Integration of heterogeneous systems is the key to hospital information construction due to complexity of the healthcare environment. Currently, during the process of healthcare information system integration, people participating in integration project usually communicate by free-format document, which impairs the efficiency and adaptability of integration. A method utilizing business process model and notation (BPMN) to model integration requirement and automatically transforming it to executable integration configuration was proposed in this paper. Based on the method, a tool was developed to model integration requirement and transform it to integration configuration. In addition, an integration case in radiology scenario was used to verify the method.

OBJECTIVE To investigate the transmission of microorganisms by humidifier during oxygen humidification and search an ideal way to prevent it.METHODS Two kinds of humidifier, the unique bionic humidifier and the bubble humidifier, were involved. The humidification material inside the humidifiers were all contaminated with Staphylococcus aureaus,Escherichia coli and Candida albican at 5?105/ml and 2.5?106/ml.Oxygen passed through every contaminated humidifier to the end of oxygen tube which was put in the bottle with 100ml normal saline, lasting 20 minutes,on the 1st,the 2nd,and the 3rd day after the humidifiers being contaminated. The fluid in the bottles,1ml each, were cultured respectively.RESULTS The S.aureaus count of 39.5,52.4,117.3 CFU/ml in 5?105/ml group,83.1,125.2,263.2 CFU/ml in 2.5?106/ml group and E.coli count of 12.9,29.4,37.3 CFU/ml in 5?105/ml group,26.5,55.2,65.2 CFU/ml in 2.5?106/ml group were detected at the end of bubble humidifier on three consecutive day respectively. There were no positive culture of bacteria at the end of bionic humidifier on three consecutive day respectively. The difference of S.aureaus and E.coli count between bubble and bionic humidifier on three consecutive day was significant(P

Objective To explore the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine on lipid metabolism dis-orders in hemodialysis patients. Methods 70 patients with hemodialysis received in the hospital from Novem-ber 2015 to April 2017 were enrolled in the study. They were randomly divided into control group and treat-ment group with 35 cases in each group. The control group was treated with simvastatin and and the treatment group was treated with self-made fat recipe combined with simvastatin. The levels of serum lipid ,serum in-flammatory cytokines ,renal function and liver function ,the total effective rate of treatment and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results There were no statistical significances in serum lipid indexes such as triglyceride (TG) ,total cholesterol (TC) ,high densi-ty lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) ,low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) ,C reactive protein (CRP) , interleukin 6 (IL-6) ,tumor necrosis factor α(TNF-α) and other serum inflammatory factors ,and renal func-tion indexes ,including urea nitrogen (BUN) ,creatinine (Scr) ,liver function indexes ,including alanine amin-otransferase (ALT) ,aspartate aminotransferase (AST) between two groups before treatment (P>0.05) ;af-ter treatment ,the TG ,TC ,LDL-C ,CRP ,IL-6 ,TNF-α ,BUN ,Scr ,ALT and AST levels of the patients in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group ;the HDL-C level of the patients in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group ;the total effective rate of the treat-ment group was significantly higher than that in the control group ;the incidence of adverse reactions was sig-nificantly lower than that of the control group ,and the differences were statistically significant (P>0.05). Conclusion The lipid-lowering effect of treatment of hemodialysis patients with traditional Chinese medicine lipid-lowering treatment is remarkable ,and worthy of promotion.

Objective:To screen for preoperative frailty risk factors in elderly patients with spinal degenerative diseases and construct a risk prediction model. Methods:From September 2021 to August 2022, convenience sampling was used to select 324 elderly patients who underwent spinal surgery in the Department of Neurosurgery at Xuanwu Hospital, Capital Medical University as research subjects. The patients were surveyed using the General Information Questionnaire, Barthel Index, Nutritional Risk Screening 2002, Mini-mental State Examination, Geriatric Depression Scale-15, Generalized Anxiety Disorde-7, Athens Insomnia Scale, Charlson Comorbidity Index (CCI), and Modified Frailty Index. Binary Logistic regression analysis was used to explore the influencing factors of preoperative frailty in elderly patients with spinal degenerative diseases and establish a risk prediction model. Receiver Operating Characteristic (ROC) curve was used to assess the discriminative power of the model, and Hosmer-Lemeshow test was used to evaluate the goodness of fit of the model. Results:A total of 324 questionnaires were distributed, and 308 valid questionnaires were collected, with a valid response rate of 95.06% (308/324). Among 308 elderly patients with degenerative spinal diseases, 56 patients experienced preoperative frailty. Binary Logistic regression analysis showed that falls within one year, CCI, serum albumin, activities of daily living, and self-rated health status were the influencing factors for preoperative frailty in elderly patients with spinal degenerative diseases ( P<0.05). The area under the ROC curve of the prediction model was 0.851, with a sensitivity of 0.786 and a specificity of 0.778. Hosmer Lemeshow test indicated that the predictive model had a good fit (χ 2=3.764, P=0.709) . Conclusions:Falls within one year, CCI, serum albumin, activities of daily living, and self-rated health status are influencing factors for preoperative frailty in elderly patients with spinal degenerative diseases. The risk prediction model constructed can identify preoperative frailty early and has good predictive performance, which is worthy of clinical promotion.

Inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) is a formidable disease due to its complex pathogenesis. Macrophages, as a major immune cell population in IBD, are crucial for gut homeostasis. However, it is still unveiled how macrophages modulate IBD. Here, we found that LIM domain only 7 (LMO7) was downregulated in pro-inflammatory macrophages, and that LMO7 directly degraded 6-phosphofructo-2-kinase/fructose-2,6-bisphosphatase 3 (PFKFB3) through K48-mediated ubiquitination in macrophages. As an enzyme that regulates glycolysis, PFKFB3 degradation led to the glycolytic process inhibition in macrophages, which in turn inhibited macrophage activation and ultimately attenuated murine colitis. Moreover, we demonstrated that PFKFB3 was required for histone demethylase Jumonji domain-containing protein 3 (JMJD3) expression, thereby inhibiting the protein level of trimethylation of histone H3 on lysine 27 (H3K27me3). Overall, our results indicated the LMO7/PFKFB3/JMJD3 axis is essential for modulating macrophage function and IBD pathogenesis. Targeting LMO7 or macrophage metabolism could potentially be an effective strategy for treating inflammatory diseases.
