3.Training Practical Talents of Prevention Medicine to Develop Public Health
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2003;0(02):-
As our country lack professionals of public health, higher demand to the preventive medicine is further made with the transformation of medical model and the construction of the public health system, and the reformation in preventive medicine education of higher learning is explored to cultivate the practical professionals of public health by modulating education program and courses, modifying the cultivating plan, emphasizing the knowledge of liberal arts and management, strengthening the cultivation of ability and combining theory with practice.

BACKGROUND:Bioactive glass has been largely reported to have perfect clinical results in the bone nonunion and fracture healing, but its effect during spinal fusion progress is rarely reported.
OBJECTIVE:To explore the safety and effectiveness of anterior cervical discectomy and fusion by cervical cage with bioactive glass
METHODS:A total of 68 cases of cervical spondylosis myelopathy were treated with single level anterior cervical discectomy and fusion. Their clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. Al the cases underwent polyetheretherketone cervical cage with autogenous bone (n=32, control group) or bioactive glass (n=32, experimental group). The bone fusion, neurological functional recovery, intervertebral height, change of cervical curve and wound complications in the two groups was recorded and analyzed.
RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:Neurological improvement had no difference between the two groups and there was no complication about wound, such as infection and delayed healing. The average rate of bone fusion was 97%in the control group while 94%in the experiment group 3 months after operation which had no significant differences. Six months after operation, al cases gained bone fusion. The intervertebral height and change of cervical curve both maintained wel in the two groups within 3, 6, 12 months after operation which had no significant differences between the two groups. So, anterior cervical discectomy and fusion by cervical cage with bioactive glass is safe and effective.

Journal of Chinese Physician 2010;(z1):54-55
Objective To compare the effect of establishment of Coronary angiography model in minipigs with right femoral Judkins catheter and 5F universal catheter .Methods Ninteen minipigs were randomized into two groups with right femoral Judkins catheter (ten minipigs)and 5F universal catheter(nine minipigs). Success rate, operation time,X-ray irradiation time were observed .Results The success rate, operation time ,X-ray irradiation time after Coronary angiography in right femoral Judkins catheter group was 100%,(5.68 ±3.53 ) min,(20.84 ±2.45 ) min,in 5F universal catheter group was 88.8%,(6.98 ± 4.13 )min,(26.23 ±8.45 )min. This difference was signifficant( P <0.01).Conclusion Coronary an-giography in minipigs with right femoral Judkins catheter has the advantage of high success rate , less opera-tion time, X-ray irradiation time , is more suit to coronay anatomy of the minipig .

[Objective]To investigate the differentiation of acute from chronic osteoporotic vertebral fractures.[Method]The clinical presentation,X-ray,CT and MRI of patients with osteoporotic vertebral fractures were evaluated in the study.[Result]In 36 cases,64% were identified as acute and 36% with chronic osteoporotic vertebral fractures. The decreased anterior vertebral height was a most important criterium for the diagnosis of osteoporotic vertebral fractures.Degenerative changes on the X-ray film were usually found in chronic fractures.A high intense signal in a specific T2 under eliminating fat tissue was always observed in acute fracture.[Conclusion]The local back pain located at the level of the fractured vertebral body suggests an acute vertebral fracture.Degenerative changes occurred in the edged vertebra is indicative of a chronic fracture. The finding of a specific T2 high intense signal under eliminating fat tissue on MRI is a gold standard for the diagnosis of an acute vertebral fracture.

Journal of Chinese Physician 2001;0(09):-
Objective To explore the signaling pathway of AP-1 activated by epidermal growth foctor receptor(EGFR) in the rat gastric mucosal cells. Methods TGF-? stimulated freshly isolated rat gastric mucosal cells, and Western blot and EMSA detected the activation of ERK-1/2 signaling pathway. Results The exposure of the mucosal cells to 1 nmol/L TGF-? for 30 min significantly induced transcriptional activity of AP-1. This induction was associated with a concomitant activation of MEK and ERK-1/2. TGF-?-induced activation of AP-1 in gastric mucosal cells could be totally abrogated by either PD153035, a specific inhibitor of EGFR tyrosine kinase, or PD98059, a specific inhibitor of MEK. Conclusions Our findings suggest that EGFR AP-1 activates by EPK-1/2 signaling pathway in the rat gastric mucosal cells.

Journal of International Oncology 2015;(4):316-318
Ikaros is a regulatory factor playing an important role in control of the development of hema-topoietic cells and immune system;and as a tumor suppressor, its aberration can cause both T and B lineage development arrest and neoplastic transformation, leading to insensitive to therapy and poor prognosis in actue lymphoblastic leukemia. Recently, researches on how Ikaros affects the leukemogenesis and prognosis become the focus of attention.

Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2015;(11):1308-1310
Objective To investigate the effects of short-segment pedicle screws system on type A thoracic and lumbar spine fracture with or without pedicle screws on the fractured level. Methods 23 patients with type A thoracic and lumbar spine fracture were included, in which 11 cases received traditional short-segment pedicle screws system without pedicle screws on the fractured level (group A), and other 12 cases with pedicle screws on the fractured level (group B). The anterior vertebral height, posterior vertebral height and local kyphosis an-gle were measured before and after operation. Results All pedicle screws were successfully implanted with good location and stability. The vertebral height and kyphosis angle significantly improved after operation in both groups (P<0.05), and the improvement of kyphosis angle was more in group B than in group A (P<0.05). Conclusion Short-segment pedicle screws system with pedicle screws on the fractured level may fine correct the kyphosis angle in short term.
