Objective To determine the expression of metastasis-associated gene 2 ( MTA2 ) and p53 in colorectal cancer and non-cancerous mucosa, analyze their relationship with clinicopathological parameters, and discuss the clinical significance. Methods 120 colorectal neoplasm patients' cancer tissues and clinical information were col-lected from the first affiliated hospital of Anhui medical university. 30 patients of them were chosen to collect non-cancerous mucosa which was 5 cm away from the tumor. Immunohistochemistry staining was used to detect the ex-pression of MTA2 and p53. According to the clinicopathological parameters, the positive and negative expression of MTA2, p53 were counted each group, discussed the relationship between positive expression and clinicopathologi-cal parameters by SPSS 19.0 . Results The immunohistochemistry showed that the positive expression rate of MTA2 was 59.16%, and the positive expression rate of p53 was 61.67%. The expression of MTA2 and p53 in colorectal cancer were significantly higher than non-cancerous mucosa ( P<0.05 ) . The MTA2 expression was positively cor-related with the depth of invasion, lymphatic metastasis, distant metastasis and TNM stages (P<0.05). The p53 protein expression was positively correlated with depth of invasion and lymphatic metastasis ( P<0.05 ) . Conclu-sion MTA2 could be used as a new clinical biomarker and therapeutic target for colorectal cancer probably, which might be more effective than p53 .

Time perspective therapy (TPT) which belongs to positive psychology is a new psychological intervention to post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).A large number of studies abroad have testified that TPT is very long-term effective, what′s more, TPT has been popularized and improved by foreign scholars but not been applied in China.TPT has been a study issue in mental and psychological fields, but that how to apply TPT rightly in China needs to explore. Therefore, this paper systematically introduced and analyzed TPT theory, the problems of applying TPT and the enlightenment of nursing PTSD,so as to help Chinese scholars apply TPT to solve problems and status of nursing PTSD in China.

Objective To analyze the role of the introperative vessel Doppler sonographic evaluation of the hepatic artery and portal vein. Methods Intraoperative vessel Doppler sonograms of 116 patients were analyzed for peak systolic velocity of hepatic artery and blood flow of the portal vein.In patients having abnormal findings on sonography (peak systolic velocity of hepatic artery less than 30 cm/s, blood flow of the portal vein less than 800 ml/s), the vascular anastomoses were checked. Results Fourteen of 116 cases revealed less hepatic arterial peak systolic velocity than 30 cm/s. In 9 of the 14 cases, the hepatic arterial peak systolic velocity was normal after injection of 0. 5 % lidocaine into celic trunk root, and papaverine and 654-2 into artery, 3 of the 9 cases endured artery thrombosis. In the other 5 of the 14 cases, by-pass anastomoses were done, and the hepatic arterial peak systolic velocity was normal, and no hepatic arterial complication occurred. Five of 116 cases revealed less hepatic portal vein blood flow than 800 ml/rnin. 4 of the 5 cases revealed shunt between portal vein and vena cava. The blood flow was normal after ligation of the shunt, and thrombosis occurred in 1 case of the 4. The another 1 of the 5 cases was presented with portal vein thrombosis of grade m, and the blood flow remained lower than normal when side-to-side anastomosis was done after resection of thrombosis. Then vein by-pass of the superior mesenteric vein to portal vein with donor iliac vein was done, the blood flow became normal, and no complication occurred. Conclusions The vessel Doppler sonography during liver transplantation was of pivotal values in preventing and diagnosing vessel complications. For the patients with abnormal findings though intraoperative vessel Doppler sonography, the close monitoring should be done in order to find out vessel complication as

Objective To evaluate efficacy and safety of fixed combination of nitrendipine and atenolol in treatment for patients with mild to moderate essential hypertension and their optimal dosage matching. Methods Totally,275 patients with essential hypertension were selcted from seven hospitals in Shanghai,Nanjing and Suzhou,China and randomized into five groups with same proportional probability in a double-blind,double-dummy,parallel active-controlled,multi-center clinical trial, receiving fixed combination of nitrendipine and atenolol at three different dosage matching (nitrendipine/atenolol 5/12.5 mg,5/10 mg,5/7.5 mg for groups 1,2 and 3),and nitrendipine (10 mg for group 4) or atenolol (25 mg for group 5),respectively for eight weeks. Results Mean reduction of diastolic blood pressure (DBP)was (17±7) mm Hg,(18±9) mm Hg and (17±7) mm Hg for groupl,2 and 3,respectively from the baseline, significantly greater than that in groups 4 and 5[(13±7) mm Hg and (12±6) mm Hg,respectively].Mean reduction of systolic blood pressure (SBP) was (21 ±11)mm Hg,(24±12) mm Hg,(23±11) mm Hg,(19±13) mm Hg and (18±9) mm Hg,respectively for the five groups from the baseline, and the reduction in group 2 was significantly greater than that in group 5,with an overall efficacy of 94.4%,98.1% and 88.2% for groups 1,2 and 3,respectively,all statistically higher than that in group 5 (71.4%) with P<0.01,eight weeks after treatment. The ratio of patients with increased dose of antihypertensive agents in week 5 was lower in group 2 than that in the other four groups, with mild adverse reaction only,no obvious change in laboratory biochemical examinations, and no needs in special management. Conclusions Fixed combination of atenolol and nitrendipine with an optimal doses of 5 mg and 10 mg respepctively was effective and safe for mild and moderate hypertension with good tolerance.

Objective To assess the clinical value of high-frequency electrocautery in the treatment of massive hemorrhage of presacral venous plexus. Methods The clinical data of 8 patients with presacral venous hemorrhage treated with high-frequency electrocautery from February 2005 to March 2008 were analyzed. Once the presacral venous hemorrhage happened, the bleeding site was pressed with a gauze or finger and the accumulated blood was aspirated. Then, while simultaneously withdrawing the gauze or finger over the bleeding sites, high-frequency electrocautery was applied with a power of 80-100 W to coagulate all the bleeding sites. Results High-frequency electrocautery was used to stop bleeding in the 8 patients, and no electrocautery related complica-tions occurred postoperatively. Conclusions High-frequency electrocautery for massive hemorrhage of presacral venous plexus is simple, efficient and safe.

OBJECTIVETo investigate the effect of different pH on rectum permeability of chlorogenic acid and geniposide.
METHODFour kinds of Reduning suppositories of different pH were separated and put into the rectum to study the suppositories in vitro and the content of chlorogenic acid and geniposide samples was determined by HPLC to calculate the permeation in 24 hours.
RESULTWith increase of pH within 2.5-7.4, the steady state flux of chlorogenic acid was increased, but the steady state flux of geniposidesamples was steady.
CONCLUSIONAdjusted the pH can increase the rectum permeability of active ingredients in Reduning auppositories.
