Objective According to the relevant literatures recorded in the CNKI bibliographic database from January 1994 to December 2007,research and application situation of exercise therapy have been investigated and analyzed. Methods Searched for"exercise therapy"in the MeSH and found 25,691 articles. In order to enhance the relevance of the literature search.limited"exercise therapy"being searched by"title search"and got 1102 articles. Results This article introduced the history and researching situation of exercise therapy, and made an investigation on the number of articles in the CNKI bibliographic database of previous 14 years and the number of articles on the top 10 diseases treated with exercise therapy. We found the largest amount of articles on exercise therapy was dealt with diabetic disease. Conclusion Exercise therapy can help to treat diseases caused by bad living habits.
2.Morphology Observation of A Family of May-Hegglin Abnormal Cell
Journal of Modern Laboratory Medicine 2014;(5):119-122
Objective The morphological changes were observed in a pedigree with May-Hegglin anomaly cells. Methods Blood routine detection of abnormal May-Hegglin family members, peripheral blood cell Wright-Giemsa staining, and obser-vation of the white blood cell and platelet morphology.Made bone marrow smears of the proband, and megakaryocyte counts and classification. The proband peripheral blood leukocyte TEM examination were collected and analyzed by PCR sequen-cing.Results To reduce the May-Hegglin abnormal family blood platelet count in different degree, peripheral blood eosino-phil,eosinophilic inclusion visible form was not an alkaline cells, monocytes, neutrophils in body. Conclusion It’s provided valuable clues to diagnosis of morphological examination for May-Hegglin disorders.

International Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2010;32(6):527-528
Objective To Analyze the distribution characteristics of Hyperthyroidism's syndrome and the relationship between symptoms and thyroid hormones. Methods The TCM syndromes of a total of 78 patients with hyperthyroidism were differentiated. The relationship between syndrome and general condition of patients (gender and age, etc.) were analyzed;correlation between symptoms and thyroid hormones were also studied. Results Of all 78 patients, patients with yin deficiency and hyperactive yang accounted for 43.6%; patients with internal disturbance of phlegm-fire accounted for 30.8 %; and patients with hypteracitivity of heart-fire and liver-fire accounted for 25.6%. The severity of all the symptoms showed positive correlation with hyroid hormones (the value of r is positive, P<0.05); and no linear relationship with TSH (P>0.05).Conclusion The syndrome of yin deficiency and hyperactive yangI was the most common syndrome type. Thyroid hormones had direct proportion with the severity of syndrome.

Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 2001;0(10):-
The aim of this study was to investigate if there are abnormal fibroblasts derived from the skin surrounding keloids in order to have a better understanding for keloid progression. All the samples were used for cell culture. Flow cytometry was used to compare the apoptotic rate of fibroblasts derived from keloid and its surrounding skin, when it was cultured in serum-deprived medium for 24 hours or was induced by Fas antibody. After cultured in serum-deprived medium for 24 hours, the apoptotic rate of fibroblasts derived from the surrounding skin of keloid increased to an amount between that of normal skin and keloids. The apoptotic rate of normal skin fibroblasts increased more than that of keloids. Moreover, when induced by Fas antibody, the apoptotic rate of fibroblasts derived from the surrounding skin increased not so high as that of normal skin(P0. 05). Therefore, at least there are some fibroblasts in the surrounding skin of keloids, in which apoptosis can not be induced as in normal skin.

International Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2008;30(6):413-415
Objective To further discuss the characteristic of diabetic nephropahty, analyze its cause and pathogenesis, and make clear the relation between symptoms and syndrome, and to provide proof for prevention and therapy of this disease. Methods Records of 200 diabetic nephropathy patients treated clinically were collected and SPSS(Statistical Package for Social Science)12.0 was applied for analyzing.According to different conditions of the renal function,We divide the cases into two groups to study the relations between symptoms and syndrome. Results 1.The common symptoms of diabetic nephropathy are heavy body and drowsiness(74%),tired and debilitation(70%),and deficient breath and unwilling to speak(64%).2.The main syndromes of diabetic nephropathy are syndrome of deficiency of Qi、syndrome of yin asthenia, syndrome of dampness-heat blocking in the middle, and syndrome of blood stasis. Conclusion According to the research, the highest frequent appearing syndromes of deficiency were syndrome of Qi deficiency and syndrome of Yin deficiency, while the syndrome of dampness-heat blocking in the middle ranked No.1 in sthema syndromes and then caine the syndrome of blood stasis. However, the syndrome of blood stasis was the most severe, and this syndrome existed from the beginning to the end of this disease.

BACKGROUND:Keloid is the outcome of wound-healing process, and the result of massive accumulation of life-prolonged fibroblasts with gene mutation as well as the excessive synthesis of collagenous fibers.OBJECTIVE:To probe the relationship between the fibroblasts and the mutations of the exon-8 of Fas gene in keloid.DESIGN:An open study with gene sequence as the subjects of observation.SETTING :The Department of Plastic Surgery of Southern Hospital of the First Military Medical University.PARTICIPANTS:This experiment was carried out at the Tropical Disease Research Institute of the First Military Medical University of Chinese PLA in 2001. All keloid and hypertrophic scar tissues were obtained from the patients who received orthopedic surgical operations at the Southern Hospital, including 15 patients with keloid whose pathological areas were located respectively at the earlobe and the prothorax and 12patients with hypertrophic scars whose pathological areas being located at the instep and the elbow. At the same time, normal skin and the peripheral blood samples from the patients themselves with keloid were taken as the self-control and the skin and the peripheral blood samples from the normal people and the patients with hypertrophic scars were taken as the normal control.METHODS: PCR-SCCM technique and gene sequence analysis were used to detect the gene structure of exon-8 in the Fas gene from 15 patients.MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES:The gene structure of exon-8 in the Fas gene derived from the tissues and the peripheral blood samples of all the groups.RESULTS: ① Heterozygous loss was observed in the exon-8 of the Fas gene in all 15 keloid patients; ② Gene sequence was found to be abnormal in 11 cases out of 15 keloid patients, presenting gene mutation in 4 loci.CONCLUSION: Heterozygous loss and gene mutation was detected in the exon 8 of Fas gene of keloid, suggesting that Fas protein in keloid has functional defect that is closely associated with gene mutation.
