Objective To explore the effect of cognitive behavior intervention on the defense style of patients with depression. Methods One hundred and forty-six patients with depression in hospitalized were divided into study group and control group according to the set sequence. The study group and the control group were given cognitive behavioral intervention and routine nursing, respectively. All patients were assessed by Hamilton depression scale (HAMD), Hamilton anxiety scale (HAMA), Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire (SCSQ), and Defense Style Questionnaire (DSQ) . Results The differences of conceal type and positive coping factor were significantly before and after intervention in the study group ( < 0.05) . In the 6th week, the differences of conceal type and positive coping factor were significantly between the two groups ( < 0.05) . The differences of HAMD and HAMA scores were significantly between the 0 th and 6 th weeks of the two groups ( <0.05) . There was negatively correlated between HAMD and positive coping factor ( <0.05) . There were positively correlated between HAMD and the cover up defense mode ( <0.05),HAMA and the cover up defense mode ( <0.05) . Conclusion The cognitive behavior intervention could improve the depression and anxiety symptoms and defense style in patients with depression.

Objective To study the influence of cognitive behavioral intervention on the quality of marriage and family function in patients with depression. Methods 146 hospitalized patients with depression were divided into study group and control group according to the set sequence. The study group were given cognitive behavioral intervention and the control group were given routine nursing. All patients were assessed by Hamilton depression scale (HAMD), Hamilton anxiety scale (HAMA), family functioning (FAD), marriage quality questionnaire (ENRICH) to evaluate the depression and family function. Results The difference in ENRICH total score, marital satisfaction, conflict resolution, children and marriage, leisure activities and the relationship with family and friends,FAD total score, problem solving, emotional response was statistically significant between before and after the intervention of the study group ( <0.05) . In the 6th weeks, the difference in ENRICH total score, marital satisfaction, conflict resolution methods, children and marriage, leisure activities and the relationship with family and friends, FAD total score, problem solving, emotional response was statistically significant between the two groups ( <0.05);The difference in HAMD,HAMA score was statistically significant between the 0th and 6 th weeks of the two groups ( <0.05) . There was a negative correlation between HAMA and conflict resolution factor (=-0.48, <0.05) . There was a positive correlation between FAD and the HAMD total score (=0.43,<0.05) . There was a negative correlation between ENRICH and HAMD total scores (r=-0.46, <0.05) .Conclusion The cognitive behavioral intervention can improve the family function and the quality of marriage in patients with depression.

Journal of China Medical University 2016;45(7):616-619
Objective To investigate the expression of human epidermal growth factor receptor?2(HER?2)and Survivin protein in gastric cancer tissue, and explore its relationship with clinicopathological characteristics. Methods Immunohistochemistry assay was used for detection of HER?2 and Survivin protein expression in 70 gastric cancer biopsy samples. The relationship with the clinicoathological parameters in patients with gas?tric cancer was analyzed. Results The expression of HER?2 and Survivin protein was correlated with tumor differentiation ,TNM stage and lymph node metastasis(all P<0.05),but not with sex, age, the diameter of tumor. The correlation analysis of positive rate and the semi?quantitative pro?tein expression showed that the expression of Survivin and HER?2 was significantly positively related(all P<0.01). Conclusion The positive ex?pression of HER?2 and Survivin protein in gastric cancer correlates with tumor differentiation ,TNM stage and lymph node metastasis. HER?2 ex?pression significantly correlates with Survivin at the protein level in gastric cancer tissues.

Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of MMP-7 in peripher- al blood and esophageal cancer. Methods By using Real time RT-PCR, blood samples from 82 cases with postoperative esophageal cancer were detected. Results 37.8 %(32/82)patients were positive for MMP-7 mRNA expression.MMP-7 mRNA positivity significantly correlated with lymph node metastasis, stage, and hematogeneous metastasis.Recurrent disease was found in 28 of 82 cases. Of 28 patients experiencing re- lapse,15 patients were serially follow-up in every three months. The number positive of MMP-7 mRNA be- fore detection by imaging,at the same time of detection by imaging, and after detection by imaging was 5 cas- es,8 cases and 2 cases respectively. Conclusion Examination of MMP-7 mRNA in peripheral blood during follow-up is useful for early detection of occult recurrence.

Objective To explore the correlation between-173G/C gene polymorphism of macrophage migration inhibitory factor(MIF) and Henoch-Schonlein purpura(HSP),Henoch-Schonlein purpura nephritis(HSPN) in children in Jiangxi Province. Methods One hundred and thirty-one ethnic Han children with HSP were enrolled, including 80 children with concurrent nephritis(HSPN group) and 51 children without nephritis(HSP without nephritis group). One hundred and five healthy children were used as the healthy control group.Germline DNA was extracted from peripheral blood by Promega blood genomic DNA kit.Polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism(PCR-RFLP) was used for genotyping the-173G/C polymorphism of MIF.Genotype distribution and allele frequencies were obtained by direct counting.Statistical analysis was performed by using SPSS 11.5 software.Allele and genotype distribution were compared by using the chi-square test. The relative risk of allele was described by odds ratios(OR) and 95% confidence intervals(95%CI).Results Three genotypes(GG,GC,CC) were detected in MIF-173 G/C.GG,GC genotypes were detected in HSP without nephritis and healthy control group.GG,GC and CC genotypes were detected in HSPN group.Mutant genotype(37.5%) and C allele frequency(20.0%) in HSPN group were significantly higher than those in healthy control group(20.0% and 10.0%,respectively)(?2=6.964,7.400,Pa

Objective To investigate the effect of iodine excess on thyroid follicle epithelial ultrstructure and the relationship between thyroid iniury and autoimmune thyroiditis. Methods NOD.H-2h4 mice and Kunming mice were randomly divided into four groups receiving plain water,5 fold,10 fold, and 100 fold excessive iodine water.4,8 and 24 weeks after receiving iodine water, the mice were killed. After fixation with osmic acid and dual staining with uranyl chloride and citrate lead, thyroid gland ultrstructure was examined with electron microscopy.Resuits Iodine treated NOD.H-2h4 mice exhibited marked accumulation of peroxisome and secondary lysosomes, apoptosis and necrosis of thyroid epithelial cell.damage of thyroid follicles and lymphocvtic infiltration. The observed changes induced by iodine were in a dose dependent way. Conclusion The oxidative iniury on the thyroid epithelial cells induced by iodine excess might be the prerequisite for the creation of autoimmune thyroiditis.
