Objective To determine the expression of metastasis-associated gene 2 ( MTA2 ) and p53 in colorectal cancer and non-cancerous mucosa, analyze their relationship with clinicopathological parameters, and discuss the clinical significance. Methods 120 colorectal neoplasm patients' cancer tissues and clinical information were col-lected from the first affiliated hospital of Anhui medical university. 30 patients of them were chosen to collect non-cancerous mucosa which was 5 cm away from the tumor. Immunohistochemistry staining was used to detect the ex-pression of MTA2 and p53. According to the clinicopathological parameters, the positive and negative expression of MTA2, p53 were counted each group, discussed the relationship between positive expression and clinicopathologi-cal parameters by SPSS 19.0 . Results The immunohistochemistry showed that the positive expression rate of MTA2 was 59.16%, and the positive expression rate of p53 was 61.67%. The expression of MTA2 and p53 in colorectal cancer were significantly higher than non-cancerous mucosa ( P<0.05 ) . The MTA2 expression was positively cor-related with the depth of invasion, lymphatic metastasis, distant metastasis and TNM stages (P<0.05). The p53 protein expression was positively correlated with depth of invasion and lymphatic metastasis ( P<0.05 ) . Conclu-sion MTA2 could be used as a new clinical biomarker and therapeutic target for colorectal cancer probably, which might be more effective than p53 .

Time perspective therapy (TPT) which belongs to positive psychology is a new psychological intervention to post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).A large number of studies abroad have testified that TPT is very long-term effective, what′s more, TPT has been popularized and improved by foreign scholars but not been applied in China.TPT has been a study issue in mental and psychological fields, but that how to apply TPT rightly in China needs to explore. Therefore, this paper systematically introduced and analyzed TPT theory, the problems of applying TPT and the enlightenment of nursing PTSD,so as to help Chinese scholars apply TPT to solve problems and status of nursing PTSD in China.

AIM:To investigate the maturation of mice immature myeloid dendritic cells (mDCs) induced by antigen(Ag)85B of mycobacterium tuberculosis, and the expression of TSLPR and OX40L mediated by TSLP in vitro. METHODS:Recombinant mouse GM-CSF ( rmGM-CSF) and rmIL-4 were used to induce bone marrow precursor cells of C57BL/6 mice to differentiate into immature mDCs in vitro.mDCs were identified followed by purification using CD 11c binding magnetic beads .The morphological characteristic of mDCs was observed under inverted phase-contrast microscope and scanning electron microscope .The surface phenotypes of mDCs were determined by flow cytometry .To obtain the opti-mal concentrations of Ag85B and TSLP, immature mDCs were cultured with different concentrations of Ag 85B or TSLP at 0 (control group), 50, 100 and 200 μg/L for 24 h, and the expression of cell surface molecules CD 80, CD86, TSLPR and OX40L was detected by flow cytometry. In addition, the expression of TSLPR and OX40L in Ag85B and TSLP-co-stimula-ted mDCs was determined by flow cytometry .RESULTS:After 7 d of culture in vitro, the cells showed irregular dendritic protrusions under the inverted-phase contrast microscope , and had wrinkles and dendritic splits under scanning electron mi-croscope , conformed to the morphological characteristics of immature mDCs .The mDCs cells expressed higher level of spe-cific marker CD11c, lower level of co-stimulatory molecules CD80 and CD86, which conformed to the phenotype of imma-ture mDCs.The CD80 +and CD86 +cell ratios of mDCs displayed significant increases in 50, 100 and 200μg/L Ag85B or TSLP groups compared with control group (P<0.05).The ratios of TSLPR +and OX40L+cells did not differ among dif-ferent concentrations of Ag 85B groups. The ratios of TSLPR +and OX40L+cells were significantly increased in 100 μg/L and 200μg/L TSLP groups compared with control group and 50μg/L TSLP group (P<0.05).Under the circumstance of optimal Ag85B or TSLP treatment concentration at 200 μg/L, there was significantly decreased in TSLPR and OX 40L cell ratio of mDCs in Ag85B group or Ag85B combined with TSLP group when compared with TSLP group (P<0.05), and no significant difference among Ag85B group, Ag85B combined with TSLP group and control group was observed .CONCLU-SION: Ag85B enhances mDCs maturation by up-regulating the expression of co-stimulatory molecules CD80 and CD86, and inhibit the expression of pro-inflammatory specific molecules TSLPR and OX40L on TSLP-activated mDCs, indicating that Ag85B modifies the development of asthmatic airway inflammation through the pathway of TSLP -activated mDCs.

Chinese Journal of Organ Transplantation 2012;33(7):412-416
Objective To investigate the imaging characteristics of different biliary strictures after liver transplantation and their relationship with causes. Methods Forty-six patients with jaundice and biliary stricture were enrolled in this study. The diagnosis was confirmed by percutaneous transhepatic cholangiography (PTC).All the patients had hepatic arteriography with DSA or CTA and underwent liver biopsy.Their imaging characteristics were analyzed and the related statistic analysis was conducted. Results Anastomosis biliary stricture (ABS) was demonstrated in 21 cases, and non-anastomosis biliary stricture (NBS) with hepatic artery thrombosis (HAT) occurred in 13 cases, and there were 12 cases of NBS without HAT.PTC examination confirmed there were 26 cases of biliary stricture at hepatic hilum, and the incidence of biliary stricture in NBS group was significantly higher than that in ABS group (92% vs.14.35%,P<0.05).There were 31 cases of intrahepatic bile duct stricture, and the incidence in NBS group was significantly higher than that in ABS group ( 100% vs.28.6%,P<0.05).There were 33 cases of dilatation of intrahepatic bile duct, and the incidence in NBS without HAT group was significantly lower than that in ABS group and NBS with HAT group (16.7%,100% and 76.9% respectively) (P<0.05).There were 21 cases of extrahepatic biliary dilatation, and the incidence in ABS group was significantly higher than that in NBS group (85.7% vs. 12%,P<0.05). There were 18 cases of stricture and dilatation in intrahepatic bile duct, and the incidence in NBS with HAT group was significantly higher than that in ABS group and NBS without HAT group (76.9%,28.6% and 16.7% respectively,P<0.05).The results of the liver biopsy were accorded with the diagnosis of biliary stricture,Conclusion The different biliary strictures carry different imaging characteristics, including location of biliary stricture, and location and type of secondary biliary dilatation.

Objective To assess the clinical value of high-frequency electrocautery in the treatment of massive hemorrhage of presacral venous plexus. Methods The clinical data of 8 patients with presacral venous hemorrhage treated with high-frequency electrocautery from February 2005 to March 2008 were analyzed. Once the presacral venous hemorrhage happened, the bleeding site was pressed with a gauze or finger and the accumulated blood was aspirated. Then, while simultaneously withdrawing the gauze or finger over the bleeding sites, high-frequency electrocautery was applied with a power of 80-100 W to coagulate all the bleeding sites. Results High-frequency electrocautery was used to stop bleeding in the 8 patients, and no electrocautery related complica-tions occurred postoperatively. Conclusions High-frequency electrocautery for massive hemorrhage of presacral venous plexus is simple, efficient and safe.
