Macrophage migration-inhibitory factor (MIF) is a cytokine which can promote tumorigenesis.MIF can promote tumorigenesis by directly inducing oncogene transformation,stimulating cell division,as well as indirectly inhibiting tumor apoptosis,promoting its invasiveness and angiogenesis.MIF-targeted biological therapy may become a new therapeutic strategy for malignant tumor.
2.Pulmonary Hypertension Complication Pregnancy : Analysis of 10 Cases

Objective:To analysis the clinical characteristics of pulmonary hypertension (PH) complicating pregnancy, then to explore the delivery time and the monitodng as well as the treatment during perinatal peri-od.Methods:The data of 10 cases with PH treated in our hospital from June 2005 to January 2009 were retro-spectively analyzed.Reaults:1 case was primary pulmonary hypertension(PPH) ; 9 cases were secondary PH (SPH), in which 4 cases were rheumatic heart disease and 5 cases were congenital heart diseases.3 cases were slight PH,6 cases were moderate PH, and 1 were severe group.4 cases NYHA class were Ⅰ~Ⅱ and 6 cases NYHA class were Ⅲ~Ⅳ.4 cases were term delivery,5 cases were premature delivery, and 1 got artifi-cial abortion.8 cases were cesarean section, and 1 was vaginal delivery.2 cases were very low birth weight infants, 1 infant was death and 1 mother was death.Conclusions:The patient of PPH should avoid concei-ving.For SPH patients whether to conceive depends on cardiac function, the level of pulmonary arterial pres-sure and should better get pregnancy after surgery or medication.It should terminate pregnancy in the first tri-mester for moderate or severe patients.Cesarean section is more suitable for those in the second or third tri-mester.The prognosis of the mother and neonate depends on several factors.
3.Therapeutic effects of tacrolimus substituting for cyclosporin in renal transplant recipients with hepatic dysfunction

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of CsA substituted by tacrolimus(FK506) combined with MMF and prednisone in prevention of rejection in renal transplant recipents with hepatic dysfunction. Methods Eight patients with hepatic dysfunction received the treatment of FK506 substituting for CsA. FK506 was administeted at least 24 h after the last dose of cyclosporine.The initial dose of FK506 was based on body weight,the degree of hepatic dysfunetion and the period after operation of the patients.After administration of one week.the dose of FK506 was subsequently adjusted to maintain its whole blood trough levels between 5~15μg/L. Results Substitute of tacrolimus for cycbsporin resulted in a markedly reduced blood index,direct-bilirubin from(22.66±17.19)μmol/L to(7.05±2.32)μmol/L(P<0.05), indirect-bilirubin from(42.15±34.15)μmol/L to(14.54±2.59)μmol/L(P<0.05), sAL T from (83.00±93,14)IU/L to(29,50±15.41)IU/L(P>0.05),Cr from (177.91±86.41)μmol/L to(135.92±34.05)μmol/L(P>0.05)in one month.The ascites of 3 patients disappeared in one month. Astriction,anorexia,upper limbs trembling appeared only in one patient.Conclusion It is effective and safe to substitute CsA by FK506 combined with MMF and prednisone in prevention of rejection in renal transplant recipients with hepatic dvsfunction.
4.Inflnence of Benazepril combined with jinshuibao capsules on the furction of patients with lyperlensive renal disease

Objective To observe influence of Benazepril combined with Jinshuibao capsules on urine protein and Ccr in patients hypertensive renal disease. Methods 47 hypertensive renal disease patients were randomly divided into control group and combine group. Patients in control group were treated with Benazepril, while patients in combined group were treated Jinshuibao plus Benazepril. Clinic index change after treatment for 9 weeks was observed, and calculation endogenous creatinine clearance rate was calculated. Results After treatment for 9 weeks urine protein in 24 hours of two groups were both lower than before( t1 = 1. 9997 ,t2 = 3.3088 ,P < 0. 05 or P < 0. 01 ),while the endogenous creatinine clearance rate were both higher than before ( t1 = 1. 3990, t2 = 1. 4442, P > 0. 05 ), and the press were all in improvment ( t1 = 2.0047, t2 = 2.4557, t3 = 2.0426, t4 = 2.4026, P < 0. 05 ); urine protein in 24 hours of combine group was lower than control group( t = 2.0015,P < 0. 05) Conclusion Benazepril plus Jinshuibao capsules could obviously abate urine protein on patients with hypertensive disease and hypertensive renal disease
5.Clinical efficacy of medicinal treatment in 15 children with Dent disease

