Objective To ostimate the distribution of microorganism strains isolated from hospital ward cir-curmstanee and clinical specimens, and then proceed to inquire into their interrelation to nosocomial infection, provi-ding evidence for preventing and reducing nosocomial infection. Methods Specimens were collected from hospital circumstance and each clinical laboratory, and then made a bacterial identification and pathogen strains survey. Re-sults There was a closed correlation between the microorganism strain isolated from hospital circumstance and clini-cal infection pathogen(86%). Conclusion A series of disinfection management measures should be made and for-mulated so as to reduce the hospital infection rate as far as possible.

Comprehensive and designed experiment is beneficial to improving and developing students' comprehensive quality and innovation ability.In the last two years,we have carried out the comprehensive and designed experiment of physiology among the seven-year program students,which combine book knowledge and clinics.It has proved that this teaching mode can not only help students master the knowledge systematically but also lay a good foundation for them to analyze the clinical problems.

Objective To investigate the migration and survival of neural stem cells(NSCs)in vivo.Methods NSCs cultured in vitro were transfected by lentiviral vectors expressing green fluorescent protein(GFP)to construct GFP-NSCs,then trans-seeded into lactide-co-glycolide(PLGA)scaffold and implanted into the injured site of T9 spinal cord in rat.One month after transplantation,the migration of NSCs in spinal cord was examined by fluorescence microscope,and the survival rate of NSCs was counted out.Results NSCs labeled GFP had strong expression of green fluorescence.One month after transplanting,part of NSCs expressing GFP could be seen in PLGA scaffolds and rostral,caudal spinal core.The survival rate counted out was 1.4911±0.0313%.Conclusion NSCs marked by GFP and transplanted to rat injured spinal cord could migrate into the spinal cord tissues and the minority of them could survive.

Objective To investigate the positive ratio of urine and gender difference of chronic kidney disease(CKD) with children in Lanzhou,a heavy pollution and underdeveloped city in northwest of China.Methods Through the Multistix 10 SG,the morning urine of the children were detected,which aged from 12 to 13 years old.Results The positive ratio of urine was 14.9％ in subjects,18.2％ in girls and 12.8 ％ in boys respectively.Furthermore,the positive ratio in girls showed statistically significant higher than boy's.(x2 =21.77,P ＜ 0.01).Espcially,the ratios of hematuria and pyuria significantly increased in girls (x2 =17.52,P ＜ 0.01;x2=7.95,P ＜ 0.01).Conclusion The gender difference of the positive rate of urine was existed in our large samples.And there is a higher prositive rate of hematuria and pyuria in the girls.This investigation will enrich the epidemiological data of CKD in children(12 ～ 13 years old)in Lanzhou city.
