Objective To diagnose the intrauterine occupational disease by vaginal ultrasonography or hysteroscopy, and to evaluate the diagnostic values of these two methods. Methods One hundred and fifty patients were detected by vaginal ultrasonography and hysteroscopy from Jan 2004 to Dec 2004, and a total of 71 cases were confirmed intrauterine occupational disease. Tissue hysteroscopy or bioposy were performed during the hysterosocopy in order to analyse the tissue pathology. Results In these 71 patients, 47 were no less than 46 years old. Most of them had abnormal uterine bleeding.Thirty-three cases (46.48%) were suggested by vaginal ultrasonography, and 49 (69.01%) by hysteroscopy. Objective To analyze of the relationship between level of anxiety and depression before surgery and anus exhausting time for patients after gynecological abdominal surgery.Methods A descriptive study was conducted with a survey of 100 cases of patients with gynecological abdominal surgery where the level of anxiety and depression before surgery and post-anus exhausting time were analyzed to explore the correlation between them.Results In the 88 valid questionnaires,the incidences of stress and anxiety before surgery were respectively 38.64％(34/84) and 19.32％(17/88) and the average anus exhausting time after surgery was (44.55 ± 13.90) hours;the anus exhausting time of anxious patients was significantly longer than that of non-anxious patients [(48.35±12.84) hours vs.(42.50±14.13) hours,t=-2.12,P＜0.05] and bivariate Logistic regression analysis suggested that preoperative level of anxiety had a significant effect on anus exhausting time after surgery.Conclusions Stress,anxiety and other negative emotions can affect anus exhausting time after surgery and level of anxiety could be used as one predictor of the delay of anus exhausting time after surgery.

Objective patients with pSS and 30 cases of healthv contrels.The streptavidin immunohistochemical staining was performed to detect the expression and distribution of MMP-9 and CD147 in labial salivary glands.Quantitative analysis was performed by image analysis software-image plus 5.0 at the site of positive expression of MMP-9 and CD147.The correlation between their expression and the infiltrating lymphocyte foci per 4 mm2 of labial gland was analyzed by SPSS software as well as the correlation between the expression of MMP-9 and CD 147 in the salivary glands of patients with pSS.Results MMP-9 was hiKhly expressed in labial salivary glands from 52 patients with pSS and 30 healthy controls,but the expression of MMP-9 in pSS was stronger compared with that of healthy controls(P<0.01).There was a significant positive correlation between lymphocyte foci score and up-regulated expression of MMP-9 in labial salivary glands from 52 patients with pSS(P<0.01).CD147 was highly expressed in labial salivary glands from 52 patients with pSS and 23 healthy controls，but over-expression of CD147 in PSS was more Drominent compared with that of controls(P<0.01).There was a significant positive correlation between lymphocyte foci score and up-regulated expression of CD147 in labial salivary glands from 52 patients with pSS(P<0.01).The expression of MMP-9 and CDl47 was detected in ductal and acinar epithelial cells,lymphocyte foci in pSS.There was linear correlation between the expression of MMP-9 and CDl47 in the salivary glands of patients with pSS(P<0.01).Conclusion The results of this study suggest that the abnormal expression of MMP-9 and CD 147 is involved in the pathogenesis of pSS and play a crucial role.The interaction of MMP-9 and CD147 may be one of theimportant mechanisms leading to labial salivary glands destruction found in pSS.

Objective To improve the quality of teaching, conduct the examination mode reform of the course Fundamental Nursing among undergraduate students, and explore a reasonable and fair appraisal mechanism. Methods Taking a class of 2013 consisting of 160 undergraduates majored in nursing as an experimental group, reform the content, method and evaluation method and implement them in the fundamentals of nursing examination. In addition, compile a self- made questionnaire to investigate the feedback effect of carrying out the assessment model. Meanwhile, take 151 nursing undergraduates in grade 2012 as a historical control group, and conduct the statistical analysis with the overall rating scores of the experimental group. Results After the reform was carried out, 91.82 percent (146/159) of the students holded the view that it was necessary to reform, 86.16 percent (137/159) were satisfied with the evaluation reform, 84.91 percent (135/159) agreed on the spreading of the reformed examination pattern to other courses, and percentage of students′passing the exam reached 98.75 percent (158/160). The difference of the course assessment overall achievement between the experimental group and control group, was statistically significant (Z=-2.62, P < 0.01). Conclusions The reform of the examination mode will achieve the harmonious unification of teaching, learning, exam, improve the quality of teaching and promote the realization of the talent training goal.

