1.A Study in Selection System of Internet Addiction and Harm
Chinese Medical Ethics 1995;0(02):-
Not everyone who surf on the internet gets addicted and suffers harm of internet addiction, for the selection system of internet addiction and harm involves biological, physiological, behavioral, personal, environmental and sensitivity factors.Internet harm includes physiological harm, psychical harm, society function harm, and the harm for growing-up.Point of exhorting internet addiction lies in internet game addiction, and violent withdrawing approach should be avoided.

Objective To study the changes of cerebral haemodynamics in neonates with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy(HIE) treated with Shengmai injection compared with citicoline, and explore the clinical interventions of Shengmai injection on HIE.Methods Fifty patients with HIE were randomized into 2 groups: shengmai group treated with Shengmai injection(n=30),and citicoline group treated with citicoline(n=20).The haemodynamic parameters included peak systolic flow velocity(PSFV),end-diastolic flow velocity(EDFV),pulsation index(PI) and resistance index(RI) of anterior and middle cerebral artery were detected by color Doppler ultrasound before treatment and on 7~(th) day after treatment respectively.Control group(n=50) compared with the two groups. Results PSFV,PDFV and RI of HIE patients were significantly lower than those of control group(P

Objective To investigate the influence of Bisoprolol on plasma brain natriuretic peptide level for congestive heart failure. Methods 84 patients of chronic congestive heart failure were selacted as study object. All patients in the conventional anti-heart failure therapy based on the application of bisoprolol,2.5mg/d,one time of day, adjusting the 5 ~ 10mg/d,one time of day, according to the situation of patients, the heart rate, blood pressure, changes in ejection fraction, and BNP before and after treatment were observed. Results The BNP level of 84 patients decreased as the heart function gradually increased(t =4.241,4.573,4.074,7.328,all P < 0.01).After treatment, heart rate, blood pressure, left ventricular ejection fraction was significantly higher than that before treatment (t =3.585,3.245,3.347,all P < 0.05).After treatment,BNP level was significantly lower(t =4.876,P < 0.01).Conclusion BNP level in patients with congestive heart failure could reflect the level of heart function, the application of bisoprolol in patients with congestive heart failure could improve cardiac function and reduce BNP levels in patients.

Objective To observe the effect of the outpatient mobile infusion system in the department of infectious outpatient night infusion. Methods From July to December in 2012,520 patients in department of infectious outpatient infusion in our hospital were selected and were divided into the observation group (using outpatient mobile infusion system)and the control group (adopting conventional infusion) with 260 cases in each group. The infusion effect was compared between two groups. Results The average occupancy per patient care time in the observation group was less than the control group, the difference was statistically significant. The satisfaction degree in the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant. There was no nursing error occurred in both of the observation group or the control group. Conclusion The use of outpatient mobile infusion system can significantly improve the nurses work efficiency, ensure nursing safety, improve quality of care and patients' satisfaction degree.

OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the economic effectiveness of three angiotension-converting enzyme inhibitor(ACEI) in treating patients with essential hypertension.METHODS:186 patients with essential hypertension were randomly divided into three groups receiving enalapril, fosinopril and perindopril respectively. The results were evaluated with pharmacoeconomic analysis.RESULTS:In treatment of hypertension, enalapril was minimal in cost.CONCLUSION:Therapeutic effect will be improved and cost decreased when pharmacoeconomic cost-effectiveness analysis is used.

Aim To investigate the effects of angiotensinI-converting enzyme inhibitor enalaprilat on proliferation,Endothelin-1 and Nitric oxide System of neonatal cardiac fibroblasts and to probe its mechanism of inhibiting cardiac fibrosis. Methods CFb was isolated by trypsin digestion method.MTT colorimetric assay was adopted to evaluate cell proliferation,HYP method was used to test the collagen synthesis;FCM for cell cycle;Nitric acid reductase method,radio-immunological method was used to detect NO content and ET-1 activity respectively. Results Ena decreased contents of MTT and HYP dramatically. The percentage ratio of phase G0/G1 was increaseded and the percentage radio of phase S was decreased.NO content was increased and ET-1 activity was dropped in a dose and time-dependent manner. Conclusion The anti-proliferative effects of Ena on CFb can be attributed to dropping endothelin-1 activity and enhancing Nitric oxide.

Objective To investigate the effects of angiotensin Ⅰ-converting enzyme inhibitor Enalaprilat(Ena) on proliferation and nitric oxide synthase-nitric oxide system of neonatal rat cardiac fibroblasts(CFb)and to probe its anticardiac fibrosis mechanism. Methods The cultured neonatal Wistar rat CFb were divided into control group, model group and three doses of Ena groups.CFb were isolated by trypsin digestion method.MTT colorimetric assay was adopted to evaluate cell proliferation, flow cytometry was used to measure cell cycle, nitric acid reductase method and spectrophotometry were used to detect the NO contents and NOS activity respectively with Ena.Results Ena could inhibit CFb proliferation induced by AngⅡ,there were significant differences of MTT values between model group and Ena groups after treated for 24,48 and 72 h(P

Objective To examine the protein expression of the nucleotide excision repair gene (ERCC-1) in patients with locally advanced cervical cancer and its relationship with the efficacy of radiotherapy and chemotherapy. Methods The expression of ERCC-1 protein in 88 patients with locally advanced cervical cancer treated in our hospital between 2007-2011 was measured using immunohistochemistry (IHC).The patients were divided into high-expression group (n=48) and low-expression group (n=40) based on the fluorescence intensity on the IHC staining. All patients received cisplatin (40 mg/m2 per week) during radiotherapy. The relationship between ERCC-1 protein expression and the clinicopathological factors of cervical cancer was analyzed using the chi-square test.Survival was calculated using the Kaplan-Meier method and compared by the log-rank test.Multivariate prognostic analysis was performed using the Cox model. Results The overall response rate (CR+PR) was 81%(39/48) in the high-ERCC-1 expression group and 85%(34/40) in the low-ERCC-1 expression group (P=0.641).ERCC-1 protein expression was associated with recurrence and metastasis (P=0.043,0.043).The 5-year survival rate was significantly higher in the low-ERCC-1 expression group than in the high-ERCC-1 expression group (65% vs.42%, P=0.029).Conclusions Patients with high ERCC-1 protein expression are more likely to have local recurrence and distant metastasis than those with low ERCC-1 protein expression.ERCC-1 protein expression may be a clinically significant biomarker for predicting the prognosis of cervical cancer patients.
