OBJECTIVE:To review the recent advances in analgesics study and summarize the drugs for central sensitization and analgesia model by relating to the latest means and methods of research.DATA SOURCES:The literature on analgesics was retrieved in NCBI database for the related papers published between January 1996 and December 2001, with the key words of "analgesia", "analgesic", and "pain"and language restricted to English. At the same time, papers published in the past two years were retrieved in http:∥www.wanfangdata.com.cn, with the key words of "analgesia", "analgesic" and "ganglioplegic" in Chinese and the language restricted to Chinese.STUDY SELECTION:Totally more than 50 000 research references repeated contents.DATA EXTRACTION: Altogether 100 basic research articles were collected. We selected 15 articles relevant to the research development in analgesic drugs, and excluded 82 review papers with repeated content.expressed by proto-oncogene c-Fos located in the nucleus is a kind of DNA conjugated protein. It can regulate the expression of some pain-related genes. Some studies found that substance P synthesis is likely to play a research: Developing the central sensitization drugs is the orientation of sal root ganglion neurons and model of swallowing response were established.CONCLUSION:By investigating the effects of various new research methods and models on pain, we intended to look for more new drugs, to further study neurotransmitters and the clone of transmitter receptor at the cellular and molecular level so as to find the new effect target of the drugs, and to have a better understanding of the integrity of chronic pain in humans and achieve more breakthroughs in the development of neuroscience research.

After 160 cases of chronic type Ⅲ prostatitis were divided into the treatment group (n= 80) and control group (n = 80), in the treatment group, first Zhibian (BL 54) was punctured toward Shuidao (ST 28) and then Qihai (CV 6), Guanyuan (CV 4), Shuidao (ST 28)Baihui (GV 20), Fengchi (GB 20), Sishencong (Ex-HN 1), Sanyinjiao (SP 6) and Taichong (LR 3) were punctured, and at the same time, digital computerized microwave apparatus was inserted into the anus for microwave treatment. Afterward, moritatherapy was applied for psychological consultation for the patients. In the control group, compound sinomin and Phenoxybenzamine Hydrochloride Tablets were used orally. The results showed that the therapeutic effects were respectively 92.5% and 68.8% in two groups, with statistic significance (P ＜ 0.01).

Objective To describe the arthroscopic reductions and fixation of tibial intercondylar eminence fracture with cannulated screws. Methods During February 2003 to September 2005, 40 patients were treated arthroscopically for fracture of the tibial intercondylar eminence. The average age was 29.5 years (11-58 years), with a mean follow-up time of 20.1 months(6-37 months). Among the 40 patients, there were 4 type Ⅱ fractures (10%), 24 type Ⅲ fractures (60%) and 12 type Ⅳ fractures (30%). The fragments were reduced and fixed with cannulated screws. All-arthroscopic technique was adopted in all cases. The hematoma and the fragment were debrided, and the bony fragment was reduced and temporarily fixed with 2-3 guide wires through the portal superomedial to the patella. Intra-operative X-ray was taken to prove the reduction. One or two cannulated screws were used to fix the fragment as the definite fixation. Results The fracture healed completely in all but 1 patient. Lachman test were negative in all patients postoperatively. The average postoperative KT-1000 manual maximum displacement(MMD) was 0.625 mm(?蛳1-2 mm) and average Lysholm score was 98.3 points(87-100 points). The range of motion was normal in 34 patients. Flexion deficit was found in 5 cases, but within 10?. Knee joint stiffness was found in 1 case with range of extension and flexion 0?-30?-45?. A secondary operation with arthroscopic release was performed. The range of extension and flexion was improved to 0?-10?-80? postoperatively. Mild anterior knee pains were found in 8 patients. For 4 young patients with open epiphysis, the cannulated screws were removed 10-12 weeks post operation. No growth disturbance was detected for these 4 patients at final follow-up. Conclusion Arthroscopic fixation of fracture of the tibial intercondylar eminence with cannulated screw is a simple, safe and effective procedure suitable for both children and adult patients.

