Chinese Traditional and Herbal Drugs 1994;0(01):-
Objective To analyze the hereditary background of common species from Rhodiola L. in Yunnan Province. Methods Fifty-nine samples of six populations in three natural medicinal species from Rhodiola L. were studied by RAPD method. Results The percentage of polymorphic bands (PPB) of three populations from R. crenulata were 37.97%, 46.15%, and 39.45% respectively; the Nei's gene diversities (h) were 0.110 3, 0.143 7, and 0.137 1, respectively; the Shannon's information indes (I) were 0.173 6, 0.222 1, and 0.206 7, respectively; at the special level, the PPB was 70.47%, I was (0.258 3); the genetic differentiation (G_(st)) was 0.263 0. The PPB of two populations from R. fastigiata were 43.67% and 44.42%, I were 0.215 3 and 0.217 4, respectively; at the special level, the PPB was 65.51%, G_(st) and I were 0.313 2 and 0.313 9, respectively; the PPB of R. yunnanensis was 36.97%, I was 0.188 1. Conclusion RAPD molecular marker could be used to molecular authentication and genetic diversity analysis of medicinal species from Rhodiola L.
2.Clinical observation of heat-clearing and detoxifying Liangxue prescription decocting-free granules in treatment of puerperal infection
Chinese Journal of Biochemical Pharmaceutics 2015;37(5):162-165
Objective To investigate the application of heat-clearing and detoxifying Liangxue prescription decocting-free granules in puerperal infection and its clinical curative effect. Methods 97 cases patients with puerperal infection were chosen in the hospital from Dec.2012 to Dec.2014, according to the digital method, which were randomly divided into experimental group (n=49) and control group (n=48).The two groups were given metronidazole injection 250 mL/d, and 0.2 g mesylate levofloxacin added into 5% glucose injection 250 mL, intravenous drip, twice per day.On the basis of above therapy, experimental group were treated with heat-clearing and detoxifying Liangxue prescription decocting-free granules, orally, twice per day, one bag each time. Both of two groups were treated for 2 weeks as one course.Clinical symptom score, hemodynamic indexes, inflammatory factor, blood biochemical indexes and efficacy were observed and compared between two groups. Results Total effective rate of experimental group was 95.92%, which was significantly higher than 75.00% of control group ( U =3.58, P<0.01 ) .After treatment, the cell count of white blood cell ( WBC) and neutrophilic granulocyte ( GRAN ) , values of middle cell percentage (%MON ) , neutrophilic granulocyte ratio (%GRAN ) , and lymphocyte percentage (%LYM) in both of two groups significantly decreased compared with before treatment (P<0.05), and the above indexes in experimental group were lower than those in control group ( P<0.05 ) .After treatment, the serum IL-6 and TNF-αlevels in two groups decreased compared with before treatment ( P<0.05 ) , and the above indexes in experimental group were lower than those in control group ( P<0.05 ) .After treatment, the hemodynamic indexes including cell aggregation index, whole blood viscosity ( high, medium and low shear ) and plasma viscosity significantly improved compared with before treatment than control group ( P<0.05 ) , and the above indexes in experimental group significantly improved compared with control group (P<0.05).After treatment, the score of hypogastralgia, chills and fever, uterine body tender and a funicular tenderness of attachment area, lochia score and total score significantly decreased compared with before treatment (P<0.05), and the above indexes in experimental group significantly were lower than control group ( P<0.05 ) .Conclusion The heat-clearing and detoxifying Liangxue prescription decocting-free granules can significantly improve the inflammatory symptoms in treatment of puerperal infection, and its mechanism of action may improve microcirculation, reduce inflammatory reaction. The clinical efficacy of therapy is obviously better than western medicine treatment alone, which can be popularized in clinical application.

6.New advances in the treatment of multisystem Langerhans cell histiocytosis
Journal of Clinical Pediatrics 2014;(12):1191-1193
Langerhans cell histiocytosis (LCH) is a rare proliferative disorder of dendritic cells and the reticular cells. It is divided into single-system langerhans cell histiocytosis (SS-LCH) and multi-system langerhans cell system (MS-LCH). MS-LCH has a very poor prognosis. The key of survival is timely and effective treatment. The treatment protocols include chemotherapy, immunotherapy and stem cells transplantation. In this review, the new advances in the treatment of MS-LCH were systemically reviewed.
7.Recent advances in heat shock protein 60
Chinese Journal of Pathophysiology 2000;0(11):-
The family of HSP60 belongs to heat shock proteins with highly species conservatism and some important biologic functions. It can help other proteins for their assembling, folding and translocating, and plays a role in protecting cells against injuries and other types of stress. In addition, HSP60 is frequently recognized by the immune system as predominant antigens during infections and the progression of certain autoimmune diseases and might provide a novel strategy for the development of immunotherapeutics. This review focuses on distribution, molecular chaperone mechanism, function and gene expression regulation of HSP60. [
8.Nosocomial Infection in Psychiatry Department: A Clinical Investigation and Analysis
Chinese Journal of Nosocomiology 1994;0(01):-
OBJECTIVE To explore the incidence of the nosocomial infection in patients with mental diseases,(analyze) the correlative factors and then reduce the incidence.(METHODS) By using the retrospective method, the(inpatient) cases in psychiatry department from Jan 2000 to Dec 2004 were surveyed and statistically analyzed.(RESULTS) There were 313 cases of nosocomial infection from 9 089 inpatients with mental diseases. The infection rate was(3.44%.) The total rate had been dropped year by year. The major sites of the infection were the(upper)(respiratory) tract(34.82%),the gastrointestinal tract(20.45%) and the urinary system(18.53%).The(infection) rate in ladies patient area(3.83%) was significantly higher than that of gentlemen patient area(3.07%)(P
9.Design and validation of a QOL scale for the Chinese patients with uterocervical cancer
Chinese Journal of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation 2003;0(09):-
Objective To develop and validate a qual it y of life(QOL) scale for the Chinese patients with uterocervical cancer (QOL-UC C). Methods Based on the internationally accepted de finition of QOL and the clinical characteristics of uterocervical cancer as wel l as the existing QOL scales, we designed the QOL-UCC. Then 113 patients were r ecruited and the reliability, validity and feasibility of the scale were tested. Results It was shown that the QOL-UCC had good reli ability, validity and feasibility. Conclusion QOL-U CC is a reliable and valid instrument for evaluation of the QOL in Chinese pa tients with uterocervical cancer.
10.Analysis of Quality of Life in patients with uterus cervical cancer
Chinese Journal of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation 2003;0(02):-
Objective To investigate the quality of life (QOL) of cervical cancer patients and its influential factors as well as to explore the method for improving the QOL in this population of patients. MethodsA QOL questionnaire for uterus cervical cancer (QOL-UCC) was designed and used in a survey of 81 UCC patients before they got any treatment and 124 UCC patients after they were treated for a period of time. SPSS 9.0 software was used to analyze data. ResultsThe patients got poor score with psychological status items(2.11? 0.34 ) before treatment, while those who had been treated for a period of time got poor score with social characteristics items(2.01? 0.33 ), especially with the work(1.87)and sexuality (1.00) items. Economic status of the patients, unsuccessful control of progress of the disease and recurrence were the main influential factors of the QOL in the UCC patients. ConclusionPsychosocial factors play very important roles in QOL of the UCC patients. As a result, psychosocial interventions should be stressed in the rehabilitation of this population of patients.
