Objective To determine the expression of metastasis-associated gene 2 ( MTA2 ) and p53 in colorectal cancer and non-cancerous mucosa, analyze their relationship with clinicopathological parameters, and discuss the clinical significance. Methods 120 colorectal neoplasm patients' cancer tissues and clinical information were col-lected from the first affiliated hospital of Anhui medical university. 30 patients of them were chosen to collect non-cancerous mucosa which was 5 cm away from the tumor. Immunohistochemistry staining was used to detect the ex-pression of MTA2 and p53. According to the clinicopathological parameters, the positive and negative expression of MTA2, p53 were counted each group, discussed the relationship between positive expression and clinicopathologi-cal parameters by SPSS 19.0 . Results The immunohistochemistry showed that the positive expression rate of MTA2 was 59.16%, and the positive expression rate of p53 was 61.67%. The expression of MTA2 and p53 in colorectal cancer were significantly higher than non-cancerous mucosa ( P<0.05 ) . The MTA2 expression was positively cor-related with the depth of invasion, lymphatic metastasis, distant metastasis and TNM stages (P<0.05). The p53 protein expression was positively correlated with depth of invasion and lymphatic metastasis ( P<0.05 ) . Conclu-sion MTA2 could be used as a new clinical biomarker and therapeutic target for colorectal cancer probably, which might be more effective than p53 .

Time perspective therapy (TPT) which belongs to positive psychology is a new psychological intervention to post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).A large number of studies abroad have testified that TPT is very long-term effective, what′s more, TPT has been popularized and improved by foreign scholars but not been applied in China.TPT has been a study issue in mental and psychological fields, but that how to apply TPT rightly in China needs to explore. Therefore, this paper systematically introduced and analyzed TPT theory, the problems of applying TPT and the enlightenment of nursing PTSD,so as to help Chinese scholars apply TPT to solve problems and status of nursing PTSD in China.

Hepatitis B virus (HBV) is a major cause of chronic liver disease, and frequently results in hepatitis, cirrhosis, and ultimately hepatocellular carcinoma. HBV polymerase (Pol) is an essential viral protein that is important for HBV replication and might be involved in the development of hepatocellular carcinoma. Protein-protein interactions appears to be crucial for its role. The aim of this study was to screen and identify the proteins that interact with Pol using a co-immunoprecipitation-based LC-MS/MS identification technique. The HBV Pol gene was amplified by polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and cloned into pCDNA3.1(+). The recombinant plasmid pCDNA3. 1(+)-Pol-flag was transfected into HeLa cells. Liquid chromatography and tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) identified 45 proteins that co-immunoprecipitated with flag-tagged HBV Pol. Eleven of these have previously been reported as proteins that interact with HBV Pol. A proof-of-concept-based Ingenuity Pathway Analysis (IPA, www.ingenuity.com) was used to characterize the functions and pathways of these 45 identified proteins and HBV Pol. Among these proteins, four proteins may play a role in three major molecular cellular networks, and are therefore worthy of further investigation.

OBJECTIVETo investigate the effect of different pH on rectum permeability of chlorogenic acid and geniposide.
METHODFour kinds of Reduning suppositories of different pH were separated and put into the rectum to study the suppositories in vitro and the content of chlorogenic acid and geniposide samples was determined by HPLC to calculate the permeation in 24 hours.
RESULTWith increase of pH within 2.5-7.4, the steady state flux of chlorogenic acid was increased, but the steady state flux of geniposidesamples was steady.
CONCLUSIONAdjusted the pH can increase the rectum permeability of active ingredients in Reduning auppositories.

Purpose To explore the specific diagnostic markers of Sertoli cells and germ cells for testicular biopsy. Methods Normal testis from 3 patients who suffered from carcinoma of the prostate and treated with testis castration, and 15 testicular biopsy tissues were stained by EnVision two steps with WT-1, AR and Ki-67. Results The expression of WT-1 and AR protein were found in Sertoli cells from the 3 normal testis and 15 testis biopsy, the positive rate were all 100%, and non was positive in germ cells. The germ cell was positive for Ki-67, and the positive rate was 100%. Conclusions WT-1, AR and Ki-67 may be the specific diagnostic markers of Sertoli cells and germ cells for testicular biopsy, which may contribute to the diagnosis of testicular biopsy.

ObjectiveTo assess the current situation of postgraduates knowledge about medical research design and optimize the curriculum setting of research design.MethodsAn investigation was carried out in the postgraduates of 2011 using questionnaires in a medical university..The questionnaire ineluded basic information of participants and cognition of basic methods of research design.ResultsA total of 473 postgraduates participated in the investigation.Among them,311 systematically learned medical statistics before enrollment, and 275 ( 58.14% ) once participated in scientific researches. Most of them ( >80% ) knew about the 10 basic methods of research design listed in the questionnaire, but only a few of them were familiar with them, and some even didn't know about the methods.ConclusionWe should pay attention to the culture of scientific research thought in statistical design, strengthen the practice of research design teaching, and the curriculum of research design should be led into undergraduate course.

Objective To assess the clinical value of high-frequency electrocautery in the treatment of massive hemorrhage of presacral venous plexus. Methods The clinical data of 8 patients with presacral venous hemorrhage treated with high-frequency electrocautery from February 2005 to March 2008 were analyzed. Once the presacral venous hemorrhage happened, the bleeding site was pressed with a gauze or finger and the accumulated blood was aspirated. Then, while simultaneously withdrawing the gauze or finger over the bleeding sites, high-frequency electrocautery was applied with a power of 80-100 W to coagulate all the bleeding sites. Results High-frequency electrocautery was used to stop bleeding in the 8 patients, and no electrocautery related complica-tions occurred postoperatively. Conclusions High-frequency electrocautery for massive hemorrhage of presacral venous plexus is simple, efficient and safe.
