Abstract: Objective To investigate the expression of serum C-C chemokine 22 (CCL22) and its receptor C-C chemokine receptor 4 (CCR4) in patients with chronic hepatitis B (CHB), and its correlation with liver function indicators and disease progression. Methods A total of 96 patients with CHB who were treated in Neijiang Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from October 2021 to November 2022 were recruited as the observation group, and divided into mild group (n=43), moderate group (n=36) and severe group (n=17) , according to the progress of the disease. In addition, 50 healthy people who underwent physical examination in the same hosiptal were selected as the control group. The levels of serum CCL22 mRNA, CCR4 mRNA and liver function indicators [alanine aminotrans-ferase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), total bilirubin (TBIL) and albumin (ALB)] were measured. Pearson correlation analysis was performed to analyze the correlation between serum CCL22 and CCR4 levels and liver function indicators and disease severity, and logistic regression was applied to evaluate the factors affecting the progress of CHB patients. Results Compared with the control group, the levels of CCL22 mRNA, CCR4 mRNA, ALT, AST and TBIL in the observation group were obviously higher (P<0.05), the level of ALB was obviously lower (P<0.05); the expression levels of serum CCL22 mRNA, CCR4 mRNA, ALT, AST and TBIL in mild, moderate and severe groups increased in turn, while the expression level of ALB decreased in turn, with significant differences between groups (P<0.05); The levels of serum CCL22 mRNA and CCR4 mRNA were positively correlated with liver function indicators ALT, AST, TBIL levels, and negatively correlated with ALB level (P<0.05); Both CCL22 mRNA and CCR4 mRNA were positively correlated with the severity of the disease (r=0.646, 0.516, P<0.001); the expression levels of CCR4 mRNA, ALT, AST, TBIL and ALB were all factors affecting the development of CHB patients (P<0.05). Conclusions The expression of CCL22 and CCR4 in serum is closely related to liver function index and severity of CHB patients, which can provide reference for clinical evaluation and symptomatic treatment.

Objective Classification of non-small cell lung lymph (NSCLC) node (N) is one of the key factors influencing treatment, however, the cilinical noninvasive and invasive approaches to N classification have their limitations. This study aimed to investigate the risk factors of lymph node metastasis of peripheral lungadenocarcinoma by using CT and PET / CT scans. Methods Retrospective analysis had been done on a total of 248 patients who underwent surgical resection from February 2010 to November 2015 in our hospital. All of them underwent chest CT and 80 patients underwent PET/CT examination.Univariate analysis was applied in the relation of lymph node metastasis to gender, age, smoking situation, CEA, SUV, cancer size, pathological variants, and the degree of differentiation.Multivariable logistic regression analysiss were performed in the prediction of risk factors for lymph node metastasis.ResultsSeventy-four patients (29.8%) had regional lymph node metastases.Univariate analysis showed that lymph node metastasis was related to the serum CEA level, degree of differentiation, SUVmax, tumor size, lobulation/spiculation, pleural retraction, mediastinal or hilar lymphadenopathy (P<0.05).In the multivariable analysis of risk factors, including serum CEA, SUVmax and CT features, for predicting lymph node metastasis, the most important and significantly independent risk factors identified were SUVmax, CEA level, mediastinal or hilar lymphadenopathy, cavitation/bubble-likelucency and pleural retraction (P<0.05).Conclusion The lymph node metastasis is associated with SUVmax of primary tumor, serum CEA level, mediastinal or hilar lymphadenopathy, cavitation/bubble-likelucency and pleural retraction. The combination of radiographic features and serum CEA can help to predict more accurately the risk of lymph node metastasis in patients with peripheral lung adenocarcinoma.

Journal of Biomedical Engineering 2011;28(6):1251-1256
Tumor cells exhibit two main different migration strategies when invading in 3D environment, i. e. mesenchymal migration and amoeboid migration. This review summarizes the internal reasons and characteristics on various modes of migration adaptation to the microenvironment, and the molecular mechanisms in particular environment where they are mutually interchangeable. A study of the mechanisms that may possibly trigger mesenchymal-amoeboid transition/amoeboid-mesenchymal transition help us to understand the change and the plasticity in the migration strategies of tumor cells. These are important for the development of a cancer treatment, which would efficiently suppress tumor cell invasiveness.

