0.99. The recovery rates were 72.25% -109.0% with the relative standard deviation (RSD) of 1.82% -11.61% . Conclusion The method is fast,simple,sensitive and needs no organic solvent and it is applicable to the determination of organochlorine pesticides and chlorobenzene compounds in water.

[Method] Through clinical diagnosis, collecting cases, Prof. YANG Jinkun stomach cancer treatment methods are analyzed and summarized, and enumerated case evidence. [Results] Prof. YANG Jinkun offered to poison pixu(spleen deficiency) for the basic pathogenesis of gastric cancer, on the basis of the spleen and the centralizer, and combined disease according to the nature of different pathogenic toxin, chase respectively eliminating phlegm and stasis fights, qingrejiedu, etc of evil spirits, all applications in the west, comprehensive treatment, the clinical good results have been achieved. For medical record satisfactory curative effect. [Conclusion] Gastric cancer experience of diagnosis and treatment of YANG Jinkun is unique, curative effect is distinct, worthy of clinical application and promotion.

Objective To investigate the prevalence of renal insufficiency and its associated factors in type 2 diabetes mellitus with normoalbuminuria using estimated glomerular filtration rate ( eGFR) .Methods We retrospectively analyzed 10-year data of chronic complications in type 2 diabetics in-patient from the Chinese Diabetes Society.eGFR was estimated using the equation from Modification of Diet in Renal Disease(MDRD) study.The clinical characteristics as well as associated factors for low eGFR were analyzed among the normoalbuminuric type 2 diabetic patients.Results A total of 1351 type 2 diabetic patients were included, 755 patients with normoalbuminuria, 466 patients with microalbuminuria and 130 patients with macroalbuminuria respectively.Among the patients, 310 (22.9% ) had low eGFR (GFR <60 ml · min~(-1) · 1.73 m~(-2) ) , 19.7% (149/755) in the patients with normoalbuminuria, 21.9% (102/466) in microalbuminuria and 45.4% ( 59/130 ) in macroalbuminuria Patients with normoalbuminuria and low eGFR suffered more chronic complications than those with normoalbuminuria and normal eGFR, mainly retinopathy, cerebrovascular diseases and sensory neuropathy.Stepwise logistic regression analysis revealed that age ( OR = 1.042, P < 0.001), diabetic duration ( OR = 1.038, P = 0.045), systolic blood pressure (OR = 1.017, P < 0.001) were independently associated with renal impairment among the patients with normoalbuminuria.Body mass index ( OR = 0.868, P < 0.001) and HbAlc (OR =0.898, P =0.021) were also related with renal insufficiency.Conclusion A considerable proportion in type 2 diabetic patients without albuminuria may exist renal impairment, and eGFR estimation could benefit the evaluation of renal function in such patients.

Objective To analyze the effects and experience of ideological and political education through inquiring students' satisfaction on it,and to strengthen innovation and efficiency. Methods Five hundred and fifty university students were chosen by random.Through anonymous questionnaires,information on attention and satisfaction of ideological and political education about educate by all staff,campus culture,psychological status,and extracurricular activities were acquired.Results More than 56% of the students thought who impressed them most were the professional teachers;and 75.64% of them would ask friends for help when they were facing difficulties.And 44.91% considered study as the main resource of pressure,although the other 39.09% chose the career perspective.Then,57.45% were willing to take part in the meaningful activities after class,though the study was tough.And 45.45% hoped it would be a great progress on extracurricular activities;74% would take part in entertainment,and on the other hand 68.55% chose volunteer;and 87.72% interested in learning psychological knowledge. Conclusion It is important to strengthen and develop ideological and political education among students in the university.And attention should be paid to the innovation and efficiency of the education.

