Care institutions for the aged has become a major trend of social endowment in China. However, psychological characteristics of the elderly in care institutions for the aged have great influence on quality of life in the aged. We should pay attention to psychological characteristics of the elderly in care institutions for the aged, combine with status of institutions for the aged in China, positively take coping strategy and improve the service quality of care institutions for the aged to improve the quality of life of the elderly in care institutions for the aged.

Objective To explore the effects of cognitive behavioral therapy on negative emotions and treatment compliance in patients with coronary heart disease. MethodsFrom June 2015 to June 2017, we selected 86 patients with coronary heart disease at Beijing Longfu Hospital as subjects by convenience sampling. All of patients were divided into observation group (n=43) and control group (n=43) with the random number table. Control group carried out routine nursing. On the basis of routine nursing, observation group implemented cognitive behavioral therapy. The intervention effects were evaluated with the Self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS), Self-rating Depression Scale (SDS) and self-designed compliance questionnaire. ResultsAfter intervention, the scores of SAS and SDS of patients in observation group were lower than those in control group with statistical differences (P< 0.05). Patient compliance of observation group was better than that of control group after intervention with a statistical difference (P< 0.05).Conclusions Cognitive behavioral therapy can improve patients' anxiety, depression, patients' treatment compliance which has great clinical significance.

Objective To analyze the impact of feedforward control nursing intervention on e-mergence agitation and recovery quality in general anesthesia surgery patients. Methods A total of 118 patients undergoing general anesthesia surgery were selected by convenient sampling, and ran-domly divided into control group and observation group, with 59 patients in each group. The control group received routine nursing intervention during emergence anesthesia, while the observation group received feedforward control nursing intervention. The incidence of emergence agitation, recovery quality, pain condition, and nursing quality were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of emergence agitation during emergence in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(42.37%versus 69.49%,P<0.05).The Richmond Agitation-Seda-tion Scale(RASS)scores, duration and frequency of agitation were lower or shorter in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05).The observation group exhibited shorter time for spontaneous respiration recovery, eye opening, extubation, full consciousness, and stay in the postan-esthesia care unit compared to the control group(P<0.05).The Steward emergence score was higher in the observation group(P<0.05).The postoperative pain score was lower, while nursing quality score was higher in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Feed-forward control nursing intervention can reduce the incidence of emergence agitation in general anesthesia surgery patients, improve recovery quality, alleviate postoperative pain, and enhance nursing quality.

Objective:To select the relevant evidence of percutaneous pericardial drainage tube nursing and summarize the best evidence.Methods:Evidence-based questions were established based on PIPOST model. BMJ Best Clinical Practice, China Biology Medicine disc (CBM) , UpTodate, Cochrane Library, Joanna Briggs Institute Evidence-based Health Care Database, China Guide Network, British Guide Network, National Guide Line Clearing House (NGC) , PubMed, EMbase, Evidence-based Medicine (EBM) , Registered Nurses' Association of Ontario (RNAO) , The European Society of Cardiology (ESC) , American Heart Association (AHA) , Chinese Journal Full-text Database and Wanfang Database were conducted computer retrieval. The search time was from the establishment of the database to December 31, 2020. Two researchers respectively evaluated the quality of the included literature and extracted data and summarized and summarized the evidence that met the standards. Results:Finally, 12 articles were included, including 1 evidence summary, 2 systematic reviews, 1 systematic assesment, 2 guidelines, 1 expert consensus and 5 case series studies. Finally, 11 pieces of evidence were formed, including 6 themes such as drainage tube selection, puncture wound nursing, drainage flow control, flushing and sealing of the tube, observation and recording points, extubation indications and care. Conclusions:This study summarizes the best evidence for percutaneous pericardial drainage tube nursing, which provides evidence-based basis for improving the quality of percutaneous pericardial drainage tube care.
