Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2003;0(03):-
Objective:Iris-fixed IOL implantation is a new and effective therapy for phakic eyes. Because the patients are young, they know very few about the operation, which mandated delicate pre-and postoperative nursing. This article discussed how to nurse the patients receiving iris-fixed IOL implantation operation in phakic eyes for super high myopia. Methods:Fifty eight eyes of 30 patients with super-high myopia received iris-fixed IOL (Verisyse IOL) implantation. Pre-and postoperative nursing course were summarized. Results:Focused education through preoperative visits, active cooperation in the operation and meticulous postoperative nursery were beneficial for the operation. Significant vision improvement was found after surgery. Conclusion:The planned, step by step, focused nursing course can improve the effects of operation and reduce the postoperative complication.

Herald of Medicine 2017;36(4):451-453
Combined with the development of modem hospital pharmacy,in light of the present condition of the continuing education for the hospital pharmacists, based on the continuing education mode and method of the affiliated provincial hospital of Anhui medical university pharmacists, from the establishment of continuing education's goal and mode, the construction of hierarchical continuing education system, and education content integration aspects, this paper expounds the role and influence of the pharmacist professional skill contest.Through pharmacist professional skill contest, pharmacist can test and evaluate the hospital pharmacist professional ability, gradually improve pharmaceutical service level and quality of pharmacists.By introducing the pharmacist professional skill contest, pharmacist can not only timely adjust the continuing education's plan and ways, better coordinate with the development of hospital pharmacists, but also provide important technical support and talent reserves for the pharmacist professional skill contest.

Objective To study the effects of exogenous double-stranded DNA antigen on the immunophenotypic changes of dendritic cells (DCs) derived from stem cells in mouse bone marrow. Methods LinCD117 (c-kit)+ hemopoietic stem cells were obtained from the bone marrow of C57 mice by magnetic affinity cell sorting. Some cytokines, including granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor, interleukin-4, tumor necrosis factor-α and so on, were used to enhance the proliferation or differentiation of stem cells to obtain mature, semimature and immature DCs. The double stranded DNA of kinetoplast (kDNA) was isolated from Trypanosoma equiperdum, and added to the culture media to pulse DCs. The immunophenotypic and morphologic features of DCs were analyzed by using flow cytometry and laser confocal microscopy respectively. Results The expression rates of CD117 and CD11c in DCs showed no significant changes after kDNA pulse compared with those before the pulse. In unpulsed immature, semi-mature and mature DCs, the expression rate was 11.42% ± 2.56%, 27.08% ± 5.29% and 44.63% ± 10.37% for MHC Ⅱ, 8.54% ± 2.01%, 31.35% ± 6.40% and52.96% ± 10.34% for CD80, 10.22% ± 3.47%, 32.15% ± 6.83% and 64.72% ± 9.68% for CD86, respectively. After pulse with the kDNA antigen, the expression rate increased by 15.63%, 9.66% and 4.12% (t = 6.21,4.35, 2.82, P < 0.05) for MHC Ⅱ, by 9.63%, 7.09% and 4.09% for CD80, by 13.16%, 9.75% and 3.10% for CD86, respectively in immature, semi-mature and mature DCs, respectively. The increase of expression rate of these membrane antigens in decreasing order was observed in immature DCs, semi-mature DCs and mature DCs. Conclusions The exogenous DNA antigen could enhance the maturation of bone marrow-derived DCs,likely by upregulating the expression of certain immunophenotypic membrane proteins, and the lower the maturity degree, the more liable the DCs to be affected by the antigen.

Shanghai Journal of Acupuncture and Moxibustion 2015;(2):139-140
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture plus moxibustion in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia.Method Sixty cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia were randomly divided into two groups, 30 cases in the treatment group, 30 cases in the control group. The treatment group was intervened by Acupuncture and moxibustion, while the control group was by orally takingJingzhu Qianlie Longbitong capsules. The International Prostate Symptom Score (IPSS), Quality of Life score (QOL), maximal urinary flow rate (Qmax), residual urine volume (RUV) were compared before and after 3 courses of treatment. Result The total effective rate was 93.3% in the treatment group, versus 66.7% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); the IPSS score, QOL score, Qmax, and RUV were significantly changed in both groups after intervention (P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment group and the control group both show improvements in IPSS, QOL score and Qmax and reduction of RUV, which proves that acupuncture plus moxibustion can produce a content efficacy in treating benign prostatic hyperplasia.

Translational medicine,as an important form of research-based medicine,is key to research hospitals.Analysis in the paper holds that such hospitals should highlight top-level design in its medical system building, rely on characteristic and advantageous disciplines, target research outcome applications, take the pathway of overlapping and fusion, and the synergy mechanism as the guarantee. The paper introduced the efforts of the hospitals'experiences in innovative clinical practice of research during the development of the translational medicine system,in an organized, planned, targeted, and measurable manner. It is concluded that the innovative outcomes of the effort help elevate medical competence of the hospital as a whole.
