Basic & Clinical Medicine 2006;0(11):-
Tissue factor pathway inhibitor-2(TFPI-2) is a matrix-associated Kunitz-type serine proteinase inhibitor, and is considered to play an important role in some pathophysiological processes, including artherosclerosis, tumor metastasis and angiogenesis.Extracellular signals can regulate TFPI-2 gene expression through modulating promoter or signaling pathway or other factors. The mechanism, more over, has become one of the focus in recent years.
3.Clinical analysis of 320 cases of hysterectomy
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2006;0(07):-
Ohjective To study the indications, clinical effect and complications of hysterectomy so as to im- prove therapeutic effect. Methods The clinical data involving 320 cases of hysterectomy in this hospital from 2000 to 2006 were reviewed, and the pathogenesis, operation mode, curative effect and post-operation complications were analysed. Results Patients who received hysterectomy due to benign gynecologic diseases were cured well cliniclly; those who received hysterectomy due to malignant gynecologic diseases or diseases with the tendency of malignant change were cured well in early stage but the effect was not so satisfactory in later stage. The operation mode was de- cided by considering the pathogenesis and individual difference. Conclusion For benign gynecologic diseases,hys- terectomy can be conducted with good effect after conservative treatment becomes ineffective. For malignant gyneco logic diseases, early treatment will bring good resuh, while late treatment will generate not so satisfactory effect.Indi- cations for operation should be controlled strictly for hysterectomy to guard against complications.

AlM:To investigate the features on prolonged central serous chorioretinopathy ( CSCR ) by optical coherent tomography ( OCT ) and to provide the basis of deciding the pathogenetic condition and prognosis. METHODS: Eighty - five patients who had been diagnosed with CSCR were grouped by suffering time as below: 32 patients suffered longer than 6mo as the prolonged and 53 patients with CSCR cured within that time. The imaging features of OCT were compared between the above groups.RESULTS:The incidence rate of neuroepithelial serous detachment extent above 500μm associated with pigmentary epithelial detachment in suffering eye and pigmentary epithelial damage in contralateral eye was significantly different between two groups. However, the incidence rate of neuroepithelial serous detachment extent above 4 000μm was not significant difference.CONCLUSlON:OCT could display clearly the change of every layer of retina with simplicity and visibility, which supplies us a new horizon to diagnose and trace CSCR. We could decide the pathogenetic condition and prognosis in accordance with the features of OCT, to provide references for the diagnosis and treatment of CSCR.

Chinese Journal of Infectious Diseases 2001;0(06):-
Objective To study the genotypes and the variations of HCV isolates in some areas of Shandong province. Methods The kit of AKZO UBI EIA 4.0 assay for antibody to hepatitis C virus(HCV)was used to screen 64 clinical anti HCV Ab positive serum samples, and 54 samples of which gave positive results. With RT nested PCR that utilized highly efficient primers,a product of 319bp in the NS5 region was amplified from 12 of 28 samples. These 12 PCR products were directly cloned using TA cloning kit, and 10 independent clones were isolated and sequenced by dideoxynucleotide chain termination reaction. Ressults Every sequencing analysis followed by comparison with reported sequences in the GenBank revealed that 10 sequences were all classified as HCV type 1b. All nucleotides changes in NS5 region were due to substitution without insertion and deletion, and most of the substitution (74%)occurred in the third base of a codon; The motif of G D D and all cysteines were conserved. Conclusion The result has demonstrated that HCV 1b is predominant in some areas of Shandong province.
8.Expression of the kisspeptin/kiss1r system in the hypothalamic arcuate nucleus of rats with diet-induced obesity and its influence on the hypothalamic-pituitary-testis axis.
National Journal of Andrology 2014;20(9):792-797
OBJECTIVETo explore the expressions and functions of the kisspeptin/kiss1r system and GnRH in the hypothalamic arcuate nucleus (HAN) and the influence of the kisspeptin/kiss1r system on the hypothalamic-pituitary-testis (HPT) axis in the rat models of diet-induced obesity.
METHODSNinety newborn SD male rats were randomly assigned to receive normal diet (n = 30) and high-fat diet (n = 60) for the establishment of obesity models. The model rats were again equally divided into a control group and an experimental group, the latter injected with kisspeptin via the lateral ventricle. Then the body mass index (BMI) and endocrine hormone levels of the rats were recorded, the protein expressions of LepR, kisspeptin, kiss1r, and GnRH in the HAN determined by immunohistochemistry and Western blot, and the levels of GnRH mRNA in the HAN measured by qRT-PCR.
RESULTSSignificantly increased BMI and hormone levels indicated the successful establishment of diet-induced obesity models. Compared with the normal rats, the protein expressions of LepR, kisspeptin, and GnRH in the HAN were markedly decreased in the controls, and that of GnRH and the levels of LH and T significantly increased, but the expressions of LepR and kiss1r showed no remarkable changes in the experimental rats.
CONCLUSIONLateral ventricular injection of kisspeptin can upregulate obesity-induced low expression of GnRH, correct the dysfunction of the HPT axis, and thus improve reproductive function in rats.
