1.Clinical analysis of bronchoplasty and pulmonary arterioplasty for the treatment of central-type lung cancer
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2009;16(6):971-972
Objective The aim of this study is to review the surgical experience of bronchoplasty and pulmo-nary arterioplasty in treatment of central-type lung cancer. Methods From 2003 to 2005,36 cases of patients with central-type lung cancer underwent bronchoplasty and pulmonary arterioplasty. There were 28 males and 8 females with a mean age of 62 years. Accordlng to pTNM classification. 5 cases were in stage ⅡI B,and 27 in stage Ⅲ A and 4 in stage Ⅲ B. Histologically, there were 24 cases of squamous cell carcinoma,6 cases of adenocarcinoma,1 case of small cell lung cancer and 5 cases of adenesquamous carcinoma. Results No patients died in the perioperative peri-od. The overall 1-,3-, and 5-year survival rate were 74% (26/35) ,48% (11/23) and 33% (3/9) ,respectively. Conclusion The results suggest that bronchoplasty and pulmonary arterioplasty can decrease the proportions of total pneumonectomy and exploratory thoracetomy and expand the indication of operation. Bronchoplasty and pulmonary ar-terioplasty can be achieved with satisfactory outcome for central-type lung cancer, especially for those patients with ad-vanced lesions or poor pulmonary function.

Objective To investigate the interpersonal disturbances and its related factors among college students. Methods The field questionnaire survey was conducted among 730 college students with stratified-cluster sampling method in Zhengzhou University. The self-administered anonymous survey instruments included the Interpersonal Relationships Integrated Diagnosis Questionnaire,Parental Bonding Instrument questionnaire,Self-Rating Anxiety Scale and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index. Results ①Detection rate of interpersonal relationship disturbance was 47.8% in 730 college students.Severe interpersonal disturbances accounted for 16.3%.The most serious problem was communication and making friends disturbance which accounted for 58.5% of the total.②)There were statistical differences of conversation scores ((2.15± 1.66),(2.53± 1.83),(2.22± 1.79)) among different major college students (medical, engineering, liberal arts) (P<0.05).A statistical difference was found in making friends((2.76±1.89),(3.18± 1.92)) and getting along with opposite gender ((2.23 ± 1.82),(1.81 ± 1.66)) between male and female (P< 0.05).There were significant differences of conversation ((2.58 ± 1.84),(2.02 ± 1.65)),making friends ((3.28 ± 1.93),(2.78 ±1.88)) and getting along with opposite gender ((2.16± 1.75),(1.77± 1.69)) between grade one and three students(P<0.05).③The interpersonal disturbances were significantly related to parental bonding styles, anxiety and sleep quality.④The results of logistic regression showed that anxiety was the main risk factor (B =1.42,OR=4.4,95% CI =1.74-9.86,P<0.01) and maternal parenting style and sleep quality were protective factors(P<0.01)of interpersonal disturbances. Conclusion The interpersonal disturbance, which are severe and affected by multiple factors in college students, should be paid attention by school, society and family to improve their learning and growing environment in order to promote their physical and mental health.

Objective:To observe the efficacy and safety of olaparib combined with bevacizumab in patients with recurrent platinum-sensitive ovarian cancer, and the effect on serum levels of human epididymis protein 4 (HE4), carbohydrate antigen 125 (CA125) and circulating tumor cells (CTCs).Methods:A total of 96 patients with recurrent platinum-sensitive ovarian cancer admitted to Dongfeng Hospital Affiliated to Hubei Medical College from June 2018 to June 2019 were selected and divided into control group ( n=48) and study group ( n=48) according to the random number table method. The control group was given doxorubicin liposomes combined with carboplatin chemotherapy for 6 cycles, and the study group was given olaparib combined with bevacizumab, continuous olaparib, and bevacizumab for 6 cycles. The median progression-free survival (PFS), the objective effective rate (ORR), disease control rate (DCR) of the two groups were evaluated, the changes of serum HE4, CA125 and CTCs levels of the two groups after treatment were compared, and the adverse drug reactions of patients during treatment were observed. Results:The median PFS of the study group was 8.3 months, which was longer than 5.5 months of the control group, with a statistically significant difference ( χ2=5.134, P=0.025). The ORR and DCR of the study group were 52.08% (25/48) and 81.25% (39/48), which were significantly higher than 31.25% (15/48) and 62.50% (30/48) of the control group, with statistically significant differences ( χ2=4.286, P=0.038; χ2=4.174, P=0.041). After 6 cycles treatment, serum HE4 [(123.60±31.52) pmol/L vs. (178.01±46.22) pmol/L], CA125 [(33.52±10.61)U/L vs. (50.32±11.09) U/L] and CTCs [(2.19±0.24) pcs/5 ml vs. (3.25±0.31) pcs/5 ml] of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group, with statistically significant differences ( t=8.489, P=0.025; t=7.562, P=0.032; t=9.341, P=0.017). The incidences of gastrointestinal reactions [35.42% (17/48) vs. 64.58% (31/48)], bone marrow suppression [18.75% (9/48) vs. 41.67% (20/48)], liver and kidney function damage [2.08% (1/48) vs. 14.58% (7/48)], cardiotoxicity [4.17% (2/48) vs. 18.75% (9/48)], allergy reaction [0 (0) vs. 8.33% (4/48)], neurotoxicity [2.08% (1/48) vs. 16.67% (8/48)] and other adverse reactions of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group, with statistically significant differences ( χ2=8.167, P=0.004; χ2=7.584, P=0.006; χ2=4.909, P=0.027; χ2=5.031, P=0.025; χ2=4.174, P=0.041; χ2=6.008, P=0.014). Conclusion:For patients with recurrent platinum-sensitive ovarian cancer, olalapril combined with bevacizumab has better curative effect than doxorubicin liposome combined with carboplatin chemotherapy, and can prolong the survival period of patients, down-regulate serum HE4, CA125 and CTCs levels, with low incidence of adverse reactions.

-Glucosidase and lipase inhibitors play important roles in the treatment of hyperglycaemia and dyslipidemia. To identify novel naturally occurring inhibitors, a bioactivity-guided phytochemical research was performed on the pu-erh tea. One new flavanol, named (-)-epicatechin-3---coumarate (), andknown analogs (-) were isolated from the aqueous extract of the pu-erh tea. Their structures were determined by spectroscopic and chemical methods. Furthermore, the water extract of pu-erh tea and its fractions exhibited inhibitory activities against-glucosidases and lipases; compoundshowed moderate inhibitory effect against sucrase with an ICvalue of 32.5 μmol/L and significant inhibitory effect against maltase with an ICvalue of 1.3 μmol/L. Compounds,,anddisplayed moderate activity against a lipase with ICvalues of 16.0, 13.6, 19.8, and 13.3 μmol/L, respectively.
