After the history of health-promoting Qigong was described, the collation and digitalization plan of Qigong in formulas or rhymes was put forward, then a Qigong in formulas or rhymes database was constructed based on their indexing, the health preserving and cultural value of Qigong in formulas or rhymes was mined.

To explore the effective components represented by fingerprint contributed to allelopathic effect of different Salvia miltiorrhiza aqueous concentration on seeds and seedlings of radish, grey relational analysis was used to establish the chromatography-efficacy relation. The results show that 15 peaks devote high allelopathic contribution to radish seeds and seedlings. The study will provide a new concept for allelochemicals screening and study.

Objective To analyze effect of balloon embolization therapy for traumatic carotid cavernous fistula (TCCF),so as to provide references for treatment of this disease.Methods A total of 21 patients with TCCF managed with balloon embolization from April 2006 to March 2012 were collected in the study.There were 17 males aged (32.3 ±5.4) years and 4 females aged (40.6 ±5.8)years.Perioperative clinical presentations and imageologic changes were observed as well as operative outcome was evaluated.Results After 3 months of follow-up,20 patients experienced successful detachable balloon embolization,but the other one patient had to have stent angioplasty due to the failure of the procedure.All patients had some improvements on clinical presentations after operation (P ＜ 0.05).Imageologic examination revealed that all patients had complete occlusion of TCCF following operation.In follow-up,one patient had a relapse,with total curative ratio of 95％.Conclusions Detachable balloon embolization is effective in treatment of TCCF.Presently,the technique is an optimal method for such kind of disease and is worthy of wide clinical use.

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture plus umbilicus application with Chinese medicine for detrusor underactivity.Methods:A total of 46 male patients with detrusor underactivity who were admitted to our hospital between January and December 2017 were randomized into a control group and an observation group,with 23 cases in each group.The control group received intermittent catheterization and routine nursing,and the observation group was treated with acupuncture plus umbilicus application with Chinese medicine on the basis of the treatment of the control group.The comprehensive efficacy,the improvement of bladder urine residue and maximum flow rate of the two groups were observed.Results:No cases dropped out in the two groups.After the intervention,the total effective rate of the observation group was 78.3％,which was significantly higher than 52.2％ of the control group (P＜0.05).After intervention,the improvements of bladder urine residue and maximum flow rate in the observation group were statistically different from those in the control group (both P＜0.05).Conclusion:The combination of acupuncture and umbilicus application with Chinese medicine added on the basis of intermittent catheterization and routine nursing has a certain effect in treating male patients with detrusor underactivity,and is worth further clinical study.

Objective: To prepare and optimize glycyrrhizic acid bile salt/phosphatidylcholine mixed-micelles fast dissolving sublingual films (GL-BS/PC-MM-FDSFs) and preliminarily evaluate its mucous membrane permeation in vitro. Methods: The formulations of GL-BS/PC-MM-FDSFs were optimized by employing Box-Behnken design-response surface methodology with the amounts of sodium alginate, propylene glycol, and GL-BS/PC-MM as investigation factors, and the disintegration time, cumulative release of drug from the GL-BS/PC-MM-FDSFs within 5 min, and particle size of reconstituted MM from GL-BS/PC-MM-FDSFs as indexes. Mucous membrane permeation test was evaluated in vitro with porcine sublingual mucosa as a model by using Franz diffusion cell. Results: The GL-BS/PC-MM-FDSFs prepared by optimized formulation (23 g/L sodium alginate, 148.5 g/L propylene glycol, and 7.58 mL GL-BS/PC-MM) could fast disintegrate in (22.1 ± 0.7) s, release in vitro at 5 min to (85.30 ± 2.91)%, and the particle size of reconstituted MM from GL-BS/PC-MM-FDSFs was obtained as (146.46 ± 6.42) nm. There was a little deviation between the theoretically predicted value and measured value. It showed that this model had a good prediction. There was no significant difference between the accumulative permeation profiles of GL-BS/PC-MM-FDSFs and GL-BS/PC-MM at each time point. Conclusion: The process that GL-BS/PC-MM is solidified to GL-BS/PC-MM-FDSFs is simple and feasible, and GL-BS/PC- MM-FDSFs could significantly improve the mucous membrane absorption of GL.
