1.Effect analysis of Orthodontic traction and porcelain in the treatment of anterior teeth subgingival quit

Objective To investigate the effect of Orthodontic traction and porcelain in the treatment of anterior teeth subgingival quit.Methods 63 patients with anterior teeth subgingival quit were randomly assigned into observation group and control group,the control group were treated with conventional processing methods,the observation group were treated with orthodontic traction and porcelain repair nethod.the efficient and general treatment were compared.Results In the observation group,there were 12 cases cured,17 cases effective,2 cases ineffective,the total effective rate was 93.55% (29/31) ; in the control group,there were 9 cases cured,14 cases effective,9 cases ineffctive,the total effective rate was 71.88% (23/32).There were significantly difference between two groups (x2 =5.1323,P =0.0235).Tooth loose degrees,gingival condition and periodontal status and treatment of bone resorption rates of the observation group were 93.55%,93.55%,100.00% and 96.77%,significantly higher than the control(71.88%,68.75%,71.88%,75.00%),the differences were statistically significant (all P < 0.05).Crown retention between the two groups showed no significant difference between cases (P > 0.05).Conclusion orthodontictraction has good effect in the treatment of former porcelain subgingival root pruning.
2.The efficacy and safety of the fiberoptic bronchoscope high frequency endotherm knife combined with balloon dilatation in treating tuberculosis inflammatory airway constriction

Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of the fiberoptic bronchoscope high frequency endotherm knife combined with balloon dilatation in treating tuberculosis inflammatory airway constriction.Methods According to the different treatment methods,63 patients with tuberculosis airway constriction were divided into two groups:the balloon dilatation group (balloon group,34 cases) and high frequency endotherm knife combined with balloon dilatation group (combination group,29 cases).The patients in both groups accepted endoscopic therapy once a week.Effective rate of recanalization for the narrow airway,treatment frequency,the time spent in tuberculosis bacterium clearing,as well as intraoperative and postoperative complications were recorded.Results The rate of recanalization in baboon group and combination group were 52.9% (18/34) and 79.3% (23/29),and there was significant difference (x2 =4.79,P =0.03).The treatment frequency in balloon group and combination group were (3.5 ± 1.3) times and (1.5 ± 1.1) times,and there was significant difference (t =6.53,P < 0.01).The time spent in tuberculosis bacterium clearing in balloon group and combination group were (22.3 ± 3.6) d and (12.3 ± 2.1) d,and there was significant difference (t =11.69,P < 0.01).Conclusions Fiberoptic bronchoscope high frequency endotherm knife combined with balloon dilatation in treating tuberculosis inflammatory airway constriction is efficient and safe.It can reduce the frequency of interventional therapy,shorten the time spent in tuberculosis bacterium clearing,which is worthy of clinical application.

4.Analysis of 137 Adverse Drug Reaction Cases Induced by Levofloxacin Injection in Our Hospital

OBJECTIVE: To analyze the characteristics of adverse drug reaction (ADR) induced by Levofloxacin (LVFX) injection and to promote rational use of drugs in the clinic. METHODS: 137 LVFX injection-induced ADR cases reported in our hospital during 2006~2009 were collected and analyzed statistically with Excel in respect of age, gender, medication and clinical manifestation, etc. RESULTS: ADR cases occurred nearly in all ages of people, and 32.85% were appeared in people over 60 years. Main clinical manifestations were lesion of skin and its appedants (62.04%) and gastrointestinal injury (16.06%). Most of them were mild and medium ADR. CONCLUSION: Great importance should be attached to the rational use of LVFX injection and ADR monitoring to guarantee the safety of patients.
5.The Association of HLA-DQB1 Alleles and Generalized Pustular Psoriasis

Objectives To investigate the association between HLA-DQB1 alleles and Han Chinese with generalized pustular psoriasis (GPP) from Shandong. Methods The distributing frequencies of HLA-DQB1 alleles were detected with polymerase chain reaction-sequence specific primers (PCR-SSP) in 38 GPP patients and 94 healthy subjects from Shandong. Results ①The frequencies of HLA-DQB1*0201 and *0603 alleles increased significantly in GPP patients compared with those of the healthy controls(Pc = 0.005 and Pc = 0.013 , respectively), and the frequency of HLA- DQB1*0604 alleles decreased (OR = 0.08, Pc = 0.039). ②There were significant association between the GPP patients with a previous history of psoriasis vulgaris and HLA-DQB1*0201 and *0603 alleles (OR = 32.31, Pc = 0.005; OR = 12.42, Pc = 0.005, respectively), and between the GPP patients without the history and HLA-DQB1*0602 alleles (OR = 5.60, Pc = 0.039). Conclusions HLA-DQB1*0201 and *0603 alleles are significantly associated with the Chinese patients with GPP in Han population from Shandong. There is a significant heterogeneity in the GPP patients with and without the history of psoriasis vulgaris.
6.The effects of early enteral feeding on rats after hermorrhagic shock

