Chinese Health Economics 2017;36(8):58-60
Objective:To analyze the impacts of sustainable deterioration of environment quality and demographic structure adjustment on urban residents' health expenditure.Methods:Non-spatial panel model and spatial panel model were applied to use inter-provincial panel data to conduct the empirical analysis. Results:Environment quality, demographic age structure and interaction had significant impact on urban residents' health expenditure. Conclusion:Demographic structure transformation and environment quality deterioration were the two difficulties faced by China's medical and health system. The construction and reform of medical and health system should focus on these challenges.
2.Senescence is a defensive mechasim against oncogene-induced tumorigenesis
Basic & Clinical Medicine 2006;0(05):-
Cellular senescence is a permanent cell cycle arrest that may prevent the aged or abnormal cells from further expansion and is therefore a safeguard mechanism against unlimited cell proliferation.Recent studies demonstrated that oncogene-induced senescence could prevent neoplastic transformation in vitro and in vivo, and oncogene might cause tumors only in senescence deficient cells.Although the mechanism of the cellular senescence has not been completely illustrated, activation of P16INK4a-RB and ARF-P53 pathways has been implicated in this process.Further investigation of the signaling pathways leading to senescence may offer new avenues for tumor treatment.
3.Dual effects of rapamycin on immuno-suppression and tumor inhibition
Basic & Clinical Medicine 2006;0(12):-
Rapamycin is frequently used as an immunosuppressive agent and also plays an important role in tumor suppression. It combines to FKBP12 and forms a compound to inhibit the serine/threonine protein kinase mammalian target of rapamycin(mTOR),its activation is required for protein synthesis and cell-cycle progression.Rapamycin can block cell cycle at G1 phase and to inhibit cell proliferation.Furthermore rapamycin may inhibit cytokine production and cytokine signaling. Therefore rapamycin is used in the treatment of post-transplantation organ rejection and tumor therapy due to its dual effects of immuno-suppression and tumor inhibition.
4.Syk and VEGF-C in breast cancer's expression with lymph node metastasis
Chinese Journal of Immunology 2014;(5):681-683
Objective:To explore the relationship of Syk and VEGF-C expression in breast cancer with lymph node metastasis . Methods:The expression of Syk and VEGF-C in 40 cases of breast cancer were determined using immunohistochemistry assay .Then, the positive rates of Syk and VEGF-C were compared with lymph node metastasis .Results:The expression rate of VEGF-C and Syk in breast cancer was respectively 77.5%(31/40), 37.5%(15/40).VEGF-C protein expression was not significant related with the tumor diameter (P>0.05) and histological grade (P>0.05), but was significantly associated with lymph node metastasis (P<0.05).Syk protein expression was not significant related with tumor diameter (P>0.05) and the histological grade(P>0.05), and was associated with lymph node metastasis (P<0.05).The difference of Syk and VEGF-C had statistics significance(P<0.05).Con-clusion:Syk and VEGF-C involved in the lymphatic invasion and metastasis , may be an important indicator of prognosis .

Chinese Journal of Ocular Fundus Diseases 2001;0(03):-
Objective To explore the effect of estrogen on the permeability of retinal blood vessel by ovariectomy. Methods Twenty-two healthy rats were divided into experimental and control group randomly. Estrogen level of rats decreased due to ovariectomy in the experimental group while stabilized by sham-ovariectomy in the control group. The results were confirmed by vaginal epithelium smearing. Retinal vein occlusion was established by photodynamic method, and leakage of Evan's blue in retina was determined by spectrophotometer. Results Mature value of vaginal epithelium decreased significantly in ovariectomy rats( t=21.008,P =0.000) while not significantly in sham-ovariectomy ones ( t=0.319,P =0.756); the mean leakage of Evans blue was (25.503 0?4.378 47) ng/mg in experimental group, and (17.830 0?4.265 69) ng/mg in the control group, and the difference between the two groups is significant( t=3.969 36,P =0.001). Conclusion Ovariectomy is an useful method to study the effect of estrogen on ocular diseases, and when estrogen level decreases, the permeability of retinal blood vessel increases.

urpose To investigate apoptosis in vitrectomy specimens of proliferative vitreoretinopathy. Methods Vitrectomy specimens from 60 cases of different classes of proliferative vitreoretinopathy were studied by TdTmediated dUTP nick end labelling(TUNEL)method. Results The characteristic change of apoptosis was observed in all vitrectomy specimens. The amount of apoptotic nonpigmentary cell is gradually decreasing along with the development of proliferative vitreoretinopathy, and apoptotic pigmentary cells are observed. Conclusion There are different kinds of apoptosis cell in vitrectomy specimens of proliferative vitreoretinopathy. It is suggested that apoptosis might be one of the important mechanisms of regulating the degree in proliferative vitreoretinopathy.

Objective To evaluate the sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of the algorithm for electrocardiographic identification of the IRA and exact site of occlusion of the IRA.Methods According to the algorithm for electrocardiographic identification,we predicted the IRA by analyzing ECG in 896 patients with ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction(STEMI),who were enrolled in this study and underwent primary coronary angiography. Results The results indicated that left main coronary disease showed a sensitivity of 100%,specificity of 99% and accuracy of 99%;and at the same time the left anterior descending artery(LAD) with 99%,99% and 99%(proximal LAD: 84%,90% and 88%;middle and distal LAD: 57%,94% and 88%);the left circumflex artery with 64%,95% and 91%;the right coronary artery(RCA):89%,92% and 91%(proximal RCA: 51%,96% and 88%;middle and distal RCA: 68%,92% and 85%) respectively. Conclusion This study suggests that electrocardiogram is a crucial tool in the identification of the IRA in left main coronary,LAD and proximal RCA with predicting exact site of culprit lesion. The LCX or middle and distal RCA can be difficult to discriminate.