AIM: To establish the quality standard for Gubiling Capsules (Penis Et Testis Canis, Radix Noto ginseng, Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae, Herba Epimedii, Radix Aucklandiae, etc.). METHODS: Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae, Herba Epimedii, Radix Aucklandiae were identified by TLC, and the ginsenoside Rg 1 content was determined by HPLC. RESULTS: Ginsenoside Rg 1 showed a good linear relationship in the range of 1.2-6.0 ?g ( r = 1.00 0 ) and average recovery was 96.9%. RSD was 0.4%. CONCLUSION: These methods are simple, accurate and specific and can be used for the quality control for Gubiling Capsules.

Objective:To develop an interface program between a hospital inspection information system and Hospital Information System(HIS). Such interface program not only guarantees the safety and independence of HIS, but achieves interoperability between HIS and other third-party system.Methods: The interface program between the inspection information system and HIS conforming to hospital demands is developed by using Visual Studio 2008 development platform and WebServices+XML technology.Results: The interface between the inspection information system and HIS operates stably, reliably and efficiently, avoiding manually input information errors, reducing the amount of registration work, and raising work efficiency.Conclusion:WebServices+XML technology is utilized to develop an interface characterized by safety, stability and reliable performance, realizing resource sharing among information systems in the hospital. Besides, the interface can be expanded in the future to adapt to other third-party system, achieving customization.

This paper is aim to investigate the pharmacokinetics and absolute bioavailability of neoline in Beagle dogs, and provide a theoretical basis for further study. Ethyl acetate was used for liquid-liquid extracting after 10% ammonia alkalizing. The method of UPLC-Q-TOF-MS was established for the determination of neoline plasma concentrations. Beagle dogs were orally or intravenously administered with neoline for pharmacokinetic and absolute bioavailability study. Good linear relationship of neoline was found over the range of 0.1-4 mg x L(-1) (R2 = 0.9982) and 2-100 microg x L(-1) (R2 = 0.9945). Intra-and inter-day precision, expressed as the relativestandard (RSD) were less than 5.0%. Accuracy, expressed as the relative error (RE) was within 90.0%-115%. The recovery of neoline in dog plasma was more than 80%. After 6 mg x kg(-1) for ig and 1 mg x kg(-1) for iv administration of neoline, the main pharmacokinetic parameters were analyzed with Winnonlin software. t(1/2) were (313.88 +/- 63.18), (236.33 +/- 229.84) min, and AUC(0-infinity) were (58,027.40 +/- 14,132.69), (473,578.02 +/- 82,333.08) min x microg x L(-1) for ig and iv administration respectively. The absolute bioavail ability was (73.15 +/- 10.29) %. The method of UPLC-Q-TOF-MS described in the report was sensitive, reliable and specific, and suitable for pharmacokinetic study of neoline in Beagle dog. The high absolute bioavailability of neoline in dog suggested good absorption of neline which was worth of further investigation.

OBJECTIVETo construct the murine CCL21 eukaryotic expression plasmid, and to investigate the chemotactic function of its products.

METHODSMurine CCL21 cDNA was amplified by RT-PCR from murine total RNA, and was inserted into eukaryotic expression plasmid pcDNA3.1 after confirmation of sequencing. The recombinant CCL21 plasmid was transferred into mouse forestomach carcinoma (MFC) cells and the chemotactic function of expressed products was detected by chemotaxis assay.

RESULTGene sequencing, gel electrophoresis of PCR products and restrictive digestion proved the successful construction of CCL21, and its expression was confirmed by Western Blot. The transfected tumor cells had a significant chemotactic function to DC.

CONCLUSIONThe recombinant murine CCL21 eukaryotic expression plasmid has been successfully constructed, and its expression products in tumor cells have a marked chemotactic function to DC.
