Objective:To explore the relations between freshmen's self-identity status,personality characteristics and mental health status.Methods:188 new students were asked to complete the questionnaires of mental health scale and personality scale from the China college students mental health evaluation system,and eollnge students self- identity status scale.Results:①the most status of identity is achievement(43.1%),then the identity diffusion (30.9%);②male students in compare with female,were more likely in achievement status(60.7?13.8/53.9?11.4,P0.406);③the achieve- ment status had obvious negative correlation with depression,dependency(r=-0.17～-0.24),the diffusion status had obvious positive correlation with depression,social-withdrawal,and impulsion(r=0.15～0.34);④active,ac- commodating,tough-minded personality characteristics had obviously negative correlation with mental symptoms(r= -0.16～-0.56).Conclusions:encourage college students to form the achievement ego-identity status,to be ac- tive,accommodating and tough-minded,will be helpful for their psychological health.

A simple and sensitive method was developed to screen ?-PL p ro duced strains from soils. 150mg/L K_2Cr_2O_7 was added to th e solid medium for actinomycetes enriching. A basic dye, methylene blue, incorp orated in the agar plate to detect alkali producers, because dye reacted with th e secreted basic polymers by electrostatic interaction with the secreted basic p dymers and formed special zoon. And then dragendorff regent was used to detect alkaloid producers. Four ?-PL producers were obtained by TLC analysis. Meanw hile, phylogenetic analysis of PL6-3 strain, including morphology, physiologica l and biochemical characters and chemotaxomy were performed and phylogenetic tre e was constructed based on the 16S rDNA sequences. And the results indicated th at PL6-3 strain is a member of Kitasatospora.

Edema, as one of common clinical diseases, could be treated by taking medicines and adopting external therapies with traditional Chinese medicines (TCM). In recent years, there have been many clinical and basic studies concerning external therapies with TCM on edema Data showed that the external therapies are mostly composed of such purgating drugs as Rhei Radix et Rhizoma, Natrii Sulfas and Pharbitidis Semen, heat-clearing drug such as Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex and resuscitation-inducing drug such as Borneolum Syntheticum. The study showed that ingredients of external therapies did not pass through hilum and hepatic system, and thus avoided the first pass effect of livers. They enabled effective components of drugs to be rapidly absorbed through pores and skins, strengthened the effect against edema, shortened the treatment course, decreased side effects, and were convenient and inexpensive. External therapies with TCM could play unique advantages in inhibiting edema in the future clinical studies.

[Objective]To filter and optimize extractive technology of Qianliening granules.[Methods]The optimization extractive technology of Qianliening granules was investigated using orthogonal design with the availability component extracting from the drug as the index.[Results]The optimal condition for the extraction of Radix Astragali group was 10 folds amount of water,3 times,1.5 hours each time.The optimal condition for the extraction of Rheum officinal Baill.group was 6 folds amount of 60% alcohol,2 times,two hours and 1.5 hours each time.[Conclusion]The optimized extractive technology is scientific and efficient.

Objective To establish the quality standard for Fufang Xiongdan Yinchen Granule. Methods TLC was employed to identify Pulvis ellis urs, Capillary Wormwood Herbin, Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma and Glycyrrhizae Radix, and HPLC was used to determine the content of sodium tauroursodeoxycholic acid in Fufang Xiongdan Yinchen Granule. Kromail 100-5 C18 column (4.6 mm× 250 mm, 5 μm) in an oven at 25 ℃ was need, with a mobile phase consisting of methanol-0.03 mol/L sodium dihydrogen phosphate solution (60∶40, pH=4.4) and UV detector at 210 nm, the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. Results Pulvis ellis urs, Capillary Wormwood Herbin, Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma and Glycyrrhizae Radix can be detected by TLC. The linearity of sodium tauroursodeoxycholic acid was obtained in the range of 0.182 1-1.821 mg (r=0.999 98). The average recovery was 100.39%, and RSD was 1.70% (n=6). Conclusion The method is simple, accurate, specific, and can control the quality of Fufang Xiongdan Yinchen Granule effectively.

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of autologous melanocyte transplantation for the treatment of vitiligo in patients with abnormal thyroid function.Methods A total of 60 patients with vitiligo were enrolled in this study,including 30 with abnormal thyroid function and 30 without.Epidermal sheets were obtained by suction blister biopsy from the normal skin of all the patients followed by melanocyte isolation and culture.After 2-5 passages of subculture,the melanocytes were transplanted onto vitiliginous lesions,which were abraded previously by ultra-pulsed CO2 laser,in the corresponding patients.All the patients were followed for 6-12 months.Results Of the 30 patients with abnormal thyroid function,7 patients achieved more than 90％ repigmentation,9 patients 50％-89％ repigmentation,53.3％ more than 50％ repigmentation,with the average repigmentation rate being 47％ within 6 months after the transplantation.Meanwhile,13 out of the 30 patients without abnormal thyroid function showed more than 90％ repigmentation,11 showed 50％-89％ repigmentation,with the average repigmentation rate being 75％.Both the cure rate and response rate were significantly higher in the patients without abnormal thyroid function than in those with (cure rate,43.3％ vs.23.3％,P＜ 0.05; response rate,80％ vs.53.3％,P＜ 0.05).Significant differences were also found in the response rate for lesions on the face or neck and for those sized more than 20 cm2 between the two groups of patients (both P ＜ 0.05).The lesions transplanted with epidermal melanocytes from the waist exhibited the lowest cure rate and response rate.Conclusion Clinical or subclinical thyroid dysfunction may have a negative impact on the efficacy of autologous melanocyte transplantation in vitiligo.