Objectives:To investigate the effects of early enteral feeding(EEF) after hemorrhagic shock(HS) on gut structure and function,hormones for stress and metabolism and nutritional conditions. Methods:Seventy two Wistar rats were randomly divided into sham shock group(SS),HS group(HS) and post HS EEF gorup(HSE).HSE group was fed with ENSURE and HS group was fed with normal saline.EEF was started within 1 hour after resuscitation.The body weight,liver weight,musculus gastrocnemius weight,nitrogen content in liver and musculus gastrocnemius,total plasma protein level,albumin level,MDA(malondialdehyde) and Na + K + ATPase activity in stomach and jejunum mucosa, the change of liver function, the levels of glucagon,cortisol and insulin,and the pathological changes in stomach, small intestine and liver were investigated at 2,6,24,48 h after resuscitation. Results:When compared with HS group,the weight of body,liver and musculus gastrocnemius,the nitrogen content in liver and musculus gastrocnemius,the levels of total plasma protein and albumin and the liver function were significantly better in the HSE group.MDA content was less and Na + K + ATPase activity was higher in HSE group than those in HS group.The glucagon and cortisol levels were significantly lower and the insulin level was significantly higher in HSE group than those in HS group.The pathological changes in the stomach,intestine and liver in HSE group got an obvious improvement. Conclusions:After HS,EEF is helpful to maintain visceral organ function,reduce the stress and hypermetabolic response and improve the nutritional conditions.

8.Analysis of B-D test monitoring result on forevacuum steam sterilizer

This paper analyzes the disqualification factors influencing B-D test results by using B-D test monitoring. Effective methods were taken to remove them and the problems were found in time for overhauling the sterilizer. The forevacuum steam sterilizer should be kept in good state and regulated strictly so that it can work in program with qualified sterilizing quality,thus ensuing a safe and reliable clinical application.
9.The analysis of glucocorticoid receptor of rat liver with HPLC

Objective:To isolate and purify glucocorticoid receptor(GR) of rat liver with HPHIC and verify the existence of the low affinity GR as the further evidence for theoretical basis of large dose glucocorticoid treatment.Methods:The supernatant of the rat liver was performed with Pseudoscatchard assay and HPHIC analysis after ultracentrifuge.SDS PAGE and Western blot were used to identify GR.Results:At the standard atmosphere,when the temperature was at 0 4℃,only one peak appeared at 9 11 min.When the temperature was at 25℃ and the concentration of 3H Dex exceeded 50 nmol/L,two peaks appeared at 3 7 min and 9 11 min.The protein was verified with SDS PAGE and Western blot, its molecular weight was 60 000,which could be bound with monoclonal antibody of GR.Conclusion:Two peaks of GR appears with HPHIC analysis, suggesting they may be high and low affinity receptor.Further researches are necessary to ascertain it. 10.Degenerative process of the cartilage endplate due to the intervertebral destabilization-an experimental rabbit model research by eletron microscope

[Objective]To find out the new method to cure the intervertebral discs degeneration by way of the eletron microscope study of the degeneration of the cartilage endplate in the circumstances of the intervertebral destabilization. [Method]To choose forty-eight white macrotia rabbits of Japan,which weighed within the range of 2.5?0.2 kg,female and male was unrestricted.These rabbits were divided into 2 groups randomly,with 21 rabbits in the contrast troup,with 27 rabbits in the experimental group.First 27 rabbits of the experimental group were destabilizated by operated on L6、7.Inj Diazepam 0.25 mg/kg,Inj Ketamine 0.02 g/kg and Inj Atropine 0.125 mg/kg was one by one injected into the rabbit through the auris vein,shearing the rabbit hair of backside waist,fixing the rabbit on operation table in face lying,using 1% Povidone Ioding to degerm the operation area.Every rabbit was incised at the backside of its waist,that incisal opening is located in the center of the intervertebral space(L6、7 space) that both side iliac crest line correspond,from the meso-ordinate direction cut about 4 cm incision,cutting open skin and subcutaneous tissue,thoroughly,exposing the spinous processes the vertebral plates and the upper-inferior articular processes,entirely segregating the muscles that cohere the spinous processes the vertebral plates and the articluar process,then excising the supraspinal ligaments and interspinal ligaments,biting off two sides the inferior articular processes of L6,in order that resulting in intervertebral destabilization,using 0.9% Inj.Sodium Chloride to washout the incisal opening,in order sewing up each layer tissues.After operation rabbits can freely move in the cages.To draw the materials from all groups after two months,four months and six months orderly.Using transmission electron microscope to observe the structure the cartilage endplate,the author should judge the degenerative course and mechanism of the cartilage endplate synthetically.[Result]The intervertebral destabilization can cause the collagen fibers degenerates from the regular and compact structure to the disorder and loose structure.[Conclusion]The intervertebral destabilization can distinctly lead to the degeneration of the cartilage endplate.
