Neuroimaging technology is the major means in the study of cerebral blood flow. This article reviews all kinds of neuroimaging technologies in identification of perihematomal penumbra in intracerebral hemorrhage,as well as the research status of perihematomal cerebral blood flow in intracerebral hemorrhage.

Objective To explore the application and effect of scene imitation method in the education of patients before fiberoptic bronchoscopy.Methods 264 elective bronchoscopy patients between March 2007 and Decembet 2007 were randomly divided into control group(120 patients)and the experiment group(144 patients)Traditional health education was applied in the control group before bronehoscopy.Scene imitation method in health education was applied in the experiment group before bronchoscopy.Results The examination succes rate in the experiment group was significantly improved(P＜0.05).The medical order obeying behavior(MOOB)of the patients was significantly different between the two group(P＜0.01).Conclusion Before the use of fiberoptic bronchoscopy,the new scene simulation method Can help patients on the list obtain more cognitive ability about the testing.Comparing the traditional education,it establishes a sound relationship between doctors and patients,reduces complication and leads to more accurency of testing,thus helping patients to recover soon.

Objective To study metabolism of polyunsantured fatty acid (PUFA) and to investigate the relationship between different PUFA compositions and △6 desaturase (D6D) activity in colorectal carcinoma (CRC).Methods Fresh frozen malignant CRC tissues were obtained from 61 patients and blood samples were detected in 38 patients.The PUFA composition in these samples was determined by gas-liquid chromatography on a capillary column.The fatty acid product-to-precursor ratios in blood and tissue as estimates of desaturase activity (D6D activity index),and its relationship with the ratios between different PUFA compositions were investigated.Results Metabolism of ω-6 PUFA dominated in PUFA metabolism path.The ratio of ω-6/ω-3 PUFA was 4.89 in blood samples and 10.15 in tissues.The ratio of LA/ALA was 101.92 in blood samples and 86.16 in tissues.The ratio of ω-6/ω-3 LC-PUFA was 2.86 in blood samples and 4.51 in tissues.The D6D activity index in ω-6 PUFA metabolic processes both in tissues (t =1 1.609,P =0.00) and blood samples (t =-9.151,P =0.00) were higher than that in ω-3 PUFA.Conclusion In colorectal carcinoma,the ω-6 PUFA metabolic not only plays an important role in the metabolism of PUFA,but also is more active than the ω-3 PUFA metabolic,and in some way links to the development of tumorigenesis in CRC.

Objective To investigate the expression of Bcl-2 and Caspase-3 in placenta tissue of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy (HDCP).Methods One hundred and one placentas with preeclampsia (including 51 mild preeclampsia and 50 severe preeclampsia respectively served as low-grade group and high-grade group) and 62 placentas of normal late pregnant women(served as control group) were analyzed for the expressions of Cnspase-3 and Bcl-2 using immunohistochemistry assay(streptavidin-biotin peroyxidase method).Results The positive expression ratio of Bcl-2 was 66% in high-grade group,75% in low-grade group and 84% in control group.There was no significant difference among the three groups (P＞0.05 ).The positive expression rates of Caspase-3 in high-grade group (64%) and low-grade group (53%)were significantly higher than that in control group (23%)(P ＜ 0.01 ).There was no significant difference between high-grade group and low-grade group (P ＞ 0.05).Negative relationship between the expression of Bcl-2 and Caspase-3 could be found with statistical significance (r=-0.199,P ＜0.05).Conclusions Higher expression of Caspose-3 maybe play an important role in the pathogenesis of HDCP.The role of Bcl-2 in HDCP needs to be studied.

AIM: To observe the effect of continuous inhaled nitric oxide (NO) on airway resistance in guinea pigs. METHODS: 36 healthy male guinea pigs were divided into control group, isoproterenol group and two inhaled NO (20?10 -6 and 60?10 -6 ) groups. Respiratory resistance (R_E) and dynamic compliance(C_ dyn )were recorded before and after evoked by histamine at different doses. RESULTS: After injections of intravenous histamine at 80,120 and 160 ?g/kg, the R_E of inhaled NO groups were apparently lower than that of control group. Compared with control group, the C_ dyn of inhaled NO groups were significantly higher after administration of histamine at 80, 120 and 160 ?g/kg. After given histamine at more than 80 ?g/kg,the R_E of inhaled NO groups were higher and the C_ dyn lower than those of isoproterenol group. CONCLUSION: Inhalation of 20?10 -6 NO and 60?10 -6 NO can inhibit the increase in airway resistance induced by higher doses (80,120 and 160 ?g/kg )of intravenous histamine, but the effect of intravenous isoproterenol seems stronger.
