Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effects of methamphetamine (MA) dependence and the repairment of DA neuronal function by SPECT corpus striatum DAT visual digital neural molecular imaging techniques.Methods 25 MA dependent patients (BPRS score ≥ 35) were treated by self-designed treatment program for more than 6 months.The clinical therapeutic effects were scored with reducing rate of BPRS.MA dependent patients were examined by SPECT corpus striatum DAT imaging before and after treatment,while healthy volunteers were examined only once.The SPECT corpus striatum DAT images were analyzed visually and quantitatively.Results The reducing rate of BPRS showed that the total effective rate was 80.0％.Visual analysis of SPECT corpus striatum DAT images showed that the distribution of DAT in the corpus striatum was regionally reduced or defected in various degrees before treatment,and was significantly increased after treatment.Quantitative analysis showed that the bilateral striatal V ((19.26 ± 2.85) cm3),m((20.22±2.99) g) and Ra(4.78±0.79) ％) of MA dependent patients were significantly lower compared with those of the healthy volunteers(respectively (35.39±4.42) cm3,(37.16±4.64) g and (7.93± 0.86) ％) (all P＜ 0.01) before treatment and were significantly improved (P＜ 0.01) after treatment (V:(22.80±4.28) cm3,m:(23.93± 4.49) g and Ra:(5.64 ± 0.99) ％) with a 76.0％ corpus striatum DAT improvement rate.However,the bilateral striatal V,m and Ra of MA dependent patients after treatment were still lower than those of the healthy volunteers (P＜0.01).There was no significant difference between the striatal DAT improvement rate and the BPRS reduction rate (P＞ 0.05).Conclusion SPECT corpus striatum DAT visual digital neural molecular imaging techniques are reliable in the evaluation of the treatment programs for MA dependence and the repair of DA neuronal function.

Object To determine the content of resveratrol glucoside and resveratrol in radix and rhizome of Polygonum cuspidatum Sieb. et Zucc. yielded in Hanzhong Region. Methods The HPLC method was used to assay resveratrol glucoside and resveratrol directly, using Eclipse XDB C 8 column and acetonitrile water as the mobile phase, the UV detection wavelength was 303 nm, with a flow rate of 1 mL/min. Results The content of resveratrol glucoside was 2 5% and resveratrol was 0 43% in the radix and rhizome. Conclusion The content of resveratrol glucoside is higher than that in the former refernece. The content of resveratrol in the radix and rhizome of P. cuspidatum in Hanzhong Region is first reported.

Objective To explore the efficacy of two treatment methods for thoracic tuberculosis.Methods According to the different surgical methods,61 patients with thoracic tuberculosis were randomly divided into A group (31 cases) and B group (30 cases).A group was treated with simple thoracic tuberculosis soft tissue lesions removed,and B group was treated with focus removal + rib resection + muscle flap packing.The operation time,pain time,extubation time,hospital stay,wound fluid,cure rate and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time,pain time,hospital stay time of A group were shorter than those of B group [(35.0 ± 11.0)minvs.(50.0 ±9.5)min,(1.8±1.3)d vs.(4.2 ±2.4)d,(12.5 ±3.4)d vs.(18.8 ±5.7)d],the differences were statistically significant (t =6.257,4.275,5.334,all P ＜ 0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in the extubation time,wound effusion,cure rate and recurrence rate between the two groups [(5.8 ± 3.1) d vs.(5.5 ± 2.8) d,2 cases vs.1 case,100.0％ vs.100.0％,6.4％ vs.3.3％,t =8.691,x2 =9.867,13.674,15.871,all P ＞ 0.05].Conclusion Analysis of the specific situation should be individualized on the chest wall tuberculosis,in the case of rib destruction,the focus should be removed + rib resection + muscle flap packing,if there is no rib destruction,simple chest wall tuberculosis soft tissue lesions removal is more safe,because it is less traumatic for patients.

Objective To introduce and investigate internal-fixtion with outboard proximal tibia anatomic plates through cut of anterolateral aspect of the leg.Methods 56 cases fracture of proximal tibia were fixed with outboard proximal tibia anatomic plates.Results All cases were followed up ranging from 5～18 months,with an average of 9 months.The excellent and good rate was 94.6% on Merchant grading system.Conclusions Internal-fixtion with outboard proximal tibia anatomic plates for the fracture of proximal tibia is an effective and reliable operation.

