Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine 1993;0(05):-
Objective:To observe efficacy of Weichangshu in treatment of diabetic gastroparesis(DGP).Methods:96 cases of DGP conformed with the criteria were randomly divided into two groups. They were treated by oral administration of Weichangshu and Mosapride respectively for 4 weeks in addition to original treatment program for controlling blood sugar.Changes of clinical symptoms,FBG and P2hBG,gastric antrum-duodenum interdigestive period migrating motion compound wave(MMC)and electrogastrogram(EGG)before and after treatment were investigated. Results:Clinical symptoms were significantly improved in both groups. The markedly effective rate was 62.50% and the total effective rate was 91.67% in the Weichangshu group, and the corresponding index was 60.42% and 89.58% in the Mosapride group. After treatment,MMC significantly improved in both groups, with significant differences in lasting time of phase Ⅱ,and phase Ⅲ,and the contraction amplitude as compared with those before treatment(P

[Objective] To evaluate the therapeutic effect of Oleum Curcumae Aromaticae (OCA) on leukemia cell strain HL-60 and K562 by observing its sensitivity in inhibiting HL-60 and K562. [Methods] Subculture of HL-60 and K562 cells was performed on the 96-hole culture plate and OCA 100?L at the final concentration of 400, 200, 100 and 50mg/L respectively was added. The blank control was added with RPMI-1640 culture fluid. After 24, 48 and 72 hours of treatment, MTF 10?L (5mg/mL) was added and the inhibitory rate on the cells was assayed by detecting the absorption value at 570nm wavelength. [Results] The inhibitory effect of OCA on HL-60 and K562 increased with the treatment time. The difference of inhibitory rates 24, 48 and 72 hours after treatment were significant (P

Journal of Chinese Physician 2000;0(12):-
Objective To investigate the level change and clinical significance of serum IL-6, IL-8 and IL-13 in the patients with lupus nephritis(LN). Methods The levels of serum IL-6,IL-8 and IL-13 were measured by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) in 56 patients with LN. Results The levels of serum IL-6,IL-8 and IL-13 in the patients with active LN were significantly higher than those in the patients with non-active LN and the controls, but had no significant difference between the patients with non-active LN and controls. The levels of serum IL-6,IL-8 and IL-13 in the patients with active LN were positively correlated with anti-dsDNA antibody titre and erythrocyte sedimentation rate, but negatively correlated with the serum levels of complements C 3 and C 4. Conclusion IL-6,IL-8 and IL-13 may be involved in the pathogenesis of lupus nephritis, can serve as a clinical reference index for activity of LN, and have important clinical significance in guiding LN therapy and improving LN prognosis.

Journal of Practical Obstetrics and Gynecology 2010;26(4):296-299,后插1
Objective:To evaluate the role of the retinoic acid raceptor α (RARα) , retinoic acid receptor β(RARp) , estrogen receptor(ER) and progesterone receptor(PR) in the clinical pathological stage, histologcal classification and the muscular invasive depth of the endometrial carcinoma through detecting the expression of these receptors.Methods:48 paraffin sections with endometrial carcinoma by pathological conformation ware selected.Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of RARα, RARβ, ER and PR.The relationship between these raceptors and the clinical pathological parameters was evaluated.Results:①The positive expression ratio of the RARα and RARβ were 47.92% (23/48) and 25.00% (12/48) respectively. The level of RARα was higher than that of RARβ (P<0.05).②The expression of RARα in the endometrial carcinoma increased with the increasing of the pathological stage and the decreasing of the histological differentiation (P<0.05).But the expression of these two receptors had no significant relation with the histological classification and the muscular invasive depth (P >0.05).③The level of the RARβ was consistent with that of the ER and PR, and it decreased with the increasing of the malignant extent of the endometrial adenocarcinoma (P < 0.05) ,and had no significant relation with the pathological stage, the histological classification and the muscular invasive depth (P >0.05).④The expression of RARβ was positively correla ted to the expression of ER and PR, but the expression of RARα was negatively correlated to the expression ER and PR.Conclusions :There is expression of RARα、RARβ in endometrial carcinoma, and it has close relationship between the expression of RARα and the development of endometrial carcinoma. The absence of the RARβ expression and the high expression of the RARα are related to the histological classification of endometrial carcinoma.

Chinese Journal of Prevention and Control of Chronic Diseases 2006;0(06):-
Objective To investigate the abnormal situation and the characteristics of body mass index(BMI),blood pressure (BP),blood lipid(BL),and fasting plasma glucose(FPG) in residents of Chongqing. Methods Data of BMI,BP,BL and FPG were obtained from 16 367 residents receiving regular health examination in our Hospital in 2006.Results These metabolic indicators of this group were abnormal:The detection rate was 33.2%(42.5% in male and 17.6% in female)for overweight;7.4%(9.7% in male and 3.5% in female) for obesity;25.4%(30.0% in male and 17.6% in female) for hypertension;,38.9%(41% in male and 35.5% in female) for total cholesterol;26.1%( 34% in male and 12.8% in female) for triglyceride;23.7%(26.8% in male and 18.6% in female) for low-density lipoprotein;8.2%(11.8% in male and 2.2% in female) for high-density lipoprotein;3.2%(3.8% in male and 2.2% in female) for impaired fasting glucose;and 3.2%(3.9% in male and 2.0% in female) for diabetes meUitus. The detection rate of these metabolic disorders was significantly higher in men than those in women, and increased with age, which was significantly higher in people aged 30-40 years than in people aged less than 30 years. Conclusion The levels of BMI,BP,BL and FPG of health examination residents in Chongqing had its unique characteristics, and were abnormal significantly,it was very important to take regularly health examination after 30 yrs old.

Parenteral & Enteral Nutrition 1997;0(01):-
Objective: To investigate the effect of recombinant human growth hormone(rhGH) in the treatment of liver cirrhosis with hypoproteinemia. Methods: 28 patients with liver cirrhosis, whose albumin level was below 35 g/L,were randomly divided into two groups:rhGH treatment group and control group.Serum albumin,ALT and other items were measured 30,60 and 90 days after the start of treatment. Results: After 30 days,an increase in plasma albumin was observed in the two groups, but the change in the treatment group was more obvious than that in control group,An increase in plasma protein in treatment group and the decrease in control group were observed with significant difference between groups. Conclusion: Recombinant human growth hormone can increase the level of ambumin in liver cirrhosis patients and improve the function of liver.