Objective To detect the serum prohibitin protein(PHB)level in children with renal interstitial damage and analyze the correlation between PHB and renal interstitial fibrosis(RIF). Methods Serum PHB protein levels were determined by Western blot analysis in 36 children with kidney diseases,and 30 healthy children were studied as control. Levels of BUN,Scr,and urinary microprotein series(including ALBU/Cr,NAGU/Cr,IgG U/Cr,α1-MU/Cr)were studied by automatic biochemical analyzer. Renal interstitial damage was semiquantitatively graded according to Katafuchi's method. The correlation between serum levels of serum PHB protein and those of BUN,Scr as well as urine microprotein were analyzed. Results Serum PHB protein was positive in children with diverse kidney diseases however it was negative in the normal controls(P ＜ 0.05). Serum PHB levels were significantly higher in children with proliferative glomerulonephritis than those with non-proliferative glomerulonephritis(P ＜ 0.05). Statistical analysis indicated that serum PHB levels positively correlated with the degree of tubulointerstitial lesions(r ＝ 0.868,P ＜ 0.001)as well as the glomerular injuries(r ＝ 0.753,P ＜ 0.001). And,serum PHB levels were also positively correlated with urinary microprotein including NAG(r ＝ 0.586,P ＜ 0.001)and IgG(r ＝ 0.341,P ＜ 0.001). Conclusions Serum PHB levels were significantly increased in children with kidney diseases and were positively correlated with the degrees of renal interstitial damage,suggesting that PHB might be a potential clinical marker for detecting tubulointerstitial lesions.

Objectives To study the psychological characteristics of children with attention deifcit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). Methods Human ifgure drawings (HFD) as a projective technique was performed in 107 children with ADHD aged (8.69 ±1.48) years old (6.5~11.5 years), and 107 matched healthy children. Characteristic features of the HFDs in children with ADHD, and correlations between emotional indicators of the HFDs and factors of child behavior checklist (CBCL) were assessed and com-pared with the control group. Results Signiifcant differences in emotional index were found between ADHD and healthy chil-dren, including bad body composition, short arms, long arms, big ifgure, omission of hands and omission of feet (P<0.05). Nega-tive correlation was found between the HFDs emotional index and the factors of activity and social ability in the CBCL (P<0.05), but a positive correlation was found between the HFDs emotional index and behavioral problem (P<0.05). Conclusion Human ifgure drawings can relfect some emotional characteristics of children with ADHD, and when combined with CBCL, it can pro-vide evidence for diagnosis and intervention for ADHD.

ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of Smad7 antisense oligodeoxynucleotide (ASODN) on proliferation in human pancreatic cancer cell line SW1990,with a focus on the expression of matrix metalloproteinase-2(MMP-2) and tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase-2 (TIMP-2).To explore the underlying mechanism of the role of Smad7 in the pathogenesis and development of pancreatic cancer.MethodsSmad7 ASODN was transfected into SW1990 cells through lipofectamine.Nosense oligodeoxynucleotide (NSODN),ASODN and lipofectamine was used as control. The transfection efficiency was assessed by fluorescence microscopy and flow cytometry.The expressions of Smad7,MMP-2 and TIMP-2 in transfected cells were detectedby RT-PCR and Western blot.Cell viability was assessed by dimethyl thiazoldiphenyltetrazoliumbromide (MTT) method. Results Smad7 was expressed in SW1990 cells.The transfection efficiency of SW1990 was 81.2％.The expressions of Smad7 mRNA were 0.34 ± 0.06,0.95 ±0.07,1.03 ± 0.11 in transfected group,ASODN and lipofectamine group; and the expressions of MMP-2 mRNAwere 0.54 ± 0.08,1.15 ± 0.13,1.27 ± 0.16 ; and the expressions of TIMP - 2 mRNA were 0.26 ±0.07,0.72 ± 0.13,0.78 ± 0.17,the mRNA expressions were significantly reduced in Smad7 ASODN transfected group,compared with other two groups (P ＜0.01 ).The expressions of Smad7 protein were 0.14 ± 0.03,0.29 ± 0.05,0.28 ± 0.07 in transfected group,ASODN and lipofectamine group; the expressions of MMP-2 protein were 0.17 ±0.02,0.29 ±0.05,0.31 ±0.04,and the expressions of TIMP-2 protein were 0.20 ± 0.03,0.41 ± 0.11,0.43 ± 0.09,the protein expressions were significantly reduced in Smad7 ASODN transfected group,compared with other two groups (P ＜0.01 ).The A490 values of proliferation were 0.83 ± 0.03,1.02 ±0.02,0.99 ±0.02 in transfected group,ASODN and lipofectamine group,the proliferation were significantly reduced in Smad7 ASODN transfected group,compared with other two groups (P ＜0.01 ).ConclusionsSmad7 ASODN could effectively inhibit the expressions of Smad7,therefore decrease the expressions of MMP-2,TIMP-2 and reduce the proliferation.
