Using the WISC R to judge two groups childrens IQ and the structure of intelligence. The test group included 47 children studied in special educational primary school (24 girls, 23 boys, aged from 8-11 years). The control group included 50 normal children (25 girls, 25 boys, aged from 8-11 years). All children were required to perform CATEGORY TEST. The result showed that there were significant differences in IQ between two groups. The IQ in the test group ranged from 46 69. So they could be diagnosed as Mental Retardation (MR). 14 MR children were out of balance between VIQ and PIQ. One child's PIQ was over 2SD higer than his VIQ. But the intelligence structures were very similar in two groups. There were siginificant differences on Category Test between two groups, and the result of Category Test was highly related to IQ (r=0.65). This indicated that Category Test could be used to test the thinking development of children.

Objective To investigate the correlation between atypical respiratory pathogens infection and serum total IgE levels . Methods Serum IgM level was detected in 1 913 blood samples of children with atypical respiratory infection by using indirect im‐munofluorescence assay ,including mycoplasma pneumonia(MP) ,legionella pneumophila (LP) ,rickettsia Q(QFR) ,chlamydia pneu‐monia(CPn) ,adenovirus (Adv) ,respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) ,influenza A virus (IAv) ,influenza B virus (IBv) and parainflu‐enza virus (PIV)1/2/3 .The serum total IgE level was detected by immune scatter turbidimetry .Software SPSS 17 .0 was used in data statistical analysis .Results A total of 991 out of 1 913 samples of respiratory inflected children exhibited positive(positive group) ,while 922 exhibited negative(negative group) in indirect immunofluorescence assay .650 out of the 991 positive samples (65 .59% ) contained MP infection and the combination of MP infection and other virus infections .The serum total IgE level in posi‐tive group was significantly higher than that of the negative group ,and the serum total IgE level in samples with MP infection was higher than that in samples with IBv infection ,Adv infection ,and RSV infection .In the samples in which serum total IgE level was higher than the clinical reference range (100 kU/mL) ,the infection rate of MP infection alone was 31 .29% ,which was evidently higher than that in samples of low IgE level(< 100 kU/mL ,21 .30% ) .On the other hand ,the infection rate of RSV alone was 1 .88% and the infection rate of Adv alone was 3 .13% ,which were both evidently lower than those in samples with normal serum total IgE level(both 6 .53% ) .Conclusion MP is the most common pathogen in children with atypical respiratory pathogen infec‐tion ,and can lead to higher serum total IgE levels .

Refeeding syndrome(RFS)has a high incidence among critically ill patients and significantly impacts the re-covery and prognosis of the patients. In this paper,we reviewed the literature on the risk factors and risk prediction models for RFS,finding the risk factors of RFS included patient-related,treatment-related factors and disease-related factors and the risk prediction models encompassed risk stratification model, risk score models and the Logistic regression models. It was concluded from the review that early assessment was crucial to preventing the occurrence of RFS.However, there was still a lack of reliable RFS risk prediction models with good predictive performance. It was found as well that it was crucial for the prevention of RFS to attach importance to nutritional and serological indicators and other factors. It was expected to be a necessity to conduct prospec-tive and multicenter studies to develop a risk prediction model for predicting RFS for ICU patients. Our review provides a refer-ence for early assessment and intervention for critically ill patients with RFS.

Objective To clarify and analyze the concept and connotation of the reflective practice in nurses. Methods CNKI,Wanfang,CBM,PubMed,Embase,Scopus,CIHNAL database were searched in relation to reflective practice in nurses. The retrieval period was from the inception to Dec.2022.Walker and Avant's concept analysis method was used to analyze the connotation. Results A total of 43 articles were retrieved.6 attributes of reflective practice in nurses were identified, including active engagement, critical thinking, openness and acceptance, making connections with previous knowledge or experiences, extemal support, dynamic and continuity.Antecedents included internal and extemal drivers. The reflective practice in nurses ultimately had a vital impact on themselves, patients and organizations. In recent years Reflective Practice Questionnaire has been one of the most commonly used data collection tools to measure the reflective practice in nurses. Conclusion The concept attributes of reflective practice in nurses were identified by concept analysis method, which provides references for nursing educators to cultivate reflective practice ability of nurses. In future research, researchers can combine the connotations of reflective practice for nurses to develop specific assessment tools for testing the level of reflective practice of nurses and construct the local reflective practice intervention scheme for nurses,so as to promote the development of reflective practice in nursing field in China.

ObjectiveTo investigate the efficacy and safety of Shengxiantang in the treatment of early Parkinson's disease with autonomic dysfunction of Qi deficiency pattern. MethodA total of 82 eligible patients were randomized into control group (41 cases) and traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) group (41 cases). On the basis of standardized treatment of western medicine, TCM group was prescribed Shengxiantang while control group were treated with placebo for 12 consecutive weeks additionally. Scale for Outcomes in Parkinson's Disease-Autonomic (SCOPA-AUT) questionnaire, Unified Parkinson's Disease Rating Scale (UPDRS), Traditional Chinese Medicine Qi Deficiency Symptom Score of Parkinson's Disease (TCMQDSSPD), serum levels of glutathione peroxidase (GPx) and superoxide dismutase (SOD), daily dosage of pramipexole and levodopa and benserazide hydrochloride, and safety index were evaluated both before and after treatment. ResultAfter treatment, the total score of SCOPA-AUT, gastrointestinal score, urinary score, and thermoregulatory score in the control group were higher than those before treatment (P<0.01), while the above sores in the TCM group were lower than those before treatment (P<0.05, P<0.01). In addition, the cardiovascular score, pupillomotor score, and sexual score in two groups showed no significant difference from those before treatment. After treatment, the total score of SCOPA-AUT, gastrointestinal score, urinary score, and thermoregulatory score in the TCM group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05, P<0.01), and cardiovascular score, pupillomotor score, and sexual score showed no significant difference between two groups. After treatment, the total score of TCMQDSSPD, main symptom scores, and minor symptom scores in the control group had no significant difference from those before treatment. The total score of TCMQDSSPD and minor symptom scores of TCM group were lower than those before treatment (P<0.01), while the main symptom scores of the TCM group showed no significant difference from those before treatment. After treatment, the UPDRS score, serum GPx and SOD levels, and daily dosage of pramipexole and levodopa and benserazide hydrochloride demonstrated no significant difference from those before treatment in the two groups and between the two groups. No abnormality was found in the safety indexes. ConclusionBased on the standardized treatment of western medicine, Shengxiantang can effectively and safely improve the autonomic symptoms of gastrointestinal system, urinary system, and thermoregulation, as well as the symptoms of Qi deficiency syndrome in early Parkinson's disease with autonomic dysfunction.