Objective To investigate the drug effect of children with Dent disease who received therapy of po-tassium citrate and thiazide diuretics and angiotensin -converting enzyme inhibitors(ACEI),and to provide the refe-rence for the clinical treatment.Methods Dent disease patient who were followed -up in Bayi Children′s Hospital Af-filiated to Beijing Military Region General Hospital during the period of July 2006 and March 201 4 were selected.The patients were administered a therapy of potassium citrate associated with thiazide diuretics and ACEI according to the level of proteinuria and calciuria and serum potassium.The underlying changes before and after the treatment were com-pared and analyzed.Results In 1 5 children with Dent disease,they were all male cases,onset age ranged from 3 months to 1 1 years old[(2.62 ±3.1 1 )years old],and the disease duration ranged from 0.50 to 9.50 years old [(2.81 ±2.34)years].The patients were followed up for 0.50 to 7.50 years[(3.61 ±2.62)years].There was a sig-nificantly statistical difference in calcium/creatinine and daily Ca -creat ratio in contrast to before treatment[(0.41 ± 0.1 9)mg/mg vs(0.26 ±0.1 2)mg/mg,t =2.603,P =0.021 ;(6.76 ±2.0)mg/kg vs (4.34 ±1 .97)mg/kg,t =5.265,P =0.000],there was no significantly statistical difference in 24 -hour urinary protein quantity in contrast to before treatment[(0.96 ±0.62)g/24 h vs (0.87 ±0.44)g/24 h,t =1 .01 6,P =0.327].One case with kidney stone and 5 cases with nephrocalcinosis had a negative result of renal ultrasound after treatment.Conclusions Treatment of potassium citrate combination with thiazide diuretics and ACEI can significantly decrease urinary calcium excretion, make a disappearance of kidney stone and nephrocalcinosi,and it may have a role in protecting renal function.Treat-ment of benazepril can not significantly decrease the proteinuria and has no substantial improvement in low molecular weight protein urine.
6.Transition from endocapillary proliferative glomerulonephritis to membrane proliferative glomerulonephritis:a case report

ObjectiveTo investigate the mechanism, diagnosis and treatment of membrane proliferative glome-rulo-nephritis (MPGN) transitioned from endocapillary proliferative glomerulonephritis (EnPGN).Methods The clinical data and the results of pathological examination of one case of MPGN transitioned from EnPGN were retrospectively analyzed.Results The child was presented with proteinuria, microscopic hematuria, and persistent low level of complement C3. The type of renal pathology was transitioned from EnPGN to MPGN. Complete remission was achieved in this child with the treatment of oral prednisolone and tacrolimus, but the level of plasma complement C3 remained low.Conclusions The type of renal pathology in children with persistent low level of complement C3 could make a transition, and the early diagnosis, timely and effective treat-ment are important.
7.Experimental study of hypoxia-inducible trophoblastic autophagy involved in the pathogenesis of preeclampsia

Objective To study hypoxia environment trophoblast cell autophagy and autophagy of the preeclampsia placental tis-sue .Methods Trophoblastic cell line HTR-8/SVneo were divided into three groups :low oxygen concentration group (group Ⅰand group Ⅱ) and normal oxygen concentration group ;48 h after the application the confocal laser scanning microscopy was used for detection of cytoplasmic autophagosome ,PCR technology analysis of autophagy-related gene expression change of LC3-Ⅱ .LC3-Ⅱ expression levels of 30 cases of preeclampsia placenta were detected by Immunohistochemistry .Results In low oxygen concen-tration group ,there were visible red autophagosome chromatin structure in cytoplasm ,which was extremely rare in the normal oxy-gen concentration group ,in low oxygen concentration group cell LC3-Ⅱ mRNA expression was significantly higher than that of normal concentration group .The preeclampsia placenta of patients with positive immunostaining of LC 3-Ⅱ was 67 .12% ,compared with 9 .14% in the normal control ,there was a significant difference between two groups .Conclusion Preeclampsia placenta auto-phagy activity increased ,hypoxia can induce autophagy trophoblast cell line phenomenon .
8.Discussing on bringing conductive education into the compulsory course of rehabilitation ther-apy related majors

