Objective: To understand the overall situation and problems of the human resources in community medical institutions in Heilongjiang, put forward relevant measurement and suggestions, hoping to provide references for departments of the government designing human resources policies in community medical institutions in Heilongjiang. Methods: Through consulting some related literature information, to recognize the related policies and development situation of community health human resources in Heilongjiang and other places in China. Using Excell2003 to set up the database and analyze. Results:The community health service system has been established in Heilongjiang, but it lacks of human resources planning; the community health human resource configuration is not reasonable; and the existing community health persons’ training demand is higher. Conclusion: Community health service institutions in Heilongjiang should strengthen the government leadership, designed relevant policies, adjust and optimize the structure, speed up the training of the current staff and attract the talents.

BACKGROUND:Neural stem cel transplantation has been used to treat a series of brain injury diseases, such as cerebral palsy, but its effect on Alzheimer’s disease is rarely reported. OBJECTIVE:To observe the effect of neural stem cel transplantation on the behavior and immune regulating system of Alzheimer’s disease rats. METHODS:Thirty-five Sprague-Dawley rats were enrol ed to make a postcerebral incision and given hippocampal injection of amanita phal oides acid to establish rat models of Alzheimer’s disease. Another 10 rats were only given hippocampal injection of normal saline after preparation of postcerebral skin incision as sham operation group. Then 32 successful rat models were randomly divided into two groups (n=16 per group):rats in experimental group were administrated hippocamal injection of 5×109/L al ogeneic neural stem cel suspension;those in model group were given no injection. Five-day Morris water maze test was conducted at 4 weeks after transplantation. At 1 week after Morris water maze test, levels of interleukin-1 and interleukin-10 in the cerebral homogenate were detected, as wel as pathological changes of brain tissues were observed in the three groups. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:Compared with the model group, the abilities of cognition and memory were significantly higher in the sham operation group (P<0.01), and the abilities of spatial learning and memory were significantly higher in the experimental group (P<0.05, P<0.01). Levels of interleukin-1 and interleukin-10 in the model group were significantly higher than those in the sham operation group (P<0.01) but significantly lower than those in the experimental group ( P<0.01). Besides, the number of neurons in the model group was obviously less than that in the experimental and sham operation group. These results indicate that neural stem cell transplantation supplements and protects neurons against Alzheimer's disease in rats, thereby significantly improving the learning and memory ability.

Chinese Medical Ethics 1996;0(01):-
Honest-trust plays an important role in the Chinese outstanding morals and culture, however the credit crisis is an outstanding problem in the professional ethics construction. Honest-trust is the soul of professional ethics construction, which is accountable, self-disciplining, honorable and extensive, therefore it should become the important category of the modern medical theory. And it is an effective way to disclose information and set up the honest-trust file for promoting the professional ethics construction.

Objective To study the effect of continuing flushing with heparin on the prevention of tube obstruction after vacuum sealing drainage(VSD).Methods Seventy-four patients with large area of skin defects treated by VSD were randomly divided into experiment group and control group. The experiment group were managed by continuous infusion with saline at 250 mL and heparin at 12500 U (50 U/mL)in 24 h after operation, with 20 to 30 drops per minute and two times a day. The control group included 33 cases was injected with 20 mL saline when the drainage tube blocked until the VSD tube was unobstructed. The two groups were compared in terms of drainage time, drainage tube, wound healing time, rate of un-obstruction of tubes and histopathological scores. Results The drainage time and wound healing time of experiment group were significantly shorter than that of control group(P<0.05). The rate of un-obstruction of tubes was higher than the control group and so it was with the score in histopathology. Conclusion Continuous flushing with heparin can effectively reduce the incidence of VSD obstruction and promote wound healing.
