Objective To explore the collection, management and storage of multiple data formats of MIS so as to meet various needs of different users. Methods With Access as background office database, Visual Basic as writing language, InfoPath as input forms, and Access, Word and Excel as storage text formats. Results The application of multiple data formats in the informationization MIS was resolved and the needs of different users were satisfied. Conclusion The application of Access, Word and Excel, the multiple data formats in the information flow are processed to achieve the demands in information management and adequate sharing
2.Development and application of pre bar code hospital-laboratory information system

Objective To realize the automatic delivery of the data in the laboratory and the synchronous transmission of the information on patient,diagnosis and laboratory.Method The system was designed and developed under the Client/server structure,with the application of MSSQLSERVER2000 database management and PowerBuilder8.0 language program.It has many functions,such as data transmission,quality control,comprehensive inquiry and data security management.Result The seamless connection between pre bar code hospital-laboratory information system and HIS makes the work efficiency and work quality enhanced,and makes the information shared and transmitted synchronously.The formal lab requisition results in scientific,normalized and standardized management.
3.Survey on knowledge of home blood pressure monitoring in community physicians of Zhejiang province

Objective To survey on knowledge of home blood pressure monitoring (HBPM) in community physicians of Zhejiang province.Methods One hundred and thirty eight community physicians from Xiacheng District of Hangzhou Municipality were assigned in intervention group (n =70) or control group (n =68).The knowledge of home blood pressure monitoring was surveyed by using the China HBPM questionnaire in both groups.Results Total 132 valid questionnaires were returned,including 70 from intervention group and 62 from control group.The results showed that 80.0% (61/70) physicians in intervention group and 62.9% in control group frequently suggested hypertensive patients to have HBPM in out-patient clinics (P < 0.05).Physicians who correctly instructed patients to use upper arm electronic sphygmomanometer,to measure blood pressure in morning and night,to repeat 2-3 times each time,to record result 3 times,and to take ≥ 135/85 mmHg(1 mmHg =0.133 kPa) as criteria of hypertension in intervention and control groups were 67.1% (47/70) versus 32.3% (20/62),5.7% (39/70) versus 29.0% (18/62),92.9% (65/70)versus 66.7% (40/62),38.6% (27/70)versus 6.4% (4/62)and 57.1% (40/70) versus 38.7% (24/62),respectively,and the differences between two groups were all statistically significant (P < 0.05).As for measuring frequency,92.9% (65/70) physicians in intervention group and 67.7% (42/62) in control group considered that blood pressure should be measured every day for poorly controlled patients ; 81.4% (61/70) versus 14.5 % (9/62) considered that blood pressure should be measured every week for well-controlled patients; 87.1% versus 35.5% (22/62) considered that blood pressure should be measured every year at least for people with normal blood pressure; there were significantly differences between two groups (P < 0.05).The community physicians generally considered that HBPM can be used to improve the awareness of hypertension for patients and to increase the blood pressure control rate in community.
4.Interrelation between the structure and the function of artificial ribozyme M_1GS

AIM: To study the interrelation between the structure and the function of artificial ribozyme M_1GS. METHODS: Ribozyme M_1GS-T_7, which targeted the mRNA segment of HCMV UL54 gene, was constructed. The secondary structure of M_1GS was simulated under different temperatures (20 ℃, 37 ℃ or 55 ℃, at which the secondary structure of M_1GS was relatively stable) and the interrelation between the secondary structure and the cleavage activity of M_1GS was analyzed under different temperature in vitro. To investigate the interrelation between the structure and the function of ribozyme M_1GS further, mM_1GS-T_7 was designed, in which some mutation sites was added, according to the result of temperature change experiment and the simulated secondary structure, showing that were the same structures at 37 ℃ as that of M_1GS-T_7 at 55 ℃. RESULTS: In temperature change experiment, the cleavage activity of M_1GS-T_7 was highest at 55 ℃. The result of mutant experiment showed that the mutant type was more active than M_1GS-T_7 at 37 ℃. CONCLUSION: The cleavage activity of M_1GS, which has some certain secondary structure, is higher than others. There is some interrelation between the structure and the function of M_1GS.
5.Diagnostic value of narrow-band imaging combined with endoscopic ultrasonography for ampullary tumors

