This study was performed on rabbits to examine the changes of calmodulin (CAM) and cAMP in the myocardium during ischemia and reperfusion by radioimmunoassay method. The result showed the levels of CaM and cAMP increased at 20 min of ischemia. Although these two parmeters were unchanged at 40 min of ischemia as compared with the changes at 20 min, they were changed during reperfusion at different times of ischemia. At 20 min ischemia following 10 min reperfusion, the content of CaM decreased, the content of cAMP increased. On the basis of 40 min ischemia, reperfusion induced opposite changes: CaM increased, cAMP decreased. The possible mechanism of these changes was discussed.

Objective To further understand the cellular events of myocarditis,we have examined the myocardial mitochondria structure and activity of ATPase in mice with myocarditis,and observe the interventional effect of different doses of carptopril.Methods Sixty male Balb/c mice were randomly divided into 5 groups:infected coxsackie B3 virus(CVB3)group,infected CVB3 and treated with carptopril(in a dose of 10,30,or 100 mg/kg,twice a day)groups and control group.Captopril was administered after infection.The activity of Na+-K+-adenosine triphosphatase(Na+-K+-ATPase)and Ca2+-adenosine triphosphatase(Ca2+-ATPase)of myocardial mitochondrial as well as the morphological of myocardial mitochondrial were investigated on day 14.Results The activity of mitochondrial Na+-K+-ATPase and Ca2+-ATPase were significantly higher(Pa0.05).Conclusions The favorable effects of captopril exerts on myocyte mitochondria were shown in a dose-dependent manner.Thirty and 100 mg/kg,twice a day captopril protecs the membrane integrity and thus plays a role at the recovery of depressed mitochondrial Na+-K+-ATPase and Ca2+-ATPase activity and also in myocytes injury.

AIM: To analyze the change of serum inflammatory factors in glaucoma patients at different stages and its clinical significance. ·METHODS:Totally 70 cases of 128 eyes with primary open-angle glaucoma in our hospital from January 2014 to August 2016 were selected. According to the mean defect of visual field, they were divided into light ( observation Group 1 ) , moderate ( observation Group 2 ) and heavy group(observation Group 3). Another 65 cases of 130 eyes with cataract were taken as the control group in our hospital. The observation and expression of serum cytokines in these patients with glaucoma were taken. ·RESULTS:There was no significant difference in serum IL-2 and IFN- γlevels between the two groups (P>0. 05). The sIL-2R and IL-4 levels in the glaucoma group were higher than those in the control group, and the levels of IL-6 and IL-12 were lower than those of the control group (P<0. 05). The IOP and proportion of myopia in the glaucoma group was higher than that in the control group, the difference was not statistically significant ( P<0. 05) . The ratio of moderate myopia to severe myopia in each group was not statistically significant (P>0. 05). To observe the low myopia ratio in Group 3 of patients, it was less than observation Group 1 and observation Group2 ( P > 0. 05 ). There was no statistically significant difference between observation Group 1 and 2 of patients on IL-2, sIL-2R, IL-4, IL-6 and IFN-γlevels (P>0. 05). The level of sIL-2R in the Group 3 was higher than that in the Group 1, and the level of IL-12 was lower than that in the Group 1 and in the Group 2 (P<0. 05). There was no significant difference in IL-2, IL-4, IL-6 and IFN-γlevels between the glaucoma patients (P>0. 05). The IOP level and the proportion of myopia in the Group 3 were higher than those in the Group 1 and the Group 2 were observed, the difference was statistically significant (P<0. 05). The intraocular pressure was higher in Group 2 than in group 1 (P<0. 05). There was no statistically significant difference on proportion of myopia between observation Group 1 and observation Group 2 (P>0. 05). ·CONCLUSION: The levels of serum IL-12, sIL-2R and intraocular pressure in patients with primary open-angle glaucoma fluctuated significantly at different stages of the nerve injury, indicating that the immune response and intraocular pressure were involved in the process of optic nerve damage.

Objective To provide theoretic base by studying the nature and characteristic of infrared ther- mograph in lower limbs area of the healthy young man.Methods Collecting infrared thermograph in lower limbs ar- ea by TIP medical infrared thermograpb instrument (TIP,made in USA) ,the average temperature of each unit area of both lower limbs was measured.Results (1) The average temperature of each corresponding unit area in both side of lower limbs was adjacent (P＜0.05 ).(2) The temperature of both lower limbs (especial front and back side) distributinged in some rule.Conclusion The study provided parameter and characteristic of infrared therrnograph for clinical diagnosis and guideline of rehabilitation therapy by infrared thermograph instrument.

Objective To provide an observational baseline by studying the nature and characteristics of in- frared thermograms of the spine area of the healthy young men.Methods Infrared thermograms of the spine area were collected using a TIP medical infrared thermograph.The average temperature of each unit area in the middle and on the two sides of the spine was measured.Results (1)Except certain unit areas in the cervical thorax and lum- bar sacral segments,the average temperature of each unit area in the middle of the spine was significantly higher than on the two sides.In the middle of the spine,the average temperature of the cervical thorax and lumbar sacral seg- ments was insignificantly higher than adjacent areas.The shape of the infrared thermograms of the cervical thorax and lumbar sacral segments resembled a triangle and a rhomboid,respectively.Conclusion The study provided para- meters and characteristics of infrared thermograms for clinical diagnosis and guidelines for rehabilitation therapy using an infrared thermograph.

This paper was mainly on pesticide degrading microorganisms. The major pesticide degrading bacteria were Pseudomonas, Bacillus, Flavobacterium, Alcaligenes, Arthrobacter, etc. The major pesticide degrading fungi were Aspergillus,Pinicielium, Rhizopus, Trichoderma, Fusarium, etc. The major pesticide degrading actinomycetes were Nocardia, Streptomyces, etc.

The specific ScFv gene against botulinum neurotoxin A (BoNTa)was cloned into pPIC9k. Positive integrators were screened by increasing the dose of G418 in culture and expressed in Pichia pastoris GS115. As a result, engineered recombinant clone were obtained. 26 kD product of interest was seen easily in SDS-PAGE. Expression of human ScFv got the highest level 15% of total secreted proteins during 72～84 h after 1% methanol inducing. Purification of ScFv was finished by two steps: gel filter and ion exchange. Competing ELISA showed that recombinant ScFv could compete with antiserum to specific bind BoNTa.

Objective To discuss the effects and methods of the surgical treatment of complex humeral nonunion.Methods Ten cases of scleroid humeral nonunion were treated by compressive interlocking medullary nailing and autografting of iliac bone.Fifteen cases of humeral nonunion combined with osteomyelitis or osteoporosis were treated with grafting of free vascularized fibular flaps.Results All the cases were followed up for six months to six years.They all obtained bone union.The average time of bone union was 3.1 months for the free vascularized fibular grafting group and 3.8 months for the interlocking medullary nail group.Conclusions Compressive interlocking medullary nailing and autografting of iliac bone is effective for scleroid humeral nonunion,while grafting of free vascu- larized fibular flaps is effective for humeral nonunion combined with osteomyelitis or osteoporosis because the free vas- cularized fibular grafting can well reconstruct the defective humerus bone with osteoporosis or osteomyelitis.
