Chinese Journal of Biochemical Pharmaceutics 2017;37(3):81-83
Objective To investigate the effect of pegylated interferon combined thymopeptideenteric-coated tablets on CXCR3, CCR6 and serum IL-2 and soluble ligand in patients with chronic hepatitis. Methods 125 patients with chronic hepatitis B patients from June 2015 to June 2016 in our hospital were selected and divided into observation group 62 cases and control group 63 cases. The observation group was treated with pegylated interferon combined thymopeptideenteric-coated tablets, and the control group was treated with thymopeptideenteric-coated tablets, the expression of T cells in patients with CXCR3 and CCR6 was detected by flow cytometry, the serum levels of interleukin-2 and soluble interleukin-2 receptorwere measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, and compared the treatment of two groups of patients. Results After treatment, the levels of IL-2 and sIL-2R in the observation groupwere (16.4 ±5.6), (9.4 ±2.1), significantly lower than that in the control group, while CXCR3 and CCR6 were (5.8 ±0.9), (5.54 ±1.2), significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), the levels of HBsAg, HBeAg and HBV-DNA in the observation group were (1.5 ±0.4), (1.6 ±0.9), (1.6 ±0.3), significantly lower than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), the levels of ALT, AST, TBIL, IBIL in the observation groupwere (34.5 ±8.7), (31.4 ±6.9), (14.6 ± 6.9), (9.4 ±2.9), significantly lower than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Interferon combined thymopeptideenteric-coated tablets therapy for chronic hepatitis B is helpful to improve the level of chemokine receptor and inhibit the degree of inflammatory reaction. It can help to improve liver function and inhibit viral replication in patients with hepatitis B.It is better than the treatment of chronic hepatitis with thymosin alone.
2.Effect of APS on recoverable ability from cryopreservation damage of UCB hematopoietic cells
Chinese Traditional and Herbal Drugs 1994;0(11):-
Objective To study the effect of angelica polysaccharides (APS) on recoverable ability from cryopreservation damage of umbilical cord blood (UCB) hematopoietic cells and APS with hematopoietic growth factors (HGFs) on in vitro expansion of UCB mononuclear cells (MNC) after thawing. Methods Thawed UCB MNC were cultured 24 h or 14 d with various concentration of APS (0,50,100,200,and 400 ?g/mL) or with APS and HGFs. The MNC counting assay, typan blue exclusion assay, colorimetric MTT assay for cell proliferation,CFU-Mix colong-forming assay, and flow cytometry for CD34+ cell rate were detected. Results After adding certain concentration APS in thawed UCB cells, the number of MNC,the rate of trypan blue exclusion, the proliferation of MNC,and the colony production of CFU-Mix were significantly enhanced (P

Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2003;0(05):-
Objectives:To study the preparation techniques of gelatin microspheres encapsulated with sodium fluoride and evaluate the anticaries functions in dental plaque model in vitro. Methods:Fluoride gelatin microspheres were prepared by emulsion polymerisation method. The encapsulation rate and drug contents were tested by ISE. In vitro inhibition of demineralization were also examined. Results:The mean size of fluoride GMS was (16.81?8.77)?m.The encapsulation rate was 76.73%.The drug content was 5.61%.The release profile in vitro showed sustained effects. Fluoride GMS can prevent demineralization more efficiently. Conclusions:Fluoride gelatin microspheres may be an promising topical fluoride release system.

Chinese Journal of Immunology 1999;0(12):-
Objective:In order to obtain safer HBV DNA vaccine, recombinant kanamycin resistance eukaryotic expression plasmid containing the gene of HBV surface antigen was constructed and used to study humoral immune response in BALB/c mice. Methods:HBV antigen middle protein(preS2+S) encoding gene fragment was isolated from the recombinant eukaryotic expression plasmid pcDNA-S 2S;subcloned into eukaryotic expression vector pVAX1.After confirmed the presence of the gene by restriction endonuclease analysis,it was used to immunize the healthy BALB/c mice at different doses, and the levels of anti-HBs in serum was determined by ELISA.Results:Restriction endonuclease analysis confirmed recombinant plasmid pVAX-S 2S was what was expected.Serum anti-HBs was detected at the 2nd week after DNA vaccination at all three doses(100 ?g,50 ?g,10 ?g per mice)and their titers were increased with time.Quantitative comparison of the serum anti-HBs levels revealed significant(P

Objective To summarize the experience of nursing cancer patients with Wernicke encephalopathy (WE) after gastrointestinal surgery. Method The clinical data of 6 patients with WE after gastrointestinal surgery in our hospital from January 2005 to June 2015 were retrospectively analyzed to summarize the nursing strategies. Results All the 6 patients showed mental changes of different types, 5 patients developed with ocular manifestations and one patient with ataxia. Only one patient showed the classic triad of the disease at clinical presentation. All the 6 patients had characteristic manifestations on cranial MRI and received thiamine (vitamin B1) at diagnosis. Four patients were completely recovered and 2 were partially recovered. Conclusion Timely sufficient thiamine supplementation during the perioperative period is the key to prevent and treat WE in the patients with gastrointestinal cancer. Careful observation of the patients′ mental state and the effective nursing for the special classic triad of the disease are critical for a better prognosis.

Aim To investigate the molecular mechanism of anti-proliferation effect of Ginsenoside Rh2(G-Rh2)on mouse MFC gastric cells. Methods The cell viability was determined by MTT method and the state of cell proliferation was analyzed. The morphologic changes were observed by invert microscope and fluorescence microscope(Hoechst 33258).Early apoptotic rate was detected by Annexin Ⅴ-FITC through flow cytometry.Western blot was used to detect the p-JNK and p-c-jun activity in MFC cells.Immunocytochemistry staining was used to detect caspase-3 positive cells. Results G-Rh2 could inhibit proliferation of MFC cells in a dose-and-time-dependent manner. The morphological changes of apoptosis were observed in MFC cells after G-Rh2 treatment. The apoptotic ratio was increased. The phosphorylation of c-Jun and c-Jun NH2-terminal kinase(JNK)activity increased with time within 4 h compared with that of control. The expression of caspase-3 positive cells was increased. But all the above could be partly inhibited by pre-treatment with SP600125(5 ?mol?L-1)for 2 h.Conclusion G-Rh2 can decrease cell viability by inducing apoptosis and the process may be associated with the activation of JNK transduction pathway and expression of caspase-3.
