Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 1981;0(04):-
In order to decrease the mortality of pre-hospital sudden death events(SDEs),their features especially those of cardiac sudden death were analyzed. 1030 pre-hospital emergent cases from 1973~1999 were analysed systematically. The total SDEs occurred in 106 cases, among the 68 cases of cardiovascular diseases, 89.7% had coronary heart diseases(CHD), AMI or OMI with re-infarction. There were two peak age stages of SDEs: the first was 46-55 years old stage(non-retaired age stage,22.6%), and the second stage was 66-75 years old(27.3%). The pre-hospital SDEs are the most emergent cases. Great attention must be paid to those with the history of cardiovascular diseases, especially those with the history of coronary cardiac events

Objective:To explore psychological characteristics and influential factors of impulsivity of 8~12 years-old children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder.Methods:70 children with ADHD and 126 controls and their parents were evaluated with BIS,SCARED,DSRSC,CSD,TMD and WCST.Results:①Children with ADHD showed significantly more impulsivity, higher anxious mood and depressive mood, lower social desirability, and time management disposition(P

Chinese Journal of Endocrinology and Metabolism 1985;0(01):-
A cross sectional study of 769 patients was performed to evaluate the association of blood uric acid with coronary heart disease (CHD) in different metabolic disorders. It showed that uric acid was not independently associated with CHD. However, when the other abnormal metabolic factors were absent, uric acid might be related to CHD.

Objective:To investigate the inhibitory effect of RNA interference (RNAi) on the expression of Aurora-A in SKOV3 cells and on proliferation of SKOV3 cells. Methods:Two pairs of oligo small interference RNA (Oligo siRNA) specific for Aurora-A were designed for RNAi and were transferred into SKOV3 cells. The expression of Aurora-A were de- tected by RT-PCR and Western blot.Furthermore, the cell proliferation and apoptosis were observed by MTT and FCM af- ter transfection. Results:After transfection with Oligo siRNA,mRNA and protein level of Aurora-A gene in SKOV3 cells were obviously reduced, while the inhibitory rate of proliferation and apoptosis rate in SKOV3 cells were increased signifi- cantly. Conclusion:The Oligo siRNA specific for Aurora-A can reduce the expression of Aurora-A gene and induce apop- tosis of SKOV3 cells.

Objective To explore the differences in mental health self-help status of empty-nesters between urban and rural areas for providing the basis and strategies in mental health self-help and promoting development of the self-help potential. Methods Inner Mongolia Chifeng district,441 cases of urban and rural empty-nesters was valuated with the mental health questionnaire. Results Urban empty-nesters were higher than the ratio of rural empty-nester on the aspects of residential satisfaction, participating in activities, talking about their problems in families, communicating health informations and seeking professional help,x2=8.193,15.930,6.500,13.089,18.857,P < 0.05.Urban empty-nesters were lower than the ratio of rural empty-nester on the aspects of feeling helpless and hiding bad mood,x2=9.930,14.873,P < 0.05.The awareness on mental health knowledge was in low level for both urban and rural areas(17.11%,32/187 and 9.55%,19/199).Conclusions Both urban and rural empty-nesters were in bad conditions of mental health self-help ability, especially for rural empty-nesters.The awareness rate of knowledge on mental health is in highly need.

Objective To know the relationship between loneliness and the quality of life of urban and rural absent parents in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, clear the influence factors of loneliness in the absent parents. Methods 441 cases of urban and rural absent parents were selected from the Chifeng district of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region were valuated with the general information questionnaire,UCLA Loneliness Scale and MOS 36 item short form health survey (SF-36).Results Rural cases had a higher level of loneliness when compared with the urban cases,t=4.60,P<0.01.There were significant differences in the general score and the scores of each dimension between the two groups,P<0.05.Loneliness score was significantly negative correlation with the quality of life in all dimensions,P<0.01.Regression analysis showed that health, marital status, income and the education level were the main influence factor of loneliness in the urban and rural absent parents. Conclusions Compared with the urban absent parents, rural cases had more obvious loneliness and lower quality of life.Loneliness levels influence the quality of life of absent parents.Loneliness condition of urban and rural absent parents were influenced by various factors, the cases with characteristic of frail, single, low education level and poor economic condition should be the focus group to intervene.

Objective To study the effects of N,P,and K fertilizers on the growth and accumulation of secondary metabolites,to reveal the accumulation relationship between the biomass and the secondary metabolites in medicinal plants in the plantation, and to establish the basic theory of fertilization in medicinal plant culture. Methods Orthogonal design was used to study the effects of nine combinations of N,P, and K on the biomass and active constituents in three levels of three factors. While plants flowered, they were harvested, weighed, and smashed. Then contents of N,total caffee esters, and scutellarin were anaylzed. Results High amount of N,P,and K fertilizers was optimum to the accumulation of biomass, but low amount of N,P,and K fertilizers was optimum to the accumulation of total caffee esters and scutellarin. The N fertilizer significantly increased the biomass and decreased the content of total caffee esters and scutellarin in Erigeron breviscapus, but did not affect the active constituents yield. The effect of P on the accumulation of active constituents was higher than that of K,but its effect on the biomass accumulation was lower than that of K.The effect of K on the active constituents yield was the highest. Conclusion N,P,and K fertilizers could increase biomass and active constituents yield, nevertheless, decrease the contents of flavonoids in medicinal plants.

Acta Anatomica Sinica 1953;0(01):-
Objective To examine the localization of neurokinin B receptor (NK3)\|like immunoreactivity (\|LI) in the central nervous system of the mouse. Methods An immunohistochemcial staining method was used. Results NK3 receptor\|LI was localized in somatic and dendritic profiles in the most parts and in neuropil in a few regions of the mouse central nervous system. A large number of neurons with NK3\|LI was seen in the anterior olfactory nuclei, accumbens nucleus, septal area, ventral pallidum, pallidum, caudate putamen, nucleus of the stria terminalis, anterior hypothalamic area, tuber cincreum area, lateral hypothalamic area, perifornical nucleus, supraoptic nucleus, arcuate nucleus, mammillar nuclei, substatia nigra, ventral tegmental area, retrorubral area, superior and inferior colliculus, periaqueductal gray, nucleus of the solitary tract, and superficial layers of the medullary and spinal dorsal horns. The superfical layers of the cerebral cortex, piriform cortex, dorsal hippocampus, amygdal complex, reticular formation of the brainstem contained some neurons with NK3 receptor\|LI. In the ventral hippocampus, median and intralaminar nuclei of the thalamus and interpeduncular nuclei, NKR\|LI was localized in neuropil. Conclusion\ Neurons with NK3 receptor\|LI were widely distributed in the central nervous system. It may be involved in many physiological functions in the central nervous system of the mouse.\;[