Objective To study the diagnostic value of narrow-band imaging ( NBI) combined with endoscopic ultrasonography ( EUS) for ampullary tumors. Methods A total of 21 patients suspected with ampullary lesions by imaging or endoscopic examination from December 2015 to March 2017 were enrolled in this prospective study. All patients underwent NBI and EUS, and 20 patients underwent biopsy. The type of ampullary tumor was predicted by preoperative examination, and appropriate treatment methods were chosen. The final diagnosis was confirmed by biopsy, surgical pathology, and clinical follow-up for more than 6 months. The accuracy of NBI combined with EUS and biopsy in diagnosis of ampullary malignant tumors was calculated according to the gold standard. The Chi-square test was used to compare diagnostic accuracies. Results The sensitivity, specificity, accuracy, positive predictive value, and negative predictive value of NBI combined with EUS in diagnosis of ampullary malignancies were 94. 1% (16/17), 100. 0% (4/4), 95. 2% (20/21), 100. 0% (16/16), and 80. 0% (4/5), respectively. The corresponding indicators of preoperative biopsy were 41. 2% ( 7/17) , 100. 0% ( 3/3) , 50. 0% ( 10/20) , 100. 0% ( 7/7) , and 23. 1%( 3/13) , respectively. The accuracy of NBI combined with EUS in diagnosing ampullary malignant tumor was significantly higher compared with preoperative biopsy ( P=0. 004) . Conclusion NBI combined with EUS can more accurately predict benign or malignant ampullary tumor, and better guide the choice of surgical methods compared with preoperative biopsy.
6.Relationship between serum lncRNA XIST and SIRT1 levels with diabetic retinopathy and their diagnostic value

AIM: To detect the expression levels of long non-coding RNA(lncRNA)X-inactive specific transcript(XIST)and silencing information regulatory factor 2 associated enzyme 1(SIRT1)in serum of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM), and to explore their correlation with diabetic retinopathy(DR)and their diagnostic value. METHODS: Prospective study. A total of 214 patients with T2DM admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to February 2023 were selected as the research subjects. Based on whether retinopathy occurred, they were divided into 126 cases(126 eyes)in the non-DR group and 88 cases(88 eyes)in the DR group. An additional 130 healthy individuals who underwent a physical examination during the same period were selected as the control group. The serum levels of lncRNA XIST and SIRT1 in the three groups were measured and compared. The relationship between lncRNA XIST and SIRT1 expression with DR was analyzed using Pearson's method. The receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve was used to evaluate the predictive value of serum lncRNA XIST, SIRT1, and their combination for DR. Multivariate Logistic regression analysis was performed to investigate the factors affecting the occurrence of DR in T2DM patients.RESULTS: Compared with the control group, the levels of serum lncRNA XIST and SIRT1 in the non-DR group and DR group were successively decreased(all P<0.05). The levels of serum lncRNA XIST and SIRT1 were positively correlated in DR patients(r=0.639, P<0.05). ROC analysis showed that the area under the curve(AUC)for predicting DR by combining serum lncRNA XIST and SIRT1 was 0.940, which was higher than the AUC by serum lncRNA XIST and SIRT1 alone(0.855, 0.875). Logistic regression analysis showed that lncRNA XIST(OR=0.752)and SIRT1(OR=0.694)were influencing factors for the occurrence of DR(both P<0.01).CONCLUSION: The serum levels of lncRNA XIST and SIRT1 are both lower in DR patients, and the combination of lncRNA XIST and SIRT1 has a better assessment capacity for the occurrence of DR.
