1.AFFECTING FACTORS OF THE PREVALENCE OF MENTAL RETARDATION IN THE QIN-BA MOUNTAIN AREA IN SOUTH- SHAANXI(1987)
Journal of Xi'an Jiaotong University(Medical Sciences) 1981;0(03):-
The prevalence and adjusted rate of Mental Retardation(M. R.) were 2.70% and 2.68% in the Qin-Ba Mountain Area in South-Shaanxi; 2.78% and 2.80% in childhood respectivety. These rates were all higher than overall rates in Shaanxi and in It is obvious that the prevalence of M. R. could be reduced by the social-environmental factors such as natural geographic situation, social development level, mean income per capita, mother's schooling, the family relationship with stepmother/stepfather, etc. Reducing prevalence rate of M. R., we need to take the multiple measures and services. It may help the reduction of M. R. prevalence and it is very important to continuously supply iodine salt in these area.
3.Clinical analysis of 320 cases of hysterectomy
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2006;0(07):-
Ohjective To study the indications, clinical effect and complications of hysterectomy so as to im- prove therapeutic effect. Methods The clinical data involving 320 cases of hysterectomy in this hospital from 2000 to 2006 were reviewed, and the pathogenesis, operation mode, curative effect and post-operation complications were analysed. Results Patients who received hysterectomy due to benign gynecologic diseases were cured well cliniclly; those who received hysterectomy due to malignant gynecologic diseases or diseases with the tendency of malignant change were cured well in early stage but the effect was not so satisfactory in later stage. The operation mode was de- cided by considering the pathogenesis and individual difference. Conclusion For benign gynecologic diseases,hys- terectomy can be conducted with good effect after conservative treatment becomes ineffective. For malignant gyneco logic diseases, early treatment will bring good resuh, while late treatment will generate not so satisfactory effect.Indi- cations for operation should be controlled strictly for hysterectomy to guard against complications.

6.Muscular expression of myogenin in V-pattern exotropia with inferior oblique overaction patients
International Eye Science 2015;(1):162-164
Abstract?AlM: To study the number of myogenin - positive activated satellite cells in the inferior oblique muscles and the medial muscles of V- pattern exotropia with inferior oblique overaction, to further explore the possible etiological factors of V-pattern exotropia with inferior oblique overaction.? METHODS: The inferior oblique muscles and the medial muscles were cut from V - pattern exotropia patients with inferior oblique overaction during strabismus operation treated as the strabismus group. Cross sections were stained immunohistochemically for the presence of activated satellite cells, as identified by myogenin immunoreactivity. The inferior oblique muscles and the medial muscles were obtained from the corneal transplant donors ( six eyes of six cases) , which treated as the control group.? RESULTS: The frequency of myogenin - positive satellite cells of the inferior oblique muscles was (22. 7± 7.03)% and (4. 2±0. 75)% in the strabismus group and the control group. Significant differences existed in the expression of myogenin in two groups (P<0. 05). Again, the frequency of myogenin-positive satellite cells of the medial muscles was (2. 2±0. 75)% and (4. 5±1. 05)% in the strabismus group and the control group. Significant differences also existed in the expression of myogenin in two groups (P<0. 05).?CONCLUSlON: lt is first report that myogenin-positive satellite cells presents in extraocular muscles of V -pattern exotropia with inferior oblique overaction. The current results suggest that myogenin is one of possible etiological factors of V-pattern exotropia with inferior oblique overaction.

9.The relationship between preoperative hemoglobin concentration and use of hospital resources in cardiac surgery
Journal of Clinical Surgery 2017;25(7):544-546
Objective To explore the relationship of preoperative hemoglobin concentration and use of hospital resources. Methods 108 patients receiving cardiac surgery in the central hospital of wuhan were included. The relationship of preoperative hemoglobin concentration was explored on blood transfusion rates, return to the operating room for bleeding and/or cardiac tamponade, postoperative intensive care unit(ICU)and in-hospital length of stay, and mortality. Results For every 10-unit increase in hemoglobin(g/L),blood transfusion requirements were reduced by 8.0%,6.0%,and 3.0% for red blood cell units, platelet pools, and fresh frozen plasma units, respectively. For each 10-unit decrease in hemoglobin(g/L),the probability(over time)of discharge from the ICU and hospital increased 7.0%,16.0% respectively. Conclusion A lower preoperative hemoglobin concentration resulted in increased use of hospital resources after cardiac surgery. Therefore, the correction of decreasing preoperative hemoglobin concentration could improve the use of hospital resources after cardiac surgery.
10.Molecular mechanism and treatment strategy of resistance on tyrosine kinase inhibitor
Journal of Leukemia & Lymphoma 2017;26(6):368-371
Although the efficacy of tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI) for the treatment of chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) is obvious, the drug resistance is still inevitable, therefore, TKI drug resistance has become one of the reasons for the failure treatment of CML. According to the literature, about 5 % patients have primary resistance to TKI, and 20 %-30 % patients have secondary resistance to TKI. Current TKI drug resistance molecular mechanisms include the over-expression of bcr-abl, gene mutation, defect of DNA repair mechanism, medicine excretion mediated by ATP-binding cassette translocator, abnormal signaling pathway and bone marrow microenvironment. Meanwhile, the occurrence of drugs, based on the drug resistance mechanism development in preclinical or clinic investigation stage, are likely to provide the possibility for the overcoming of TKI drug resistance. This paper will review the progress of molecular mechanism of TKI drug resistance and the therapy strategy after drug resistance.
