This article gives an introduction to the background and process of founding online teaching platform by department of obstetrics and gynecology of the hospital in teaching practice.It presents a brief discussion on the application of professional online teaching platform to specific teaching and administration.It also shows the content construction of online platform and the need of students for it.Besides,it explores the important role of online platform in future education.

To evaluate the effect of endoscopic treatment of pancreatic ductal stones (PDS), 31 patients with PDS treated in our hospital from January 1998 to Octomber 2001 were analyzed retrospectively. PDS were successfully extracted in 10 patients by endoscopic papillotomy (EPT) or endoscopic pancreatic sphincterotomy (EPS). In 2 patients, one was treated with extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy (ESWL) and endoscopic retrograde pancreatic drainage (ERPD), another with EPS and ESWL, the PDS were all disappeared in 6 months. Fourteen patients with pancreatic ductal stricture were treated with ERPD, and 4 with EPS+ERPD. However, 4 patients were subjected to operation for pancreatic carcinoma and recurrent symptom. Only one of them failed owing to severe pancreatic ductal stricture. The success rate of the procedure was 96 8%, and the remission rate of abdominal pain was 90% shortly after operation and 70 4% in the follow up interval. The body weight and pancreatic exocrine function were also improved. But the stent occlusion was found in 3 patients and their stents were changed. So endoscopic therapy such as EPS, ESWL, and ERPD are effective and safe methods in treatment of PDS.

Objective To study the antimicrobial resistance of isolated pathogens from surgical infections in Hubei area.Methods The diameters of the inhibition zones of surgical isolates around antibiotic susceptibility test discs in 15 hospitals were computerfiled and analysed by the software of “WHONET 4” according to NCCLS published in 1999.Results] A total of 1314 surgical isolates were collected between October 1998 and September 1999. S.aureus, P.aeruginosa, E.coli, Enterobacter sp. and CNS were the main microorganisms. 44 6% of staphylococcus was resistant to oxacillin. Imipenem, amikacin, ceftazidime and ciprofloxacin were most active against Gram negative bacilli with the sensitities (in descending order) of 84 4% to 57 2%.[WT5”HZ] Conclusion Antimicrobial resistance should be seriously considered during surgical therapy and prohylaxis with antimicrobial agents . The tendency to antimicrobial resistance of clinical isolates should be followed up continuously.

Objective To study the clinical feasibility of the percutaneous sclerosis treatment for limb and maxillofacial region low flux vascular malformations. Methods 17 cases with limb and maxillofacial region low flux vascular malformation were collected from 1998 to 2002 accepting interventional treatment in our hospital with application of direct percutaneous sclerosis or percutaneous sclerosis through arteriography or arterial embolism three methods, using tardener's alcohol method of Hardener with alcohol or iodinated oil accompanied by pingyangmycin. Results Altogether 17 cases included with once cured in 11 cases, multple times of treatment in 5 and the last case needed necrotic tissue resection with skin graft due to localized muscular necrosis caused by inproper embolization. Conclusions The interventional treatment for limb and maxillofacial region low flux vascular malformation is an effective and safety method.

Objective　To manufacture adriamycin-porous tricalcium phosphate (A-PTCP) ceramic drug delivery system (DDS)as a possible method for bone defect treatment after bone tumor operation. Methods　A-PTCP DDS was made from putting adriamycin into PTCP. Thirty rabbits were divided randomly into group A(24 rabbits) and group B(6 rabbits). A-PTCP was implanted in the greater trochanter of the right femur in group A. Adriamycin were injected into veins in group B. Muscle around A-PTCP and plasma were taken out at different period. Adriamycin concentrations in muscle and plasma were measured by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Results　A-PTCP could gradually release adriamycin over 10 weeks. Adriamycin concentrations in the muscle were higher than that in plasma. Conclusion　A-PTCP may be a new method for repairing bone defects after bone tumor operation.

Objective To observe the change of umbilical artery S/D value in the third trimester pregnant women with overt hypothyroidism(OH) or subclinical hypothyroidism(SCH).Methods We collect the data of 37-42 weeks pregnancy from January 2014 to December 2015.We devided them into OH group,SCH group and contral group.We compared the umbilical artery S/D value in these three groups and analyzed the relativity between S/D value and thyroid hormone.Results The S/D value was 2.46 ± 0.31 in OH group,2.48 ± 0.27 in SCH group and 2.32 ± 0.17 in control group.The differences were statistically significant between OH group and contral group (P =0.000),SCH group and contral group (P =0.000).There was no statistically significant between OH group and SCH group (P =0.907).The proportion of cases number during different S/D value range in these three groups had difference (P =0.000).The S/D value was positively correlated to TSH in OH group (r =0.186,P =0.037) and SCH group (r =0.146,P =0.015).There was no correlation between FT3 and S/D value(P ＞ 0.05) or FT4 and S/D value(P ＞ 0.05) in both OH and SCH group.There was no correlation between thyroid hormone and S/D value in the contral group either.Conclusion Both OH and SCH can effect umbilical artery S/D value in the third trimester pregnancy.

: Objective To observe the effects of YQHXFF on the expression of matrix metalloproteinase-2 （MMP-2） in the rabbits with hyperlipidemia after percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty (PTCA). Methods 28 male New Zealand white rabbits were randomly divided into the control group, the model group and the YQHXFF intervention group. The models of restenosis were established with injuring carotid arteries in cholesterolfied rabbits. After 8 weeks, MMP-2 were measured with reverse transcription polymerize chain reaction (RT-PCR) and pathologic alter were observed with HE staining. Results The expression of MMP-2 mRNA in injured artery were much higher in the model group. Compared with those in the model group, the expression of MMP-2 in the YQHXFF intervention group markedly decreased and intimal hyperplasia markedly lighten. Conclusion YQHXFF can inhibit the expression of MMP-2 and lighten the intimal hyperplasia after PTCA.

ObjectiveTo investigate the association between R405Q polymorphism of GLI1 gene and tetralogy of fallot(TOF).Methods In the case-control study,the R405Q polymorphism of GLI1 gene in 112 children with TOF and 200 healthy controls were detected with polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism(PCR-RFLP).The distribution of genotype and allele frequency at R405Q polymorphism site were analyzed and to investigate its relationship with the risk of TOF.ResultsThe distribution of genotype frequency at R405Q polymorphism site was not different between TOF group and the healthy control group(x2 =5.317 ,P = 0.07) .However, the distribution of allele frequency at R405Q polymorphism site was significantly different between TOF group and the healthy control group (x2 = 6.790, P = 0.009) , and the relative risk for TOF in A allele carriers was higher than that in G allele carriers (OR = 1.561,95％ CI 1.116 ～ 2.185) Conclusion The R405Q polymorphism of GLI1 gene is associated with TOF and people with A allele have higher risk with TOF.GLI1 gene might be the genetic susceptibility gene of TOF.
