Objective To find the inpact(s) of Losartan on myocardial apoptosis in rats with heart failure. Methods Eight-week-old male SD rats were divided into control group (group C) , heart failure (group HF) and treatment group (group LS). Use of doxorubicin injection model, group LS at the same time in a row to the oral losartan, myocardial ultrastructure was examined by TEM. DNA-situ terminal labeling (TUNEL method) was used to detect myocardial apoptosis and myocardial BAX, BCL-2 protein expression was detected by immunohistochemistry. Results Group HF showed significant myocardial cell injury, and apoptotic bodies were found, serum CPK, CK-MB and LDH were increased. In LS group, myocardial apoptosis index was lower (P <0. 01) , myocardial cells BCL-2 expression, BAX expression reduced as compared with those in HF group. Conclusion Losartan can effectively inhibit the process of heart failure occurred in cardiomyocyte apoptosis, reverse myocardial damage and improve the prognosis of heart failure.

Methods Blood was collected from 92 healthy male smokers and 36 healthy male non-smokers. Based on the physiological properties of ammonium-resistant N2-fixingbacterium ( Klebsiella oxytoca NG13/pMC73A), the fermentation technology of it was studied. The basic medium of high-density culture was established, with glucose as carbon source coupled with appropriate nitrogen source and inorganic salts. At the middle and late phase of culture, glucose and ammonia were added to supply carbon source and nitrogen source, stabilizing the pHat 6.5 ~ 6.8. Optimal level of dissolved oxygen was kept by controlling aeration and stirring rate. Bacterium number of Klebsiella oxytoca NG13/pMC73A reached 600 ~ 700 x 10s cfu/mL at the end of culture. Compared with previous technology, bacterium number was increased by more than ten-fold with a comparable culture period.

Objective To compare the effect of compound flumethasone ointment and clobetasol propionate cream on serum and skin lesion Th cell related indicators in patients with eczema. Methods 156 patients with chronic eczema were chosen. According to the type of topical drugs, they were divided into two groups: the flumethasone group and the clobetasol propionate group. The changes of eczema treatment effect, serum and skin lesions Th cell related indicators of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the serum interferon-γ (IFN-γ) of the flumethasone group was (27.57 ± 5.67) pg/mL, IL-2 was (36.51 ± 8.03) pg/mL and IL-4 was (26.37 ± 5.29) pg/mL, IL-10 was (25.38 ± 4.64) pg/mL and INF-γof skin lesions was (56.53 ± 21.81) pg/L , IL-2 was (51.69 ± 15.67) pg/L, IL-4 was (159.42 ± 25.64) pg/L and (139.62 ± 24.58) pg/L, significantly lower than those of clobetasol propionate group (P <0.05), but the clinical benefit rate (94.87%) was significantly higher than (80.77%) of clobetasol propionate group (P <0.05). Conclusion Compared with clobetasol propionate cream, the effect of compound flumetasone ointment is more effective in treating eczema, and its mechanism may regulate the expressions of Th cell related cytokines.

Objective To investigate the clinical value of serum Haptoglobin (Hp)levels in cervical cancer patients.Methods Serum Hp (with immunoturbidimetry method),SCC,CA125 (with electrochemiluminescence immunoassay method)level were detected in 45 patients with cervical cancer,37patients with cervical benign disease and 41 female healthy controls.Re-sults Serum Hp level of cervical cancer patients (mean:1.69 g/L)was strongly higher than the level of cervical benign dis-ease patients (mean:0.90g/L)and healthy subjects (mean:0.69 g/L)(t=3.26,4.42,P=0.001,0.000,respectively).Hp level rises highly in the early stage of cervical cancer.The area under receiver operating characteristic curve (AUCROC)of Hp was 0.853 which was higher than SCC (AUC=0.751)and CA125 (AUC=0.494).The sensitivity of Hp,SCC,and CA125 were 87%,49% and 29% respectively.The specificity of Hp,SCC and CA125 were 68%,88% and 83% respective-ly.Three tumor markers combined together could produce a positive detection rate of 93%.Conclusion The detection of Hp has clinic significance on diagnosis of cervical cancer,and it’s possible to become a serum tumor marker.
