Objective To study the anti-inflammation mechanism of Jinzhuyalong Ershiwuwei coral capsule on cervical spondylosis by investigating Jinzhuyalong Ershiwuwei coral capsule on PLA2 in degenerated cervical intervertebral discs. Methods 60SD rats (SPF) were divided into a control group (15),a medicine model control group (15),a medicine modle 1 group (15),and a medicine model 2 group (15) by random lottery; Medicine model 1,2 groups were given Jinzhuyalong Ershiwuwei coral capsule powder 0.33 × 5 g/kg 0.66×5 g/kg,and added 1 ml distilled water dilution lavage,l/d,90 d,The unbalance of power cervical spondylosis animal models were chosen and C4~5 neck intervertebral discs were taken after 90 days.Millipore colorimetry methods were used to measure PLA2 activity in C4~5 cervical intervertebral discs. Results The PLA2 activity of the cervical intervertebral disc (12.37 ± 4.21) IU/mg · min-1 in the model group was significantly higher than the control group(2.56± 1.19)IU/mg· min-1 (P<0.05).The cervical intervertebral disc PLA2 activity of medicine model group 1 (8.56± 2.13)IU/mg · min-1 and medicine model group 2 (5.58 ±2.39)IU/mg· min-1 was lower than the model control group(12.37±4.21)IU/mg· min-1,with significant differences (both P<0.01).Conclusion Jinzhuyalong Ershiwuwei coral capsule could down regulate PLA2 activity in degenerated cervical intervertebral discs, and also decrease the production of some inflammaroty mediators.

To discuss and evaluate the method and effect of using calcaneal anatomic plate in treatment of intra-articular fractures of the calcaneus with assistant of arthroscope, 86 intra-articular fractures of the calcaneus in 78 patients were reduced by open reduction, and rigid fixation was made with calcaneal anatomic plate under assistant of arthroscope. The average follow-up duration was 18 months (range 12-30 months). The effect of treatment was evaluated according to AOFAS and X-ray before and after operation. The results showed that 86 patients have obtained satisfactory reduction according to X-ray, and there was significant difference before and after operation (P < 0. 01), the total excellent and fine rate was 91.86%. Treating intra-articular fractures of the calcaneus with calcaneal anatomic plate under arthroscope may provide more chance to achieve anatomical reconstruction, which can lead to satisfied recovery of function and few complication.

Objective To make clinical doctors better understanding of anaplastic large cell lymphoma(ALCL) and reduce the misdiagnosis of ALCL at an earlier stage. Methods Retrospective analysis of clinical features in 31 children with ALCL from Sep.2002 to Jan.2008,who had been misdiagnosed as other diseases at first and latterly been confirmed as ALCL by pathological study. The reasons for mis-diagnosis and the symptoms of the disease were analyzed and reviewed. Results ALCL clinical misdiagnosis rate reached to 91.2%.The reasons for misdiagnosis were:1.The fact that extra-nodal involvement present in earlier stage, which caused ALCL to have diversified clinical symptoms, and the initial symptoms were diverse.2.ALCL cells produce multiple cytokines such as IL-6,IL-9,IL-4,and others. They might make patients have symptoms like inflammation.3.The morphology of ALCL was quite variable.4.The clinical doctors and pathologists did not have frofound understandings of ALCL.5.Inapropriate usage of steroid before diagnosis was mode. Conclusions Clinical doctors should be aware of the diversity of ALCL clinical symptoms and use steroid carefully, while pathologists should pay attention to morphological varieties of ALCL and choose appropriate immunohistiochemical stain markers to avoid misdiagnose.Pathologic diagnosis should be made by more than 2 oncology centers.

Objective To explore the expression and the role of Toll-like receptor(TLR3 and TLR4) in rats with nephrotic syndrome induced by respiratory syncytial virus(RSV).Methods SD rats were inoculated intranasally and intraperitoneally with 6?106 plaque for-ming unit(PFU) RSV to construct RSV-induced nephropathy in rat model.Rats were anesthetized and blood was withdrawn from cardiac on day 4,14,30,60 after inoculation. The normal ones without intervention were set as control group. The renal histology was observed by light microscope and electron microscope. The urinary protein collected in 24 hours were measured.Meanwhile, the expressions of TLR3 and TLR4 were detected by indirect immunofluorescence staining and flow cytometry in peripheral blood mononuclear cells of rats. The results were analyzed by SPSS 13.0 softwore. Results After inoculation, the proteinuria increased and under the electron microscope the foot processes of glomerular epithelial cells were fused which resembled human minimal change nephrotic syndrome.Proteinuria reached the peak and the fusion of foot processes were most extensive in rats of RSV at 60 d.The expressions of TLR3 and TLR4 in each group of RSV-induced nephropathy in rat models were significantly higher than those in normal control group(Pa0.05).Conclusions TLR3 and TLR4 in peripheral blood mononuclear cells of RSV-induced nephropathy rat mo-dels had being significantly activated until 60 d after RSV inoculation.TLR signaling pathway may play an important role in nephrotic syndrome of rats induced by RSV.

AIM: To investigate the alterations of tear film after sutureless large incision manual cataract extraction (SLIMCE). METHODS: Sixty-eight SLIMCE operation eyes were studied with slit-limp microscope, break- up time (BUT), SchirmmerⅠtest (SⅠt),and fluorescence(FL) to observe the alterations of tear film at different time points in postoperation. Impression cytology and microphoto-analyses technique were also applied to observe the goblet cells at different time points postoperation(7,14,30,60,90 days). RESULTS: Subjective complaint of dry eye within 90 days after the operations were significantly increased compare with preoperations(5-27,23,19,16,13; 2-16,14,8,6,3). The schirmmer Ⅰ test were greatly increased in 14 days postoperation(10.1±4.5;15.0±4.7,13.8±5.7),the mean scores of fluorescence increased (0-17,9,5;0-8,3,1) and the mean break-up time decreased in 30 days post-operation(10.3±2.2;5.5±2.3,7.0±2.4,7.9±2.2) (P<0.05). CONCLUSION: SLIMCE operation have effect on the stability of tear film.

Abstract
Long-term use of levodopa in the treatment of Parkinson's disease can cause motor complications, which seriously impair the patients'motor function, reduce the quality of life, and aggravate the functional disability. Since there has been no effective treatment for motor complications, clarifying the influencing factors and prevention methods are conducive to reducing the risk of incidence and improving the quality of life of the patients. This paper summarizes the types and mechanism of motor complications of Parkinson's disease, the influencing factors ( levodopa dose, onset age, Helicobacter pylori infection and high protein diet ) and preventive measures ( psychological intervention, low protein diet, rehabilitation exercise and drugs ), so as to provide reference for the prevention and control of the disease.
