Objective To guide clinical operation, the invasion, efficacy, convalescence by different operating ways on cardiac surgery were studied. Methods Left axillary minithoracotomy was applied to 41 patients with ductus atteriosus(A group);right axillary minithoracotomy was applied to 46 patients with atrial soptal defect (ASD),ventricular septal dofect(VSD),triple-symptom complex of Fallot(C group);49 patients with replacement of valvular heart,VSD,ASD,totralogy of Fallot, left atrial myxoma were operated in substernal segment minithoracotomy (D group). The comparison between above groups and the regular left chest posterolateral operation on 42 patients (B group) and the sternal median operation on 77 patients (E group)was carried out. Results (1) A group had such advantages as the operation time, hemorrhage volume, hospital day, compared with B group [(38±13) min vs (64±14) min,(17±12) ml vs (200±100) ml,(6±2) d vs(11±3) d,respectively](P<0.01).(2) There were difference in extra corporeal circulation time, bemorrhage volume and hospital day between C group and E group[(39±8) min vs (68±8)min,(150±150) ml vs (700±300)ml,(8±3)d vs(12±4)d,respectively](P<0.01 or <0.05).There were difference in hemorrhage volume, fluence between D group and E group (P<0.05).Conclusion Small incision, slight trauma, less hemorrhage, slight ache, quick recovery, concealed incision and so on are characteristic of the left subaxillary minithoracotomy for ligation of ductus arteriosus, the right subexillary minithoracotomy for opening heart operation with heart beating and the substernal segment minithoracotomy for opening heart operation with extra corporeal circulation.

Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine 1993;0(02):-
In order to explore the therapeutic action and mechanisms of Chang An Capsules for treatment of ulcerative colitis, 62 cases were randomly divided into two groups and treated with oral administration of Chang An Capsules and Bu Pi Yi Chang Pill respectively, for 3 therapeutic courses. Clinical observation, pathological therapeutic effects, and changes of enteroscopic sign , serum immunoglobin, complement C3, serum superoxide dismutase (SOD) and lipid peroxide (LPO) before and after treatment were observed. Results indicated that in the treatment group, the total effective rate was 93. 80%, the therapeutic effects for enteroscopy and pathology were 81. 30% and 84. 40% respectively, and serum immunoglobin, complement Cs, serum superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity and lipid peroxide (LPO) were improved or inhibited, with significant difference compared with the control group (P

Objective:To investigate the risk factors and predictive effect of lateral cervical lymph node metastasis of papillary thyroid carcinoma (PTC) by applying the concept of central lymph node metastasis intensity. Methods:This study retrospectively analyzed integrated clinic data of 106 cases with PTC undergoing treatment of cervical lymph node dissection in Department of Thyroid and Breast Surgery of the Affiliated Hospital of Inner Mongolia Medical University from Dec. 2009 to Jan. 2014. Based on whether lateral cervical lymph nodes had metastasis, patents were classified into lymph node metastasis positive group ( n=75 cases) , lymph node metastasis negative group ( n=31 cases) . This study explored metastasis-associated risk factors of age, gender, triiodothyronine (T3) , thyroxine (T4) , free triiodothyronine (FT3) , free thyroxine (FT4) , thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH) , thyroglobulin antibody (TGAb) , thyroid peroxidase antibody (TPOAb) , whether combined with Hashimoto’s disease, tumor location, infringing the membrane, mulifocality, tumor glands distribution, tumor diameter, number of central lymph node metastases, central lymph node metastasis ratio, and analyzed the effects of central lymph node metastasis intensity on lateral cervical lymph node metastasis. SPSS 21.0 software was used for data analysis, the metering data of normal distribution was expressed as ± s, and t test was used for comparison between groups. Count data was expressed as a rate (composition ratio) , and comparisons between groups were performed by χ2 test or Fisher exact probability method. Results:Univariate analysis found that whether combined with Hashimoto’s disease ( P=0.087) , tumor location ( P=0.249) , tumor glands distribution ( P=0.219) and tumor diameter ( P=0.224) had no correlation with lateral cervical lymph node metastasis, which showed no statistical significant differences ( P>0.05) . Infringing the membrane ( P=0.030) , mulifocality ( P=0.031) , number of central lymph node metastases ( P=0.022) and central lymph node metastasis ratio ( P=0.001) had correlation with lateral cervical lymph node metastasis, which showed statistical significant differences ( P<0.05) . The number of central lymph node metastases and the increase of central lymph node metastasis ratio had positive correlation with the occurrence of lateral cervical lymph node metastasis; when the number of central lymph node metastases was ≥4 or (and) the central lymph node metastasis ratio was ≥20%, the incidence of lateral cervical lymph node metastases increased significantly, and the difference was statistically significant ( P<0.05) . Conclusion:Infringing the membrane and mulifocality are risk factors for lateral cervical lymph node metastasis. When central lymph node metastasis intensity: number of metastases ≥4 or (and) metastasis ratio ≥20%, lateral cervical lymph node dissection is recommended.

Journal of International Oncology 2016;43(8):612-614
Artemisinin and its derivative is a kind of efficient, quick and low toxicity of anti-malarial drug.In recent years,we find that artemisinin drugs can not only against malaria, but also have pharmacological effects of immunosuppression, antiviral and anticancer.A number of studies have confirmed that artemisinin and its derivatives have the radiosensitization effects in nasopharyngeal carcinoma, cervical cancer, lung cancer and glioma, and their mechanisms are related to decreasing Weel protein expression, increasing Cyclin B1 protein expression, blocking G2-M phase and cell apoptosis.

Recent studies find a number of promising drug targets which can be applied for increasing tumor radiosensitivity in addition to normal tissue radioprotection, including oxygen free radical scavenger, drug targets in view of DNA damage repair and cell cycle, new targets inhibiting cell death, radioprotection mediated by growth factors, regulation of the cell signaling pathways,angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitor.radiorestorative chemicals and so on.
