Journal of Interventional Radiology 2001;0(05):-
Objective To advocate the importance of central venous access(CVA), and compare the technical characteristics and clinical values of central venous access constructed trans right subclavian vein (TSCV) and trans the right internal jugular vein (TIJV). Methods Between March 1999 and June 2001, we operated 348 cases of CVA, including 270 TSCV and 78 TIJV. The durations of reserving the accesses were 13~75 day, average 23 days. Results In 270 TSCV, 268 cases were successful, the successful rate was 99%. 11 cases had critical complications, including: 2 cases of pneumothorax, 1 access was constructed into subclavian artery, 3 accesses obstruction, 3 accesses of anomalous transfusion caused by catheter shift, infection of puncture site 2 cases. In 78 TIJV, 75 cases were successful, the successful rate were 96%. The critical complications occurred in 1 case. Conclusions The CVA is safe, easy, and practical, which would provide the special and immediate medical therapy for the tumorous and critical patients. In emergency, the TSCV procedure would be the choice.
2.Current situation of HIV/AIDS voluntary counseling and testing in Jiangxi province
Chinese Journal of AIDS & STD 2006;0(04):-
Objective To analyze the current situation of voluntary counseling and testing(VCT) and improve HIV/AIDS prevention and control in Jiangxi province.Method VCT services in the province were analyzed using descriptive methodology.Result The province is in shortage of full time VCT workers.Of the individuals receiving pre-testing counseling, those receiving post-testing counseling and receiving referral counseling accounted for 5.22% and 1.39%,respectively.The individuals receiving tests mostly were aged 20-29 years, and a little less were aged 30-39 years.Higher positive rates of HIV screening tests were found in Pingxiang and Nanchang cities, accounting for 39.13% and 26.09%,respectively.Conclusion To improve VCT service and contain the spread of HIV/AIDS in this province,it is necessary to establish VCT networks, upgrade quality of counseling service and publicize VCT and its outreach activities among target population.
3.Study on relationship between atherosclerotic renal artery disease and target organ harm in hypertension patients
Chinese Journal of Interventional Cardiology 2003;0(05):-
Objective To investigate the correlation between atherosclerotic renal artery stenosis and hypertension. Methods One hundred and seventy-nine patients underwent renal artery angiography after coronary artery angiography. Results Among the 179 patients, 56.4% patients were detected as renal artery normal, 24% as renal artery disease, and 19.6% as renal artery stenosis. Compared with hypertensive patients with normal renal artery, ARAS patients had higher systolic blood pressure (148?23 mm?Hg vs 136?18 mm?Hg, P

Chinese Journal of Interventional Cardiology 1993;0(02):-
Objective To assess clinical safety and effect of intracoronary transplantation of autologous bone marrow cells in patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI).Methods Eighty four AMI patients who had received emergency thromblysis or primary PTCA were enrolled in this study.Elective PCI was undergone in these patients 10-14 days after infarction.During the procedure,50 patients received introcoronary transplantation of autologous bone marrow derived mononuclear cells and the other 34 patients received normal saline as control. All patients achieved TIMI Ⅲ flow after PCI.Dobutamin stress echocardiography,SPECT and F-18-Fluorodeoxyglucose-PET were performed 1 day before and 6 months after the transplantation. All patients finished a 2-year follow up and stress echo examination.Twenty nine patients from the transplantation group and 22 patients from the control group accepted 6-month SPECT reassessment. Results No major adverse events were recorded in all patients who received autologous bone marrow cells transplantation during follow up.Less nitroglycerin usage and increased excercise were observed in the transplantation group.Stress echocardiography showed improvement in LVEF(27.00%?0.89% pre-operation,36.80%?0.58% after 6 months and 40.94%?0.58% after 2 years,P

Objective To evaluate the effect of Alprostsdil combined with Magnesium Isoglycyrrhizinate on hepatocirrhosis at active phase. Method 74 inpatients collected from our hospital were randomly divided into control group(37 cases)and treatment group(37 cases). The patients in control group were given conventional liver protecting treatment. In addition to routine therapy of the control group, the patients in treatment group received intravenous Alprostadil and Magnesium Isoglycyrrhizinate injection once a day for 4 weeks. Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 67. 6%, and that of control group was 40. 5%, and the difference was significant (P < 0. 05).Conclusion Alprostadil combined with Magnesium Isoglycyrrhizinate has good clinical therapeutic effect on hepatocirrhosis at active phase.

Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2016;20(15):2197-2205
BACKGROUND: A variety of angiogenic factors are involved in bone healing after osteonecrosis of the femoral head.
OBJECTIVE:To explore the role and mechanism of angiogenic factors in osteonecrosis of the femoral head.
METHODS: A computed-based online search of PubMed, Google and SpringerLink databases was performed using the key words of “angiogenic factors, osteonecrosis of the femoral head, vascular endothelial growth factor, angiopoietin-1, fibroblast growth factor-2, hypoxia inducible factor-1, calcitonin gene related peptide and hypoxia inducible factor-1α” for literatures published from December 1980 to May 2015.
RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:Finaly, 68 articles were included. Bone angiogenesis which is dependent on special signaling factors in the microenvironment is closely linked with bone repair. A variety of cytokines, such as vascular endothelial growth factor, angiopoietin-1, fibroblast growth factor-2, platelet-derived growth factor, calcitonin gene-related peptide, and hypoxia inducible factor-1α, have been identifiedto control angiogenesis in different ways and be involved in the repair of necrotic femoral head.

Objective To investigate the detection capacity of esterase-3 ( Es-3) in the laboratory animals monito-ring laboratories in China, and to improve the quality management of laboratories. Methods We prepared the test sam-ples according to the criteria of China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment(CNAS), all the samples were certificated by homogeneity test and stability test. Then, samples with random numbers and standard operation instruc-tion were distributed to the participant laboratories. The laboratories should submit their reports before the deadline expires. When the results are the same as the standard results, the laboratories will receive excellent remark; when the results are the same as the standard results except the hybridization type, the laboratories will receive satisfactory remark;otherwise, it will receive unsatisfactory remark. If a laboratory did not submit report, the laboratory will also receive unsatisfactory re-mark.Results Ten laboratories participated in the program, and no laboratory received excellent remark.Nine laboratories (90.0%of enrolled laboratories) had satisfactory results, while one laboratory (10.0%of enrolled laboratories) had un-satisfactory results. Conclusions The nationwide overall detection level of laboratories in Es-3 is relatively high.Howev-er, some details should be noticed and several laboratories should improve their detecting ability.