Conductive education is an education system aiming at helping the handicapped people improve the impaired and abnormal function through education. This article started from the current status of conductive education in clinical rehabilitation and analyzed the causes for imbalance between supply and demand of conductive education professionals. Meanwhile strengthening and ex-panding the coverage and strength of general conductive education was proposed and bringing con-ductive education into the compulsory course of rehabilitation therapy major was recommended. Finally, training conductive educational professionals with high-quality was regarded as the most fundamental measure to solve these problems.
9.ANALYZING HLA HAPLOTYPE OF THE LOCI HLA-A, -B, AND -DRB1 IN MONGOLIA ETHNIC GROUP

Objective To investigate HLA-A,-B and -DRB1 allele and HLA-A-B-DRB1 haplotype frequencies in Mongolia ethnic group. Methods HLA-A, -B, -DRB1 allele and haplotype in the Mongolia ethnic group were investigated based on 93 individuals by PCR- sequence-based typing (SBT) method. Results Twenty-one alleles were detected for HLA-A, 44 for HLA-B, and 26 for HLA-DRB1. The most frequent alleles were HLA-A*2402(0.2097), HLA-B*1302(0.0699), and HLA-DRB1*0701(0.1237). The most common HLA-A-B-DRB1 haplotype were A*3001-B*1302-DRB1*0701, A*0101-B*3701-DRB1*1001, followed by the A*0201-B*4601-DRB1*0901, A*2402-B*4801-DRB1*1101, A*2402-B*5201-DRB1*1501, A*3201-B*3503-DRB1*1301, and A*3303-B*5801-DRB1*0301, which were also presented in Chinese populations. Conclusion The data can be used in forensic and paternity tests to estimate the frequency of a DNA profile or anthropologic research. The characteristics of the distribution of HLA alleles revealed that Mongolia ethnic group is characterized by northern Mongolian Chinese.
10.Changes in Trace Elements Zn and Cr and Cell Immunologic Function among Elderly Inpatients with Lower Respiratory Tract Infection

OBJECTIVE To study the changes in trace elements Zn and Cr and cell immunologic function among elderly inpatients with lower respiratory tract infection.METHODS The changes in T-lymphocyte subpopulation and trace elements Zn and Cr in plasma and red blood cell of 52 inpatients with lower respiratory tract infection were compared with a control group of 53 healthy people of the same age group.The flame atom absorbing was for blood Zn testing,the non-flame atom absorbging for blood Cr testing the indirect immunofluorescent technique was for measurement of T cell subpopulation.RESULTS Among elderly inpatients with lower respiratory tract infection the ratio of Zn [(12.68?3.26)?mol/L] and Cr [(0.033?0.029)?mol/L] in plasma and Zn [(124.12?36.55)?mol/L] and Cr [(0.412?0.025)?mol/L] in RBC was significantly lower than control group [(17.39?4.78)?mol/L] and [(0.068?0.036)?mol/L],[(145.33?20.12)?mol/L] and [(0.666?0.038)?mol/L],respectively,the function of T-lympholyte subpopulation was reduced and in disorder,CD3 [(50.48?7.62)%],CD4 [(27.36?9.37)%] and CD4/CD8(0.67?0.23) was significantly lower than control group [(64.33?4.82)%,(42.35?8.12)% and(1.57?0.22)%],respectively,while CD8 [(35.37?7.55)%] was significantly higher than control group [(28.13?1.35)%],the statistical differences were significant(P
