Objective To study the clinical application of the lung lesion biopsy through helical CT-guided fine needle aspiration. Methods 44 cases of lung lesions were pathologically biopsy diagnosed through helical CT-guided fine needle aspiration. Results All 44 lung lesions were successfully conducted biopsy through CT-guided fine needle aspiration, and the pathological confirmed diagnosis rate was 98%. Conclusion With high diagnosis rate, CT- fine needle aspiration is clinically applicable and the complication is rare. It is easily-operated, safe and economical.

Objective To study the killing effect of focused ultrasound activated-hematoporphyrin on H-22 and its optimum exposure time. Methods The distribution of hematoporphyrin in H-22 cells was measured by a fluorescence photometer, the uhrastructure changes were evaluated at different time with a scanning electron micro- scope after treatment with focused ultrasound at the frequency of 1.43 MHz and intensity of 1.0 W/cm~2, 2.0 W/cm~2,3.0 W/cm~2,respectively,in combination with HpD.Results The concentration of HpD in the H-22 cells reached its peak after being added to H-22 tumor cells for 45 minutes, which will produce the hest anti-tumor effect when activated by ultrasound.Morphological observation showed that HpD alone had a slight influence on H-22 cells;ULtrasound alone showed an anti-tumor effect on tumor cells, which was dosage-dependent.Ultrasound dia- thermy in combination with HpD has more effective in terms of its antitumor effect when compared with uhrasound dia- thermy alone. Conclusion The killing effect on H-22 tumor cells of sonodynamic treatment was dependent on the intensity of uhrasound and the content of HpD in the cells,as well as on the time of action of both uhrasound and HpD.

OBJECTIVE:To establish an HPLC method for the determination of Stillbene glycoside (THPG) in Zhipingk-ang misture.METHODS:The chromatographic column was Hypersil C18(250 mm?4.6 mm,5 ?m).The mobile phase consisted of acetonitribl-water(25∶75) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL?min-1 with detection wavelength set at 320 nm. RESULTS: There was a good linear relationship within the concentration range of 0.5~8.0 ?g for THPG. The average recovery of THPG was 100.03%(RSD=1.07, n=6).CONCLUSION: The adoptd method is accurate, reproducible and suitable for the quality con-trol of Zhipingkang misture.

AIM: To observe the changes of plasma content of Glu-plasminogen (plasmin, Pln) in patients during blood coagulation and/or fibrinolytic system activation. METHODS: Using specific McAb to antigenic determinant in NH 2 terminal (1-65 aa) of Pln and specific McAb to antigenic determinant in heavy chain of plasminogen, the sandwiched ELISA method was established to detect Glu-plasminogen and total plasminogen in human plasma collected from 220 normal controls and 40 patients after heart surgery. RESULTS: The average total plasminogen was (231.8?62.1) mg/L and average Glu-plasminogen was (231.9?45.8) mg/L in 220 normal controls, the ratio of Glu-plasminogen to total plasminogen (G/P) was 0.91. The ratio of Glu-plasminogen [(152.4?68.1) mg/L] to total plasminogen [(268.9?73.3) mg/L] in 40 patients after heart surgery was significantly lower than that in normal controls ( P

Chinese Medical Ethics 1996;0(01):-
Triage is one of the important taches for the wounded whom is cured effectively under the condition to limited medical resource in public health emergency events. It is a decision based on doctrine rather than expediency.By the view of ethics, the article considered three doctrines: fairness, benthamism and scientific decision-making,which assures that the outcome of wartime triage at the sea is speedy and exact.

ObjectiveTo compare costs of combined intravenous and inhalation anesthesia (CIIA) and total intravenous anesthesia (TIA) when lower limbs orthopedics (LLO) performed on cerebral palsy children (CPC).MethodsTo analyze data of 49 CPC who received LLO under CIIA and TIA,and compare costs of two anesthetic styles.ResultsTIA had a significantly lower cost than CIIA (P<0.001),and showed a lower incidence of post-operation nausea and vomiting.ConclusionTIA can decrease cost of anesthesia and post-operation nursing compared with CIIA.