Objective:To explore the effects of health education based on Heider's balance theory and mobile medicine in continuous nursing after surgery for gynecological cancer. Methods:Totally 68 cancer patients hospitalized in the Department of Gynecology, Jiangshan People's Hospital of Zhejiang Province, from April 2018 to July 2019 were selected, and randomly divided into control group ( n=34) and intervention group ( n=34) according to the time of admission. Patients in the control group received conventional nursing, while patients in the intervention group received health education based on Heider's balance theory and mobile medicine on this basis. The incidence of complications was compared between the two groups after intervention; the Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale (HADS) was used to assess the patient's anxiety and depression status; and the Chinese version of the Mishel's Uncertainty in Illness Scales (MUIS) was used to evaluate the uncertainty and complexity between the two groups. Results:Totally 8 patients in the control group and 1 patient in the intervention group developed complications, and the difference was statistically significant ( P<0.05) . The anxiety and depression scores of the intervention group were (7.7±1.4) and (7.3±1.3) , lower than (11.4±1.5) and (10.2±1.5) in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant ( P<0.05) . The disease uncertainty and complexity scores of the intervention group were (30.5±2.1) and (19.8±2.7) , lower than (51.7±3.3) and (28.8±2.6) in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant ( P<0.05) . Conclusions:Health education based on Heider's balance theory and mobile medicine can significantly reduce the incidence of complications and disease uncertainty in patients with gynecological cancer after surgery, and ameliorate their symptoms of anxiety and depression.

This research project was designed to explore the molecular basis of the loss of contact inhibition in hepatoma cells by regulating the cell growth density of hepatic cells (L02) and hepatoma cells (HepG2) respectively. Analyzing the character of morphology, the change of cytoskeleton, the ability of deformation, the expression and distribution of E-cadherins of hepatic cells and hepatoma cells with different density, we found: Hepatoma cells' E-cadherins increased when compared to the hepatic cells'; Hepatic cells' up-regulated E-cadherins, and with their increased growth density, hepatic cells gathered in the contacted areas; Hepatoma cells, however, tended to down-regulate the expression of E-cadherins, and they kept the fusion distribution. The migration rate and net migration distance of these two kinds of cells were inhibited by growth density. Hepatoma cells kept the strong ability of migration, but the migration trace discretization of hepatic cell decreased with the increase of growth density. Hepatoma cells kept the high discretization of migration trace in different growth density. These different results show that hepatic cells are in positive correlation with E-cadherins distribution, and are in negative correlation with its migration. There is no aggregation tendency seen with respect to hepatoma cells' E-cadherins. The effect of hepatoma cells' growth density on migration is not obvious.

This study inquired into the formation of the "overlapping growth" of hepatoma cells through quantitative characterization on the growth of hepatoma cells in situ by means of morphological observation, Image Tool computer analytic system, statistical analysis as well as the experimental methods of cell mechanics and biochemistry. The results were as follows: (1) The ability of hepatoma cells to regulate cell morphological deformation was better than that of hepatic cells; (2) While we were using micropipette aspiration technique to suck the "overlapping growth plaque" of hepatoma cells, the "overlapping growth plaque" fell off from the substrate, leaving a blank area; (3) Integrin expression of hepatoma cells was more obvious than that of hepatic cells; (4) Fibronectin (Fn) down-regulated the integrin expression in the hepatoma cells cultured on the Fn coated surface, enhanced the cells' adhesion ability and morphological stability, but reduced the formation and aggregation of the round cells. These results indicated (1) The so-called overlapping growing area was actually formed by many closely arrayed and piled round cells; (2) The production of round cells may be caused by integrin abnormal expression and the effect on the hepatoma cells adhesion stability; (3) The formation of "overlapping growth plaque" in hepatoma cells is related to the round cells' congregation induced by the high frequency morphological transformation.
