1.Advances in the treatment of neonatal acute respiratory distress syndrome
Chinese Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2017;32(2):81-84
Acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) caused by various reasons is a common severe neonatal clinical disease. The cure rate of the ARDS in newborns increases with the constantly progress of the neonatal intensive care and diagnosis medical technology. However, the motality of ARDS in newborn infants is still very high, about 30%-40%.There is no special therapy with neonatal ARDS and comprehensive treatment is adopted mainly according to its pathophysiologic change and clinical manifestation. The review will summarize the advances in the treatment of neonatal ARDS.

Journal of Zhejiang Chinese Medical University 2006;0(03):-
[Objective]To appraise the clinical effect of acupoint application on cough-asthma.[Method] Choose clinic 144 cases, measure FEV1,PEF and FEV1% after treatment, make statistical analysis, compare the difference of the appraisal indexes between before and after treatment, study the relation among age,sex and TCM syndromes.[Conclusion] After treatment, the symptoms score and lung function were markedly improved.[Conclusion] After treated with Dog-days Paste, the patients’ clinical symptoms were obviously relieved, and the lung functional indexes improved too.

Objective To investigate the effect ot ionizing radiation (IR) on the expressions of HMGB1 in the radiation-sensitive and radiation-resistant human cervical cancer cells and to analysis the role of HMGB1 in the regulation of radiosensitivity. Methods Human cervical cancer cells HeLa and its radioresistant strain HeLaR cells were irradiated with different doses of X-rays.The cells were collected at different time points after irradiation. The expressions of protein and mRNA of HMGB1 were detected by Western blot and real-time quantitative PCR.Results At the protein level, the expression of HMGB1 in HeLaR cells was significantly reduced at 6-36 h after 2,5 and 10 Gy X-ray irradiation (t =3.574-9.754,P <0.05),and then it was recovered to the control level at 48 h after IR.On the contrary, the expression of HMGB1 in HeLa cells was significantly increased at 6,12,48 h after 2 Gy IR (t =3.945-4.864,P<0.05),at 6,36,48hafter5 GyIR (t=-2.875-3.295,P<0.05),and at 36,48 h after 10 Gy IR (t =-4.480,-4.517,P < 0.05).At mRNA level, the trend of HMGB1 expression alteration was consistent with that of protein expression. Conclusions The changes of HMGB1 expression can be differently induced by X-rays in the human cervical cancer radiation-sensitivity cells and radiation-resistant cells.HMGB1 may be involved in the radioresistance of human cervical cancer.

Acupuncture has remarkable effects of pain relieving and functional restoration on injuries of soft tissue and joint due to military training. As more and more attention has been attached to the impact of psychological states and biorhythm disorder on the fighting ability of military staff, acupuncture has found its place in treating chronic fatigue, combat stress reaction, traumatic brain injury and post-traumatic stress disorder as well as regulating circadian rhythms. The therapeutic effect of acupuncture in military training-related physical damage and psychological trauma has already been proved by numerous clinical practices and researches. It is held that using acupuncture as an alternative could not only save medical resources, but also enhance the fighting ability of the army. However, the current clinical studies is facing the problem of limited sample size. Therefore, randomized controlled trials in large scale and multiple centers should be further carried out toward military staff, so as to provide more speaking evidences to the prevention and treatment of physical and psychological diseases.

This paper reviewed the research developments of identification and classification ofDendrobium species based on DNA sequences from nuclear genome, mitochondrial genome and chloroplast genome. The existing documents revealed that DNA sequences used in identification ofDendrobium mainly include ITS/ITS2,LEAFY, chloroplastrbcL, matK, trnH-psbA, rpoB, rpoC1, trnL-F, rbl16, trnl intron, and mtDNA, nad1 intron2. These DNA sequences had the reference meanings in the identification ofDendrobium species. This article discussed the feasibility of complete chloroplast genome as the“super-barcode”, which provided the references for identification of medicinal plants inDendrobium.
