIV in chickens.

ObjectiveTo observe the effects of sodium ozagrel on nail microcirculation and hemorrheology in patients with myocardial infarction (MI).Methods128 MI cases were randomly divided into the treatment group (group A, n=68) and control group (group B, n=60). On the base routine treatment, patients of group A were treated with sodium ozagrel (80～160 mg/d) and those of group B were treated with glucose-insulin-potassium solution (250～500 ml/d). The changes of nail microcirculation and hemorrheology were measured in pre-treatment and post-treatment.ResultsThe nail microcirculation and hemorrheology in group A were significantly better than group B (P<0.01).ConclusionSodium ozagrel can markedly improve nail microcirculation and hemorrheology in patients with MI.

Objective To explore the clinical differences between patients with early-onset myasthenia gravis (EOMG)and those with late-onset myasthenia gravis(LOMG).Methods This was a retrospective study enrolling 157 MG patients.Based on the age of onset,patients were divided into the EOMG group(n=85)and the LOMG group(n =72).The groups were compared on clinical characteristics,including clinical manifestations,MG classification,electrophysiological findings on repetitive nerve stimulation(RNS),single fiber electromyography(SFEMG),levels of antibody against acetylcholine receptors(Ach-R Ab),antibody to muscle-specific kinase(MuSK Ab),titin antibody(Titin Ab),ryanodine receptor antibody(RyR Ab),thyroid function,thymectomy,thymus pathology and responses to treatment.Results The mean ages of onset were markedly different [(40.9 ± 9.7) years vs.(62.0 ± 12.2) years,P＜ 0.05] between the EOMG and LOMG groups.The LOMG group was associated with a significantly higher rate of the ocular form(50.0 ％,n=36 vs.32.9％,n=28,P＜0.05),a lower rate of the general form(50.0％,n=36 vs.67.1％,n=57,P＜0.05),and an increased risk of bulbar involvement(41.7％ n=30 vs.23.5％,n=20,P＜0.05)than those in the EOMG group.There was no significant difference in positive rates of RNAS and SFEMG,and levels of AChR Ab,MuSK Ab and double serum negative(DSN)MG between the groups (P＞0.05).Moreover,patients in the EOMG group were more likely to have abnormal thyroid function and higher percentages of receiving steroids,tacrolimus,plasma exchange therapy,and thymectomy (P＜ 0.05).Conclusions The clinical profiles of LOMG are different from those of EOMG in clinical manifestations,thyroid function,thymectomy frequency,striational antibody levels and disease-modifying drug options.