Objective To explore the influence of Toxoplasma tachyzoites infection on motility of human spermatozoa in vitro, and explain its possible mechanism. Methods Semen samples obtained from 10 healthy volunteers by masturbation were prepared by the swim-up technique. The samples were then inoculated at 37 ℃ with different concentrations of live Toxoplasma tachyzoites varying among 1?103/ml (Group A), 1?104/ml (Group B), 1?105/ml (Group C), 1?106/ml (Group D), 1?107/ml (Group E) and Group F containing Ham’s F-10 only as the negative control. Motion parameters were analysed by Computer-aided sperm analyzer(CASA) in 0 hour, 1 hour, 2 hours, 4 hours respectively. Modalities of spermatozoa and possible adherence and/or agglutination were observed under the light microscope. Results Distinct adhesion of spermatozoa to Toxoplasma tachyzoites and agglutination were noticed. In all the motion parameters, progressive motility was affected most and dependent upon the incubation time and tachyzoites concentration. Objective To provide rationales for preventing and treating dyslipidemia by understanding the current status of lipids and related metabolic factors.Methods A total of 2 590 permanent residents aged ≥ 18 years were selected by random cluster sampling from three urbanized communities of Sijiqing Street.And the rate of abnormal lipid metabolism was calculated for different ages and genders.Spearman's correlation analyses were conducted for the levels of total cholesterol (TC),total triglyceride (TG),low density lipoprotein-cholesterol (LDL-C),high density lipoprotein-cholesterol (HDL-C),body mass index (BMI),waist circumference (WC),systolic blood pressure (SBP),diastolic blood pressure (DBP),fasting plasma glucose (FPG),glycated hemoglobin (HbA 1 c) and uric acid (UA) levels.Both x2 test and logisic regression were employed to examine the correlations between dyslipidemia and overweight/obesity,hypertension,hyperglycemia and hyperuricemia.Results ① The total rate of abnormal lipid metabolism was 60.0％ (1 554/2 590) with a standardized rate of 57.2％.High TC rate was 42.9％ (1 111/2 590) with a standardized rate of 40.5％.And the edge incremental rate was 31.7％ (822/ 2 590),the standardized rate 30.5％,the incremental rate 11.2％ (289/2 590) and the standardized rate 10.0％.High TG rate was 33.0％ (855/2 590) with a standardized rate of 30.7％.And the edge incremental rate was 15.3％ (397/2 590),the standardized rate 14.3％,the incremental rate 17.7％ (458/2 590) and the standardized rate 16.4％.High LDL-C rate was 30.4％ (787/2 590) with a standardized rate of 28.4％.And the edge incremental rate was 22.9％ (594/2 590),the standardized rate 21.7％,the incremental rate 7.5％ (193/2 590) and the standardized rate 6.7％.Low HDL-C rate was 12.6％ (327/2 590) with a standardized rate of 12.8％.The rates of high TC,high TG,high LDL-C,low HDL-C and abnormal lipid metabolism among gender showed no statistically significant difference (P ＞ 0.05);② For both males & females,high TC rate,high TG rate,high LDL-C rate and total rate of abnormal lipid metabolism increased with age (P ＜ 0.01) while low HDL-C rate did not change with age (P ＞ 0.05);③Spearman's correlation analysis showed that the levels of TC,TG and LDL-C were positively correlated with BMI,WC,SBP,DBP,FBG,HbA1C and UA (all P ＜0.01) while the level of HDL-C had negative correlations with BMI,WC,SBP,DBP,FBG,HbA1 c,and UA (all P ＜ 0.05);④The total rate of abnormal lipid metabolism and various types of abnormal lipid metabolism increased with a rising level of BMI in the upward trend (trend test P ＜ 0.01),various types of abnormal lipid metabolism rate between different groups (elevated & non-elevated) of blood pressure,glucose and uric acid also were statistically significant (all P ＜ 0.05);⑤ Non-conditional logistic regression analysis showed that,after adjusting for age and gender,overweight or obesity and hypertension were risk factors of high TC and high LDL-C;overweight or obesity,hyperuricemia was a risk factor for low HDL-C;overweight or obesity,hypertension,hyperglycemia and hyperuricemia were risk factors for high TG and total abnormal blood lipid.Conclusions Urbanized community groups have a high rate of dyslipidemia.And abnormal lipid metabolism is affected by overweight or obesity,hypertension,hyperglycemia and hyperuricemia.The target population should be regularly monitored and comprehensively controlled.

