Objective To explore the optimum sentinel lymph node (SLN) mapping method in gastric cancer. Methods The clinical data of 59 patients who were confirmed with gastric cancer at Guangzhou General Hospital of Guangzhou Military Command from January 2004 to August 2008 were retrospectively analysed. Patent blue V dye was used in 20 patients (group A), technetium-99m sulfur colloid was used in 20 patients (group B),and a combination of patent blue V dye and technetium-99m sulfur colloid were used in 19 patients (group C).The number of SLNs detected, and accuracy and false-negative rate of SLNs in diagnosing regional lymph node metastasis were analysed by t test and chi-square test. Results The numbers of SLNs detected in groups A, B and C were 38 (1.9 per case), 31 (1.6 per case) and 56 (2.9 per case), respectively. In group C, 46 SLNs were screened out by patent blue V dye and technetium-99m sulfur colloid simultaneously, six SLNs were only detected by patent blue V dye and four only by technetium-99m sulfur colloid. There was a significant difference in the number of SLNs detected among the three groups (t = 4.35, P < 0. 05 ). The number of SLNs detected in group C was significantly greater than that in groups A and B (t = 4. 21, 3. 54, P < 0.05 ). The accuracy and false-negative rate of SLNs in diagnosing regional lymph node metastasis were 95% (19/20) and 5% (1/20) in group A, 90% (18/20) and 10% (2/20) in group B, and 100% (19/19) and 0 in group C. The accuracy was significantly higher (x2 = 163.01, P < 0.05) and the false-negative rate was significantly lower in group C compared with those in groups A and B (x2 = 170. 14, P < 0. 05). Conclusion A combination of dye and radioactive tracer is a favorable method for detecting SLNs in gastric cancer.

As the main medicinal powder for drawing out pus and removing necrotic tissue in external therapies of traditional Chinese surgery, Sheng Powder has made great contributions to the treatment of inflammatory wounds and has the unique bactericidal and decay-discharging function that can not be replaced by antibiotics. However, Sheng Powder has toxicity because it contains mercury. So far, there is no clinical research on the standards of dose and usage of Sheng Powder and there is a lack of objective and quantitative criteria for operating standards and monitoring of toxicity and side effects. Therefore, the authors choose Jiuyi Powder, one of the most commonly used Sheng Powder, to evaluate the safety of its external use, and form a standardization program for clinical implementation.
4.Analysis of correlation between childhood abuse and adolescent psychological capital
Chinese Journal of School Health 2019;40(1):62-64
Objective:
To understand current situation and relations of childhood abuse and psychological capital, providing scientific basis for adolescent mental health promotion.
Methods:
Stratified cluster sampling method was used to select 1 894 students from junior high schools and senior high schools in Harbin. Questionnaire survey was conducted by using Childhood Trauma QuestionnaireShort Form (CTQ-SF) and Positive Psychological Capital (PPQ).
Results:
The total rate of childhood abuse among adolescents in the region was 98.3%. In addition to emotional abuse, scores of other dimensions of childhood abuse were higher for boys than for girls(P<0.01). Childhood abuse in rural area was higher than those in urban area except physical abuse(P<0.05). High psychological capital was observed among participants with boys higher in selfefficacy and resilience than that of girls(P<0.05). Psychological capital in urban students was higher than rural students(P<0.05). Except for the negative correlation between sexual abuse and resilience, all other dimensions of childhood abuse were negatively correlated with four dimensions of psychological capital. Stepwise regression analysis showed that emotional abuse, emotional neglect and physical neglect was negatively correlated with all dimensions of psychological capital(P<0.01); Sexual abuse showed negative association with selfefficacy and optimism(P<0.01).
Conclusion
Childhood abuse is closely related to psychological capital among adolescents in Harbin, suggesting exposure to childhood abuse might confer detrimental effects on psychological capital development.

Objective:
Under the intervention of modern holistic medical model, the subjective feelings and objective effects of parents and children in circumcision were studied in children aged 3-6 years.
Methods:
A prospective study was conducted to select 2012 children aged 3 to 6 years who underwent circumcision at the First Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University from August 2013 to May 2017. The patients were divided into control group and experimental group by completely randomized grouping, there were 1 006 cases in each group. The children in the control group were treated with a single biomedical model, which was completed according to the conventional flow-type operation. The children in the experimental group adopted the modern holistic medical model, and the full modern holistic medical model intervention was performed before, during and after the operation. The medical treatment process highlighted the overall humanistic care for the children. The age of the control group was (4.19±1.75) years old, and the age of the children in the experimental group was (4.26±1.68) years old. The operation time, the degree of surgical pain [with the pain visual analogue scale (VAS)], the postoperative complications (including postoperative hemorrhage, penile edema, infection, wound rupture), wound healing time, surgery satisfaction rate and fear level of children were compared between the two groups. Measurement data were expressed as mean±standard deviation (

To study an automatic plan(AP) method for radiotherapy after breast-conserving surgery based on TiGRT system and and compare with manual plan (MP). The dosimetry parameters of 10 patients and the evaluation of scoring table were analyzed, it was found that the targets dose of AP were better than that of MP, but there was no statistical difference except for CI, The V5, V20 and V30 of affected lungs and whole lungs in AP were lower than all that in MP, the Dmean of hearts was slightly higher than that of MP, but the difference was not statistically significant, the MU of AP was increase by 16.1% compared with MP, the score of AP evaluation was increase by 6.1% compared with MP. So the AP could be programmed and automated while ensuring the quality of the plan, and can be used to design the plans for radiotherapy after breast-conserving surgery.