Objective To present the preoperative planning protocol and surgical procedures of computerized navigation technique in arthroscopic anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) reconstruction, and the comparative study results of tibial and femoral bone tunnel positions between navigation and arthroscopy technique. Methods The proper placement of femoral and tibial tunnels were planned preoperatively in standard AP and lateral X-ray view. Intraoperative fluoroscopic images were taken and inputed into navigation computer system to form the virtual interactive working fields. After placement and registration, signals from patient trackers being fixed into distal femur and tibia respectively, and tool trackers being attached with ACL tibial and femoral guide, were identified and captured by the optic navigation camera and so, the navigation computer system could pursued the real-time position of the ACL guide tools and the virtual tunnel positions were projeted into the working fields to help precise placement of femoral and tibial tunnels. From December 2005 to April 2006, 46 patients underwent fluoroscopy assisted anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction. Of them, 40 cases were evaluated with the postoperative X-ray lateral view to measure the placement of both femoral and tibial tunnels, and compared with the group of 40 cases of arthroscopy assisted ACL reconstruction in the same study period. Results For the navigation group, the average position of tibial tunnel was 45.35%?3.827% (37% to 53%) and 62.25%?5.610% (52% to 73%) for femoral tunnel. For the arthroscopic group, the average tunnel positions was 41.05%?6.008% (25% to 54%) for the tibia, and 56.62%?7.316% (46% to 77%) for the femur. Objective To introduce the Bernese periacetabular osteotomy through ilioinguinal approach for the treatment of adult acetabular dysplasia. Methods From October 1997 to April 2001, 51 patients(53 hips) with acetabular dysplasia were operated upon with Bernese periacetabular osteotomies through ilioinguinal approach. The mean age of the patients at the time of surgery was 30.6 years(range, 13-48 years). Male∶female= 1∶10. Preoperatively, the average duration of the symptoms was 3.4 years(3 months to 15 years), the range of motion(ROM) of the hip was normal in most patients. Average CE angle was 1.1?(?15?-15?); the Tonnis osteoarthritis grade was Ⅰto Ⅱ. Fifty three percent of the hips had Shentons line broken. Results Twenty four hips had 12 to 38 months followed up. Most patients were pain free; the hip ROM remained normal. Harris hip score increased from 79.8(64-83) pre operatively to 93.8(75-100) post operatively. CE angle increased to 40?(20?to 60?). Shentons line broken rate decreased to 33%. The complications include: 1 femoral nerve damage, 1 bladder malfunction and 2 skin incision hernia. Conclusion The Bernese periacetabular osteotomy through ilioinguinal approach is a safe and efficient procedure for the treatment of adult acetabular dysplasia. The deformities could be easily corrected, the anatomic relations could be restored nicely, the pelvic ring and the abductor muscles are reserved. The post operative recovery is fast, and it is efficient to prevent the development of osteoarthritis of the hip joint.

Objective:To investigate the rates of depression and anxiety in female students of a children's normal school Method:919 female students of a children's normal school were collected by stratified cluster sampling, they completed BDI (Beck Depression Inventory), SAS (Zung's self-rating anxiety scale), EPQ, FES (family environment scale) and a self-made inventory on risk behaviors of adolescents Result:The rate of depression was 48 75%, that of anxiety was 16 32% Students of different grades had different rates of depression, but not different rates of anxiety Students with depression had higher N score and P score, and lower E score and less Lying in EPQ than normal control In family environment, the depressed students had poorer cohesion, expressiveness, independence, achievement, intellectual and organization than normal Logistic regression analysis showed depression related to where the students come from (rural or urban), intimacy, dieting, academic achievement and education level of their mother Anxiety related to expressiveness, dieting and drinking within one month Conclusion:Depression and anxiety are so common in female students of children's normal school, which need more attention from mental health professionals