Objective To investigate the significance of immunostainning for Ber EP4and EMA in the diagnosis of basal cell carcinoma and squamous cell carcinoma of the skin.Methods Immunohisto-chemical stainning for Ber EP4and EMA was performed on115cases of basal cell carcinoma,squamous cell carcinoma,Bowen' s disease,actinic keratosis,basosquamous cell carcinoma,seborrheic keratosis,and verruca vulgaris.Specimens were taken from neoplastic tissues as well as the surrounding skin and ap-pendages.Results Ber EP4was positively stained in all cases of basal cell carcinoma and basosquamous cell carcinoma,but negatively stained in squamous cell carcinoma,Bowen's disease,actinic keratosis,sebor-rheic keratosis and verruca vulgaris.Expression of EMA was found in most cases of squamous cell carcinoma and Bowen' s disease,and a few cases of actinic keratosis,and in none of basal cell carcinoma,basosqua-mous cell carcinoma,seborrheic keratosis and verruca vulgaris.Conclusions Routine immunohistochemical staining with both Ber EP4and EMA is helpful for distinction of skin basal cell carcinoma,squamous cell carcinoma,precancerosis and benign hyperplastic dermatoses.

Objective To evaluate the clinical significance of improving the goal attainment rate by management of timely feedback of hypertension patients, which is carried out by using existing communication network. Methods Totally 423 hypertension patients who were hospitalized for treatment in Daping Hospital from Jan. 2012 to Jan 2013, the random numbers table was used to randomize the patients into 2 groups: control group (212 cases) and experiment group (211cases), the conventional treatment was used in control group. Besides the conventional treatment measures, the modern way of communication and network information platform was used by patients who timely feed back the blood pressure changing, and implement the cognitive treatment of hypertension at the same time in the experiment group. The Chi square test was used to compare the patient's medication compliance, the attainment rate and so on , the t test was used to compare the blood pressure in two groups of patients after the intervention. Results At the end of the intervention, the difference of heavy salt diet (reduced to 16.59%), regularly drinking (reduced to 13.74%), heavy sugar diet (reduced to 10.43%), abnormal blood lipid (reduced to 19.91%), smoking (reduced to 27.96%), the number of people who have a stable mood (up to 91.47%), body mass index (reduced to 29.38%) and exercise at ordinary times (reduced to 36.02%) were statistically significant (P< 0.05). Hypertension patients compliance increased significantly, of which the medical behavior of 84.83%, compared with 13.21%in the control group, there was statistically significant difference (χ 2=8.54,P< 0.05). And the awareness, treatment, success rate of blood pressure control were 94.79%, 84.36%, 82.94% in experimental group and 50.94%, 40.09%, 27.83% in control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Use of the existing information interaction platform in order to strengthen the management of the blood pressure of hypertension patients and related cognitive behavioral intervention, the control of risk factors and treatment compliance have improved significantly. The remote interaction platform used to patients with hypertension management improve the attainment rate of high blood pressure.

Objective To discuss the nursing care for patients with advanced hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) who are receiving transcatheter arterial chemoembolization (TACE) combined with sorafenib. Methods A total of 23 consecutive patients with advanced HCC who met the inclusion criteria were enrolled in this study. TACE was carried out in all patients. Three-five days after TACE the patients started to orally take sorafenib. During the treatment course, the patients were kept under close observation for adverse reactions and complications. After leaving the hospital the patients were followed up by the extended care team members, and health education as well as appropriate nursing intervention was carried out. Results All patients with advanced HCC took sorafenib orally after TACE. The major adverse events and complications were gastrointestinal adverse reactions (n = 22) and transient liver dysfunction (n = 23). After leaving the hospital all the patients received regular follow- up examination and extended nursing care. Conclusion Usually, the incidence of adverse reactions is higher in patients with advanced HCC after TACE combined with sorafenib treatment. Careful in-hospital observation and extended out-hospital nursing can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and thus improve the patient’s quality of life.
