Objective To evaluate the clinical value of multiple tumor marker protein chip in diagno-sis and detection of postoperative recurrence of breast cancer. Methods The serum levels of 12 tumor makers (CA199,NSE,CEA, CA2A2,Ferritin,β-HCG,AFP,f-PSA,PSA,CA125,CA153 and HGH)were measured in 70 preoperative breast cancer patients, 32 recurrence patients,52 non-recurrence patients and 76 normal con-trois.Results ①The breast cancer group had significantly higher positive rate than that of the controls (P<0.05).The positive rates and serum levels of CA199,CEA,CA242,Ferritin,CAI25 and CA153 in breast cancer patients had those of control significant differences compared with groups (P<0.05).②The recurrence group had significantly higher positive rate than that of non-recurrence group (P<0.05).The positive rates and se-rum levels of CA199, CEA, Ferritin, CA125 and CA153 in the recurrence patients had significant differences compared with those of non-recurrence patients(P<0.05).③The positive rate of recurrence group had signif-icant difference compared with that of breast cancer group(P<0.05).Moreover,The positive rate and serum level of Ferritin in the recurrence patients had significant difference compared with that of breast cancer pa-tients.Conclusion The multiple tumor marker protein chip detective system has valid value of clinical appli-cation in the diagnosis and detection of postoperative recurrence of breast cancer. The combination detection of CA199, CEA, Ferritin ,CA125 and CA153 may be the economical and effective in the diagnosis and detection of postoperative recurrence of breast cancer.

Adopting the cell model of multilayer spherical symmetry and the circuit analysis, the present paper gives the calculated results of the voltages on each of several parts of malignant Tonsillar B-cells and Jurkat T lymphocytes when the first-order Gaussian pulses at different central frequency apposed on them. The relationship between the central frequency and the transmembrane voltages of plasma membrane is also given. The optimum frequency causing electroporation in nuclear envelope is given as well. The paper discusses the reasons of electroporation in membrane and DNA degradation in nuclear. The work provides a reference for usage of transient bipolar electric pulses in cancer treatment.

Nuclear envelope voltages of T cells were analyzed with a lumped circuitry for cells in combination with frequency domain power density of Gaussian pulses and monocycle pulses. According to the differences in geometric and electric parameters between normal and malignant T cells, circuitry analysis was performed. Theoretical evaluations indicated that apoptosis of malignant T cells was of feasibility, which could be applied in cancer therapy. The evaluations were in accord with the published experimental findings.

Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of visualized precise lung expansion for determining the intersegmental plane in thoracoscopic segmentectomy.Methods:Sixty-four American Society of Anesthesiologists Physical Status classification Ⅰ or Ⅱ patients, regardless of gender, aged 33-77 yr, with body mass index of 16-34 kg/m 2, undergoing elective thoracoscopic segmentectomy under general anesthesia, were included. They were preoperatively reconstructed with 3D CT bronchovascularization to reconstruct the pulmonary vasculature, bronchus, and the virtual intersegmental planes of the lungs. The patients were divided into 2 groups ( n=32 each) using a random number table method: visualized precise lung expansion group (group V) and modified expansion and atrophy group (group E). Group V used visualized precision lung expansion to determine the intersegmental planes, and group E used the modified expansion and atrophy method to determine the intersegmental planes. The intraoperative intersegmental plane determination time, target segmental bronchus identification and treatment time, anesthesia time, operation time, postoperative air leakage, pulmonary atelectasis, fever, occurrence of lung infection, postoperative 24 h drainage volume, drain removal time and hospitalization time were recorded in the two groups. Results:Compared with group E, the intersegmental plane determination time, target segment bronchial identification and treatment time, anesthesia time and operation time were significantly shortened in group V( P<0.05).There were no significant differences between groups in the 24 h postoperative drainage volume, drain removal time, hospitalization time or incidence of postoperative pulmonary complications ( P>0.05). Conclusions:Compared with the modified expansion and atrophy method, visualized precise lung expansion can effectively shorten the intersegmental plane determination time in thoracoscopic segmentectomy.

Objective:
To delineate the clinical and genetic features of two pedigrees affected with aromatic L-amino acid decarboxylase (AADC) deficiency.
Methods:
The clinical features, family history and results of genetic testing of 2 patients with AADC deficiency were retrospectively analyzed.
Results:
Both patients featured hypotension, developmental delay and oculogyric crisis during infancy.Genetic testing confirmed that they have respectively carried c. 714+ 4 (IVS6) A>T/c.175(exon2)G>A compound heterozygous variants and c. 714+ 4(IVS6)A>T homozygous variant.
Conclusion
The clinical manifestation of children with AADC deficiency may include hypotonia, developmental delay and paroxysmal oculogyric crisis. The combination of 3-O-methyldopa testing and variant analysis is not only very useful for early diagnosis, but also important for the evaluation of treatment effect and prognosis of the disease. Discovery of the novel variants has enriched the variant spectrum of AADC deficiency.
